Verde Casino at a glance
Verde Casino is an online casino at verdecasino.com, run by Wiraon B.V. of Curaçao. It has one international site; we found no separate Canadian domain. This review is written for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta, and every fact below was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it.
One limit applies to the whole review. verdecasino.com could not be opened from our research location when we researched this review on October 20 and 21, 2026, so we did not read the operator's terms, cashier or help pages. What we could check ourselves is the licence register. Everything else comes from third-party reviews, and we say so each time. Where no source we trust gives an answer, we leave the question open rather than guess. We did not open an account or play.
Key facts
- Website: verdecasino.com (one international site)
- Operator: Wiraon B.V., Curaçao. One third-party review (WorldPokerDeals, 2024 data) names Briantie Limited of Cyprus as the parent company
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/686/0183. Listed in the register, but the printed term ended on April 14, 2026 and the status reads "Assessment in progress". The certificate still shows it active, with verdecasino.com listed
- Sister site: slotoro.bet runs under the same company and the same licence number
- Launched: unknown. Third-party sources give 2021, 2022 and 2023
- Canadian dollars: CAD accounts listed by AskGamblers; Mr-Gamble's Canadian review shows amounts in C$
- Interac: listed by Mr-Gamble, missing from AskGamblers' list
- Games: about 3,000 titles from 26 studios, with a live casino (Mr-Gamble)
- Support: live chat, email and phone in English; hours not confirmed
- Not available through SpinsPilot in: Ontario, Alberta
- Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.4 out of 5
Is Verde Casino legit?
Verde Casino has a licence that you can look up, which is more than some offshore casinos offer. Wiraon B.V. and licence OGL/2024/686/0183 appear in the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register of online licences (the version dated October 20, 2026). The same row also shows why the answer is not a clean yes. The licence was issued on October 14, 2025 with a term ending April 14, 2026. That date has passed, and the status column reads "Assessment in progress" rather than active. In plain terms, the regulator has the company on file and is reviewing a renewal, but the licence is not shown as current. The Authority's certificate for the same licence, checked on October 21, 2026, still shows the status "Active" and lists verdecasino.com among five approved domains, along with slotoro.bet. We follow the register.
Older reviews quote a different licence, 8048/JAZ 2021-048. That was a sub-licence under Curaçao's old master-licence system, which the country replaced from 2023. It is not the licence to check today.
So, plainly: Verde Casino is a registered business with a licence application on file, not an unknown site. Whether the renewal is granted is the point to watch, and we will update this review when the register changes.
Pros and cons
Pros
- The operator and licence number appear in the Curaçao register
- CAD accounts, according to third-party sources
- About 3,000 games, including a live casino from Evolution
- Three support channels in English: live chat, email and phone
Cons
- The licence term has expired and the renewal is still in assessment
- Reviewers disagree on whether Interac is available
- AskGamblers complaints centre on delayed withdrawals and drawn-out verification
- We could not read the operator's terms, so the restricted-territory clause and withdrawal limits are unconfirmed
Bonuses and promotions
Verde Casino advertises a welcome offer for new players, and third-party reviews of the Canadian market show it in Canadian dollars. Offers at offshore casinos change often and can depend on your country, your currency and the link you sign up through, so we do not print offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in this review. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on our Verde Casino offer page, the one place we keep those numbers.
Promo codes and no-deposit offers
Many Canadian searches for Verde ask about a promo code. Some offers need a code at sign-up or in the cashier, and many need none. If the current offer needs a code, the offer page shows it. If it does not, the offer page says so. The same applies to no-deposit offers: we list one only when it exists for Canadian players, and we do not repeat codes from other sites that we cannot confirm.
One detail from the sources is worth knowing before you start. Mr-Gamble's Canadian review quotes the offer terms as excluding players in Ontario and Alberta, and AskGamblers marks its CAD offer as restricted. The offer you are shown can depend on where you live, so check the terms on the operator's site before you deposit.
How to read a Verde Casino offer
- Wagering requirement: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. Check whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to the deposit plus the bonus. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets.
- Maximum bet: bonus terms usually cap the stake per spin while a bonus is active. Going over the cap can void the winnings.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full; table and live games often count less, or not at all.
- Expiry: bonus funds and free spins expire if the wagering is not met in time.
- Withdrawing early: a withdrawal request while a bonus is active usually cancels the bonus and anything won with it.
Keep a screenshot of the terms you accept. Some AskGamblers complaints about Verde involve balances held during reviews, and a dated copy of the terms is the simplest record to show support. You can also deposit without taking a bonus; cash played without a bonus carries no wagering.
Games and providers
Mr-Gamble's Canadian review (third-party, updated October 14, 2026) counts about 3,000 titles from 26 studios at Verde Casino. That is a mid-sized lobby by offshore standards. Some sites in our list carry several times as many games, but for most players a well-stocked library from established studios matters more than the raw count. We could not see the lobby ourselves, so we do not describe its categories or list individual titles.
Providers
The studios named by Mr-Gamble include:
- Evolution
- Pragmatic Play
- NetEnt
- Play'n GO
- ELK Studios
- Push Gaming
- Betsoft
These are long-established studios whose games appear at many licensed casinos. Game availability can differ by country, because studios license their titles market by market. Check that a game opens on a Canadian account before you build plans around it, especially if you want to use it to clear a bonus.
Live casino
Verde Casino has a live dealer section, and Mr-Gamble names Evolution as its studio. Evolution's tables typically include live blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows. We could not see which tables are open to Canadian accounts, their betting limits or whether any run in French.
Return to player (RTP)
We found no site-wide or audited payout percentage for Verde Casino. Check the RTP in each game's information panel. Some studios supply the same slot in versions with different RTP settings, so the figure printed on a review site may not match the version a casino runs.
Sportsbook
The sources disagree. Mr-Gamble's 2026 review says there is no sportsbook; WorldPokerDeals, with data from 2024, says there is one. We treat Verde Casino as a casino only until we can see the site. If NHL betting is part of your plan, our NHL betting guide and sports betting section cover the sportsbooks on our list.
Payments and payout speed
For most Canadian players the first question is whether a casino takes Interac. For Verde Casino the honest answer is that the sources disagree, and we could not read the cashier to settle it.
What the sources list
Two third-party reviews, read October 20, 2026, give two different lists. Neither is split by deposit country, so not every method will appear for a Canadian account.
- Mr-Gamble (Canadian review): Interac (variant not named), iDebit, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay, MiFinity, iWallet, Trustly, Zimpler, Rapid Transfer and bank transfer; crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT
- AskGamblers, deposits: Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, Jeton and Apple Pay; crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Tron, Dogecoin, USDC and Binance. No Interac
- AskGamblers, withdrawals: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, bank wire and crypto
InstaDebit, MuchBetter and Flexepin are not mentioned by either source. InstaDebit closed in 2026 and Interac Online was retired in 2024, so neither is an option whatever a list shows.
What this means for a Canadian deposit
- Interac e-Transfer: if it is your preferred method, open the cashier after registering and check that it appears before you deposit. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work.
- iDebit: listed by Mr-Gamble only. It connects to your online banking and is a common Canadian alternative to Interac.
- Credit cards: several Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit cards or charge them as cash advances, with interest from day one. Our Canadian banks guide covers this bank by bank.
- Crypto: listed by both sources. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so check the wallet address and network twice. AskGamblers complaints mention restrictions on crypto withdrawals, so read the cashier terms before you deposit in crypto.
Payout speed and withdrawal limits
We do not state a payout time for Verde Casino. We could not read a published one from the operator, and processing times printed by third parties are not a reliable basis. A confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the Verde Casino offer page.
Withdrawal limits are also unconfirmed. Three third-party reviews print three different caps, and we only quote limits read in the operator's own terms.
Verification (KYC)
According to Mr-Gamble, Verde Casino verifies accounts before the first withdrawal and asks for:
- photo ID: a passport or driver's licence
- proof of address: a utility bill or bank statement
- sometimes, proof of the payment method you used
Drawn-out verification is one of the two main complaint themes for Verde (see Player feedback). Upload clear, complete documents before you request a withdrawal, not after, and keep copies. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We keep this section to facts we could check, and for Verde Casino those are few. The site could not be opened from our research location when we researched this review on October 20 and 21, 2026, so we have not seen how it runs on a phone, and none of the sources we used records a dedicated app. We do not rate mobile speed or design here.
What we can say is that Verde Casino is a website, and the support channels listed by third parties, live chat and email, work from a browser. If you plan to play mainly on a phone, these checks take a few minutes and are worth doing before your first deposit:
- Check the address. Make sure you are on verdecasino.com before you log in. Do not follow links from messages or ads, and install an app only from the App Store or Google Play, and only if the operator lists one there.
- Test the cashier. Confirm that the payment method you want, Interac in particular, appears in the mobile cashier.
- Test the document upload. Verification photos taken on a phone should show all four corners of the document and be readable without zooming.
- Open the terms. Make sure the bonus terms and the general terms open in full on your screen. Those are the pages we could not read.
- Set limits first. Mr-Gamble lists deposit and loss limits. Set one before your first deposit; it is easier than setting one later.
Player feedback
Complaint sites are the best public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read AskGamblers on October 20, 2026. We report patterns and counts, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.
AskGamblers: 22 to 23 complaints
AskGamblers lists 22 to 23 complaints against Verde Casino, depending on the page view. The themes are:
- Delayed withdrawals, the most common theme
- Drawn-out verification, with documents requested over a long period before a payout
- Accounts blocked with a balance held, where the player and the operator disagree about whether rules were broken
- Restrictions on crypto withdrawals
What the pattern tells you
For a casino that third parties date to 2021-2023, around 22 complaints is a moderate count. What they are about matters more than the number: almost all concern getting money out. Two practical steps follow. Complete verification before you have a balance to withdraw, and withdraw regularly rather than letting a large balance build. Keep screenshots of the terms, your balance and any chat transcripts.
Customer support
Mr-Gamble lists three channels:
- live chat
- email: support@verdecasino.com
- phone: +357 22 090758, a Cyprus number
Support is in English. We could not confirm the hours, so we score support as partial until we can. A phone line is less common at offshore casinos, and a Cyprus number is consistent with the Cyprus parent company named by WorldPokerDeals.
If something goes wrong
Start with support and keep a written record of every exchange. If that does not resolve it, the licence gives you a route: the Curaçao Gaming Authority handles complaints about its licensees. Independent services such as AskGamblers are a second route. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists help lines for every province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or request a withdrawal at Verde Casino. The facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- Curaçao Gaming Authority, online licence register (PDF dated October 20, 2026, linked from cga.cw): the row for OGL/2024/686/0183, Wiraon B.V.
- Curaçao Gaming Authority licence certificate for OGL/2024/686/0183 (cert.cga.cw, checked October 21, 2026): status "Active", domains awintura.com, casishock.com, maggico.casino, slotoro.bet and verdecasino.com
- Mr-Gamble Canadian Verde Casino review (third-party, updated October 14, 2026): operator, Canadian amounts, payment methods, KYC documents, game count and studios, support channels, responsible gambling tools, launch year
- AskGamblers Verde Casino review (third-party): currencies, deposit and withdrawal methods, complaint count and themes, launch year
- WorldPokerDeals Verde Casino review (third-party, data from 2024): parent company, restricted countries, sportsbook, responsible gambling tools, launch year
What we could verify
- That Wiraon B.V. and licence OGL/2024/686/0183 appear in the Curaçao register, with the dates and the "Assessment in progress" status quoted above
- That the licence certificate shows the status "Active" and lists verdecasino.com
- That slotoro.bet names the same company and licence number in its own terms
What we could not verify
- The operator's own pages. verdecasino.com could not be opened from our location on October 20 and 21, 2026, so the terms, cashier, help centre and responsible gambling page were not read.
- Whether Canadian players are accepted in the terms, and whether any province beyond Ontario and Alberta is refused. The Ontario and Alberta line we have is from the offer terms quoted by Mr-Gamble.
- Interac. One reviewer lists it and another does not.
- Withdrawal limits, payout times and support hours
- The operator's street address, the launch year and whether a sportsbook exists
- The current offers, which we keep on the offer page by design
We will read verdecasino.com from a Canadian connection when we can and re-check the Curaçao register after the regulator decides on the renewal, then update this review and its score. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Best alternatives to Verde Casino
If the expired licence term or the Interac question holds you back, these casinos from our Canadian list answer those points more clearly. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook in one account. The operator, Osauhing Tonybet, appears on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of interactive permit holders with a dedicated Canadian site, tonybet.com/ca (the list is dated September 28, 2023). Third-party sources list CAD accounts and Interac e-Transfer. Its complaint record also centres on withdrawals, but it has run under the Tonybet name since 2009. See the Tonybet offer page.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan. The register shows the licence as valid until January 30, 2027, with thorcasino.com on its domain list. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers and describe 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved. Interac is listed for deposits but not for withdrawals by AskGamblers. See the Thor offer page.
Mino
Casino only, no sportsbook. Licensed in Curaçao, but the register shows the term ended April 14, 2026, with renewal in assessment, and the site runs on a mirror, minocasino13.com, that the licence certificate does not list. Interac appears among the payment logos in the operator's own footer. Canada is on its registration list with CAD as the currency, and support is stated as 24/7. Few complaints so far, though the brand is new. See the Mino offer page.
All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.
Overall verdict
Verde Casino is a mid-sized offshore casino with about 3,000 games from established studios, a live casino from Evolution, CAD accounts according to third parties, and three support channels in English. Its operator is a registered company with a licence number you can find in the Curaçao register.
The weaknesses are about certainty rather than anything we found to be wrong. The licence term has expired and the renewal is still in assessment. Reviewers disagree on whether Interac is available. The operator's own terms could not be read, so withdrawal limits and the province clause are unconfirmed. The complaint record is moderate in size and points at withdrawals and verification.
Licence and safety
Wiraon B.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/686/0183, listed in the regulator's register dated October 20, 2026, with a term that ended April 14, 2026 and the status "Assessment in progress". The Authority's certificate still shows the licence as active and lists verdecasino.com, but we follow the register. We score that as a licence on file but not shown as current. If the renewal is granted, the score will rise.
Responsible gambling
Mr-Gamble (third-party, 2026) lists deposit and loss limits, cool-off periods, self-exclusion, reality checks and transaction history. WorldPokerDeals, with 2024 data, found few tools beyond self-exclusion. Because the sources disagree and we could not read the operator's page, we score the tools as partial. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.6 of 1.2 (certificate active for verdecasino.com, but the register shows the term ended April 14, 2026 and renewal in assessment)
- Interac: 0.5 of 0.8 (third-party sources only, and they disagree)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (third-party sources)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (nothing refused beyond Ontario and Alberta in what we read)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (some tools listed; sources conflict)
- Support: 0.3 of 0.5 (channels known, hours unconfirmed)
- Complaints: 0.5 of 0.8 (moderate: 22 to 23 on AskGamblers, mainly withdrawals and verification)
Total: 3.4 out of 5.
Who it suits
Verde Casino suits a player who wants a mainstream slot and live-dealer lobby in Canadian dollars, is comfortable with a Curaçao licence whose renewal is pending, checks the cashier for Interac before depositing, and completes verification early. If a licence shown as current, or Interac confirmed by the operator, is a requirement for you, start with the alternatives above. The current offer is on the Verde Casino offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
Verde Casino FAQ
Is Verde Casino legit?
Verde Casino is run by Wiraon B.V., a company listed in the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register under licence OGL/2024/686/0183. The licence term ended on April 14, 2026, and the register shows the renewal as "Assessment in progress". It is a registered operator, but its licence is not currently shown as active.
Is Verde Casino legal in Canada?
Online gambling in Canada is regulated by each province. Verde Casino holds no provincial licence; it operates under a Curaçao licence from an international site. Third-party reviews cover it for Canada, but we could not read the clause in its terms on which countries it accepts. Ontario and Alberta run their own regulated markets, and Verde Casino is not offered to readers in those provinces through SpinsPilot.
Does Verde Casino have a promo code or a no-deposit bonus?
The current Canadian offer, and whether it needs a code, is on our Verde Casino offer page. We list a code or a no-deposit offer only when one exists for Canadian players.
Does Verde Casino accept Interac?
Mr-Gamble's Canadian review lists Interac; AskGamblers' list does not. Check the cashier after you register and before you deposit.
Who owns Verde Casino?
Wiraon B.V. of Curaçao, which also runs slotoro.bet under the same licence. WorldPokerDeals names Briantie Limited of Cyprus as the parent company.
Can I set deposit limits at Verde Casino?
Mr-Gamble lists deposit and loss limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. We could not confirm them on the operator's site, so check the account settings after you register.
