A prepaid voucher is a code you buy with cash or a debit card and type into the casino cashier. The casino never sees your bank or card details, and you cannot spend more than the voucher is worth. The catch is the other direction: none of the casino payment lists we read lets you withdraw to a voucher, so you need a second method to get winnings out. This guide covers Paysafecard, Neosurf and Flexepin in Canada, where to buy each one, what they cost and which casinos on our list show them.
Of the 42 casinos on our Canadian list, two name a voucher on their own site. The casinos below are for players outside Ontario and Alberta, 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba).
How a voucher deposit works
- Buy a voucher. In a store, pay at the till and get a printed receipt with a PIN. Online, through the provider's own sales partner, you get the PIN on screen or by email.
- Choose the voucher in the casino cashier. Enter the amount and then the PIN. Some cashiers send you to the voucher provider's own payment page to enter it.
- Keep the receipt. It is your proof of purchase if the deposit does not arrive, and the only record you have of the PIN.
Treat a voucher PIN like cash. Anyone who has it can spend it. No casino, government office or tech support line will ask you to pay a fee or a debt with voucher PINs over the phone; that request is a scam.
Paysafecard in Canada
Paysafecard runs a Canadian site in English and French. It lists sales outlets including Canada Post, Esso, Mobil, Canadian Tire Gas+, Hasty Market, Daisy Mart, Rabba Fine Foods and Wilsons Gas Stops, and has a store finder for others.
- Limits: up to $400 per payment, combining several PINs if needed. With a free my paysafecard account you can hold PINs worth up to $3,500 and use up to $10,000 a month.
- Fees: from the 19th month after purchase, a service fee of $2.50 a month is taken from any unused balance on a PIN. A fee also applies to payments that involve currency conversion, so a casino that charges in euros costs you more than one that charges in Canadian dollars.
- Withdrawals: Paysafecard is presented on its Canadian site as a way to pay online. None of the casino payment lists we read offers payouts to Paysafecard.
Neosurf in Canada
Neosurf's store finder lists Canada as a live country, with vouchers in Canadian dollars of $10, $30, $50, $100, $150 and $250, sold through Newpin and Payment Source. Retailers shown for Canada include Canada Post, Esso, Mobil, PharmaChoice, Hasty Market, Daisy Mart, Red Apple and Super Sagamie.
- myNeosurf: a free account anyone over 18 can open, where you upload voucher PINs and see your balance. Larger limits need identity checks. Neosurf's FAQ says you can withdraw from the account to your bank or to a Neosurf cash voucher, and that fees may apply for withdrawing.
- Refunds: a store cannot refund a code it has sold, and Neosurf charges 5% on a voucher refund. Transactions cannot be reversed.
- Withdrawals from a casino: none of the casino payment lists we read offers payouts to Neosurf or myNeosurf.
Neosurf's FAQ is written for all countries, not for Canada, so check the terms shown when you buy.
Flexepin in Canada
Flexepin sells in Canada through TopMeUp, a service run by Payment Source. First-time buyers register, which takes about one business day. You can then pay by debit card or Interac e-Transfer, or in person at Canada Post with cash or debit. It cannot be bought by phone.
- Values and fees: $20 (fee $1.95), $50 ($3.95), $100 ($4.95), $150 ($5.95), $250 ($7.95), $300 ($11.95) and $500 ($15.95). In-person orders must total between $10 and $500 including fees, and you can buy up to $2,500 in 24 hours.
- Use By Date: each voucher has one. After it, a monthly charge is taken from the voucher.
- Refunds: only for an unused, valid voucher, through Flexepin's Canadian refund form, and subject to fees. A voucher that has been redeemed cannot be reversed or reused.
- Withdrawals: Flexepin describes its vouchers as a way to pay at participating merchants, not to receive money. None of the casino payment lists we read offers payouts to Flexepin.
The three side by side
| Voucher | Where to buy in Canada | Values and cost | Casino withdrawals |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paysafecard | Canada Post, Esso, Mobil, Canadian Tire Gas+ and other outlets | Up to $400 per payment; $2.50 a month on unused balance from month 19 | No, in the lists we read |
| Neosurf | Canada Post, Esso, Mobil, PharmaChoice and other outlets | $10 to $250; 5% fee on refunds | No, in the lists we read |
| Flexepin | TopMeUp online, or Canada Post in person | $20 to $500, plus a fee of $1.95 to $15.95 | No, in the lists we read |
Read on each provider's own site, October 21, 2026. Fees and outlets can change; the provider's site and your receipt are the final word.
The catch: getting winnings out
A voucher only works one way. Before you deposit with one, check which withdrawal methods the casino offers you and get that method ready:
- Interac e-Transfer where the casino pays out by it. See our Interac e-Transfer guide.
- A bank transfer, which needs your bank details after all.
- An e-wallet or crypto, at casinos that pay out that way.
Expect identity checks before the first withdrawal whatever you deposited with. A casino that cannot pay out to the method you deposited with may also ask you to prove that the new account is yours, with a bank statement or a screenshot from your online banking. Our Canadian banks guide covers what your bank allows.
If a voucher deposit does not show up
- Check the PIN balance first. Paysafecard has a balance check on its Canadian site, and myNeosurf shows the balance of uploaded PINs. If the money has left the PIN, the payment reached the casino side.
- Send the casino the details. Give support the time of the payment, the amount and the receipt, but never the full PIN of a voucher that still has value on it.
- Check the currency. A voucher in Canadian dollars used at a cashier in euros is converted, so the amount credited can be lower than the amount on the receipt.
- Do not buy a second voucher to try again until you know what happened to the first.
Voucher, debit card or Interac e-Transfer?
A voucher keeps your bank details away from the casino and caps what you can spend in one go. It costs a purchase fee (Flexepin) or can cost a monthly fee if you leave a balance on it (Paysafecard), and it does nothing for withdrawals. A debit card or Interac e-Transfer comes straight from your bank, usually with no purchase fee, and Interac e-Transfer is also a withdrawal route at many casinos. If privacy is the reason you are looking at vouchers, remember that the casino will still verify your identity before it pays you.
Which casinos on our list show vouchers
We count a casino only when its own site shows the voucher. Review sites list Paysafecard, Neosurf or Flexepin for many of our 42, usually without saying which country the list is for, so we do not count those.
- Lollyspins lists Flexepin, Paysafecard, Cashlib and CashtoCode on its homepage, for deposits only. Its withdrawal list has no voucher.
- FS Casino lists Flexepin in the payment table on its homepage, which was served to us in euros, not for Canada.
- Pribet's FAQ mentions prepaid cards without naming one.
- Spinbara's Canadian payments page lists none of the three.
None of the 42 shows Neosurf on its own site. For the casinos themselves, see all casinos.
Methods you should not see any more
- Interac Online was retired in 2024. If a cashier or review still lists it, treat that list as out of date.
- InstaDebit has closed. Its last day for deposits was February 27, 2026, and withdrawals of remaining balances ran until April 30, 2026. It is not available.
Vouchers as a budget
A voucher is a fixed amount, which makes it a simple way to cap a session: buy what you have decided to spend and nothing more. It only works if you stop when the voucher is used up, rather than buying another. Set a deposit limit in your casino account as well. Online gambling is for adults only: 19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba. Free, confidential help for every province we cover is on our responsible gambling page, and how we rate casinos explains what goes into each score.

Frequently asked questions
Not at the casinos on our list. None of the payment lists we read offers payouts to a voucher, and Lollyspins, which names Paysafecard and Flexepin, lists them for deposits only. Plan a second method before you deposit, such as Interac e-Transfer, a bank transfer, an e-wallet or crypto, and expect the casino to verify it before the first withdrawal.
Paysafecard's Canadian site lists outlets including Canada Post, Esso, Mobil and Canadian Tire Gas+. Neosurf's store finder shows Canada Post, Esso, Mobil, PharmaChoice and others, with vouchers from $10 to $250. Flexepin sells through TopMeUp online, paid by debit card or Interac e-Transfer, or in person at Canada Post. Each provider's own store finder has the current list.
They can. Paysafecard takes a $2.50 monthly service fee from unused balance from the 19th month after purchase. Flexepin adds a fee of $1.95 to $15.95 when you buy, and a monthly charge after the voucher's Use By Date. Neosurf charges 5% on refunds and says fees may apply for withdrawing from a myNeosurf account. Use a voucher soon after you buy it.
Yes, set by both the voucher and the casino. Paysafecard allows up to $400 per payment, and up to $10,000 a month with a my paysafecard account. Flexepin vouchers go up to $500 each, with purchases up to $2,500 in 24 hours. Neosurf's Canadian vouchers go up to $250. The casino can set its own minimum and maximum for each method in its terms.
Not to buy most vouchers in a store, although Flexepin's TopMeUp asks first-time buyers to register and myNeosurf asks for identity checks for larger limits. The casino is a separate matter: its terms let it ask for photo ID and proof of address, usually before your first withdrawal. Paying by voucher does not remove those checks, and the withdrawal will go to a method in your name.
