FS Casino at a glance
FS Casino is an online casino and sportsbook at fs.casino, run by Intelligent Innovations N.V. of Curaçao. This review is for players in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play: we did not open an account. Every fact was checked on October 21, 2026. Most facts are from the operator's own pages; the cashier needs an account, so Canadian payment methods are third-party. One practical note: the brand's address is fs.casino. The look-alike fscasino.com sends visitors to an unrelated casino.
Key facts
- Website: fs.casino (one international site)
- Operator: Intelligent Innovations N.V., Groot Kwartierweg 10, Curaçao (reg. no. 142065); payments agent Verbenaz Limited, Cyprus
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/767/0360. The certificate says active; the register says renewal in assessment
- Launched: unclear. The homepage says 2026; Casino Guru says 2019
- Provinces refused in the terms: Ontario
- Canadian dollars: listed by Casino Guru only
- Interac: not named by the operator; listed by Casino Guru
- Games: 8,000+, live dealer, sportsbook and esports
- Our rating: 3.2 out of 5
Is FS Casino legit?
FS Casino names its operator and links a Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate from its footer. That certificate states that fs.casino is operated by Intelligent Innovations N.V. under licence OGL/2024/767/0360, granted May 19, 2025, with the status "Active". The Authority's own licence register, dated October 20, 2026, shows the same licence with a term that ended on May 14, 2026 and the status "Assessment in progress". Both are official sources and they disagree. We read that as a licensed company whose renewal is under review, not as a licence shown as current.
Two conflicts on the operator's own site
- Launch year: the homepage says FS Casino launched in 2026. Casino Guru dates it to 2019, and the licence was granted in 2025. We treat the launch year as unknown.
- Crypto: the homepage payment table lists Bitcoin and Ethereum. The anti-money-laundering section of the terms says the company does not accept payments from anonymous instruments and names cryptocurrencies. We could not see which rule the cashier follows.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Operator, address and licence number printed in the footer
- 8,000+ games, live dealer tables, a sportsbook and esports
- 24/7 live chat and email in English
Cons
- The register shows the licence term ended in May 2026
- Interac and CAD are third-party only
- Casino Guru lists 144 complaints, many about withdrawals
Bonuses and promotions
FS Casino shows a deposit package in its site header, in euro terms on the international site we saw. We do not print offer amounts, free spins, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates here, because they change and can depend on your country and the link you use. The current Canadian offer is on the FS Casino offer page.
Terms worth reading first
- Wagering: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x needs $3,500 in bets.
- Deposit turnover: clause 8.12.4 of the general terms allows a 20% withholding when a deposit has not been played through to the level the clause sets. It applies with or without a bonus.
Our wagering requirements guide explains how to read any offer.
Games and providers
The operator claims more than 8,000 titles. Studios named on its own pages include Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Endorphina, Spinomenal and Amatic, with NetEnt, Habanero and Betsoft also on the About page. There is a live dealer section.
Sportsbook
FS Casino runs a sportsbook with esports. Clause 9.5 of the terms caps sports and esports winnings at US$50,000 per bet. For hockey markets and how prices are shown, see our NHL betting guide and odds formats guide.
RTP
No site-wide or audited payout percentage is published. Check the RTP in each game's information panel.
Payments and payout speed
The operator's payment table is not split by country and is shown in euros: Visa and Mastercard, Neteller and Skrill, MiFinity and Piastrix, Bitcoin and Ethereum, Jeton and Flexepin. Interac is not on it. Casino Guru (third-party, not split by country) lists Interac without naming the variant, plus MuchBetter, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, bank transfer and crypto. InstaDebit closed in 2026 and Interac Online was retired in 2024, so neither is an option whatever a list shows.
- Interac e-Transfer: check the cashier after registering and before depositing. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work.
- Credit cards: some Canadian banks block gambling on credit cards or treat it as a cash advance; see our Canadian banks guide.
- Crypto: because the homepage and the terms disagree, do not plan a crypto deposit until the cashier shows it.
Withdrawal limits and payout speed
The terms set no standing daily or monthly cap. Clause 8.19 allows withdrawals to be limited to EUR 5,000 (or the equivalent) over 30 days once requested withdrawals, balance and past withdrawals together reach 20 times total deposits. We do not state a payout time; a confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the offer page.
Verification (KYC)
The KYC policy asks for photo ID, a photo of the payment card (middle digits and CVV may be covered) and a photo of you holding the documents once transactions reach US$1,000 or EUR 1,000, and sometimes proof of address. Withdrawals over US$1,000 need a passport or ID card, and the terms allow a video call check. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We did not test FS Casino on a phone and found no app in the sources we used, so we make no claims about mobile design or speed. Checks worth doing before a first deposit on a phone:
- Address: type fs.casino yourself. fscasino.com is not the brand's site.
- Cashier: confirm the method you want appears for a Canadian account.
- Limits: the operator's page says limits are set through support, so ask for one before you play.
Player feedback
Casino Guru (third-party, read October 21, 2026) lists 144 complaints against FS Casino, most of them rejected. We report patterns, not individual claims we cannot verify:
- delayed withdrawals
- long verification
- accounts closed after a withdrawal request, on "bonus abuse" grounds
- withheld winnings
- support replies that read as automated
That is a heavy count, and the themes centre on getting money out. Verify your account before you have a balance, withdraw regularly, and keep screenshots of terms and chats.

Alternatives to FS Casino
Three brands on our Canadian list whose licence we found in a public register with a current status, checked on October 21, 2026.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook. Anjouan licence ALSI-202601043-FI2, held by Wild Blackfin Limited SRL, is shown as valid until January 30, 2027, with thorcasino.com on its domain list. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved. Read our Thor review or see the Thor offer page.
Irwin
Casino and sportsbook run by Galaktika N.V. of Curaçao. The Curaçao validator certifies irwin.casino under licence OGL/2024/169/0146 with the status "Active". Its terms quote limits in Canadian dollars, and Casino Guru lists 14 complaints, none unresolved. Read our Irwin review or see the Irwin offer page.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook. Osauhing Tonybet and the address tonybet.com/ca appear on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of interactive permit holders. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. Read our Tonybet review or see the Tonybet offer page.
Each province also runs its own regulated gambling site: PlayNow in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, Loto-Québec in Quebec, and ALC in the Atlantic provinces. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.
Overall verdict
FS Casino publishes more about itself than many offshore sites: operator, address, licence number, KYC rules and withdrawal clauses are all on its own pages. Against that, the regulator's register shows the licence term ended in May 2026, the operator contradicts itself on crypto and on its launch year, Interac and CAD are third-party only, and the complaint count on Casino Guru is heavy.
Responsible gambling
The operator's page offers limits on the funds you use and time-limited exclusion, set through support. The homepage also names temporary and permanent self-exclusion and reality checks. We could not confirm deposit or loss limits as self-service settings. Help for every province and territory we cover is on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.6 of 1.2 (the certificate says active; the register shows the term ended May 14, 2026, renewal in assessment)
- Interac: 0.5 of 0.8 (third-party only)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.3 of 0.6 (one third-party source)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (the terms refuse Ontario only)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.6 of 0.6 (limits, time-out, self-exclusion and reality checks named by the operator)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat in English)
- Complaints: 0.2 of 0.8 (heavy: 144 on Casino Guru)
Total: 3.2 out of 5.
Who it suits
A player who wants slots, live tables and a sportsbook in one account, accepts a Curaçao licence whose renewal is pending, and will check the cashier for Interac and CAD before depositing. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
