Lollyspins at a glance
Lollyspins (styled Lolly Spins) is an online casino and sportsbook at lollyspins.com, which currently redirects to the mirror lollyspins16.com. This review is for players in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play: we did not open an account. Every fact was checked on October 21, 2026, and the site's own pages loaded for us, so most facts below are the operator's.
Key facts
- Website: lollyspins.com (redirects to lollyspins16.com)
- Operator: not named in the terms or footer. Homepage text names Altacore N.V.; Casino Guru names Fortuna Games N.V.
- Licence: "Curaçao" in homepage text, issued to Altacore N.V.
- Launched: 2025 (operator and Casino Guru)
- Provinces refused in the terms: Ontario
- Canadian dollars: yes, on the operator's homepage
- Interac: listed by the operator for deposits; not named for withdrawals
- Games: 10,000+ from 60+ providers, live dealer, sportsbook
- Support: 24/7 live chat and email, in English and German
- Our rating: 4.2 out of 5
Is Lollyspins legit?
The licence is the weak point. Lollyspins prints no operator company in its terms or footer. The only licence claim is a homepage line saying the site runs under a Curaçao licence issued to Altacore N.V. In the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register dated October 20, 2026, Altacore N.V. holds OGL/2023/109/0075 with a term that ended on December 24, 2025 and the status "Assessment in progress".
Two other entities appear in other sources. Casino Guru attributes the brand to Fortuna Games N.V., whose licence is listed as current. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate for that licence, OGL/2024/112/0974, checked on October 21, 2026, shows the status "Active" and lists lollyspins.com among its approved domains; Altacore N.V.'s own certificate does not list it. But lollyspins.com redirects to the mirror lollyspins16.com, which is on neither certificate. The Anjouan register lists a related domain, lollyspins.ws, under Buscarar SRL, but not lollyspins.com. So a current licence covers the brand's address, but not the site you would actually use, and the site itself names a different company.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Interac deposits and CAD accounts on the operator's own site
- 10,000+ games, live dealer tables and a sportsbook
- Few complaints so far
Cons
- The named licensee's licence term has expired
- Interac not named among withdrawal methods
- Limit tools are described as advice, not confirmed as settings
Bonuses and promotions
The homepage shows a welcome package in euros on the version we saw. We do not print offer amounts, free spins, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in this review. The current Canadian offer, in CAD where one exists, is on the Lollyspins offer page.
Terms worth reading first
- Wagering: bonus money must be bet a set number of times before withdrawal. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x needs $3,500 in bets.
- Deposit turnover: clauses 5.6 and 6.2 of the general terms require deposits to be played through before a withdrawal, even without a bonus. Read them before you deposit.
- Maximum bet and expiry: stake caps and time limits usually apply while a bonus is active.
Our wagering requirements guide explains how these terms work.
Games and providers
The operator gives two figures: more than 10,000 games, including 9,000+ slots from 60+ providers, on the homepage, and more than 12,000 on the About page. Named studios include Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Yggdrasil, Microgaming and Betsoft. There is a live dealer section.
Sportsbook
Lollyspins has a sports section with its own rules in the terms. We have not seen its markets or odds display. If hockey is your sport, our NHL betting guide explains moneyline, puck line and totals.
RTP
No site-wide or audited payout percentage is published. Check each game's information panel.
Payments and payout speed
The operator's homepage lists its methods, not split by country.
- Deposits: Interac (variant not named), Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, N26, open banking, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, MiFinity, Jeton, eZeeWallet, Flexepin, Paysafecard, Cashlib, CashtoCode, and crypto through Binance Pay and CoinsPaid
- Withdrawals: bank transfer, cards where available, Skrill, MiFinity, Jeton, eZeeWallet and crypto. Interac is not named
If you deposit by Interac, check in the cashier how you would withdraw before you play. Our Interac e-Transfer guide and Canadian banks guide cover the details. InstaDebit closed in 2026 and Interac Online was retired in 2024, so neither is an option whatever a list shows.
Withdrawal limits and payout speed
Clause 6.11 of the terms caps withdrawals at EUR 5,000 per 24 hours, EUR 10,000 per 7 days and EUR 25,000 per 30 days, or the equivalent in your account currency. Clause 6.14 allows wins over EUR 30,000 to be paid in monthly instalments. Homepage text gives a different monthly figure, so the terms are the version we record. We do not state a payout time; see the offer page.
Verification (KYC)
The AML and KYC policy asks for a passport, ID card or driver's licence shown with a handwritten note of six random numbers, plus a face photo, and proof of address. ID can be requested before a withdrawal, with phone or face checks possible. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We did not test Lollyspins on a phone and found no app in the sources we used. Checks worth doing first:
- Address: the site moves between numbered mirrors. Start from lollyspins.com, never from a link in a message.
- Cashier: confirm Interac appears, and which withdrawal method you would use.
- Uploads: the ID check needs a handwritten note in the photo, so prepare it before you start.
Player feedback
Casino Guru (third-party, read October 21, 2026) lists 4 complaints, a light count for a brand launched in 2025. The themes are delayed withdrawals and winnings confiscated after an account was closed. Few complaints on a new brand mean a short record, not a proven one.
Customer support
24/7 live chat and email at support@lollyspins.com, in English and German, according to the operator.

Alternatives to Lollyspins
Three brands on our Canadian list whose licence we found in a public register with a current status, checked on October 21, 2026.
Irwin
Casino and sportsbook run by Galaktika N.V. of Curaçao. The Curaçao validator certifies irwin.casino under licence OGL/2024/169/0146 with the status "Active". Its terms quote limits in Canadian dollars, and Casino Guru lists 14 complaints, none unresolved. Read our Irwin review or see the Irwin offer page.
Flagman
Casino and sportsbook from the same Galaktika N.V. group as Irwin. The Curaçao validator certifies flagman.casino under licence OGL/2024/169/0146 as "Active", and the operator claims more than 9,000 games. Casino Guru lists 26 complaints, mostly delayed withdrawals. Read our Flagman review or see the Flagman offer page.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook. Osauhing Tonybet and the address tonybet.com/ca appear on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of interactive permit holders. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. Read our Tonybet review or see the Tonybet offer page.
Each province also runs its own regulated gambling site: PlayNow in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, Loto-Québec in Quebec, and ALC in the Atlantic provinces. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.
Overall verdict
For a Canadian player, Lollyspins gets the practical basics right on its own site: CAD accounts, Interac for deposits, a large lobby, a sportsbook and 24/7 chat, with few complaints so far. The licence is the open question. The company the homepage names has a lapsed term in the Curaçao register, and the current licence that lists lollyspins.com belongs to another company and does not list the mirror the site runs on.
Responsible gambling
The responsible gaming page advises setting deposit and time limits and offers self-exclusion for a set period. It does not say whether limits are settings you control, and it does not mention reality checks. Help for every province and territory we cover is on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.6 of 1.2 (the licensee named on the homepage is in assessment; a current certificate lists lollyspins.com, but the site runs on the mirror lollyspins16.com, which it does not list)
- Interac: 0.8 of 0.8 (listed by the operator)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (operator homepage)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (the terms refuse Ontario only)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (limits advised, self-exclusion offered)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat in English)
- Complaints: 0.8 of 0.8 (light: 4 on Casino Guru)
Total: 4.2 out of 5.
Who it suits
A player who wants Interac deposits in CAD with a sportsbook alongside, plans a withdrawal route before depositing, and accepts that the licence behind the site is not confirmed. If a licence you can look up matters most, start with the alternatives above. The current offer is on the Lollyspins offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
Lollyspins FAQ
Is Lollyspins legit?
It names no operator in its terms. Its homepage cites a Curaçao licence issued to Altacore N.V., whose term ended on December 24, 2025 and is in assessment. A current certificate held by Fortuna Games N.V. lists lollyspins.com, but not the mirror lollyspins16.com that the site redirects to.
Can I withdraw by Interac at Lollyspins?
Interac is listed for deposits only. The withdrawal list names bank transfer, cards where available, e-wallets and crypto.
