Spinanga at a glance
Spinanga is an online casino and sportsbook at spinanga.com, launched in 2023 according to Mr-Gamble, gambling.com and AskGamblers. It runs one international site, with no separate Canadian domain. This review is for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play: every fact below was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it, and we did not open an account or place a bet.
On October 20 the site could not be reached from our location. On October 21, spinanga.com forwarded us to a mirror, spinanga9314.com, where we read the terms, the responsible gaming page and the Help Centre. Those pages answer some questions well. They do not answer the first one: who runs Spinanga.
Key facts
- Website: spinanga.com. From our location on October 21, 2026, it forwarded to spinanga9314.com
- Operator: not named on the site. Review sites name Rabidi N.V., Stellar Ltd or Liernin Enterprises
- Canadian players: Canada is not on the excluded list in the terms (version 1.12, updated August 19, 2026)
- Provinces refused in the terms: none named. SpinsPilot does not cover Ontario or Alberta
- Canadian dollars: yes, CAD appears in the withdrawal-limit table of the terms
- Interac: Interac e-Transfer shown in the operator's footer
- Games: casino, live casino and a sportsbook; third-party game counts range from 4,000 to 11,000
- Support: live chat and email, which the Help Centre describes as 24/7
- Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.3 out of 5
Is Spinanga legit? The licence
Spinanga's footer reads "2026 © Spinanga.com All rights reserved." and says the site accepts customers over 18. The terms refer only to "the company operating the Website".
Review sites disagree about both the company and the licence. Mr-Gamble, gambling.com and casinos.com name Rabidi N.V. of Curaçao, and casinos.com prints a Gibraltar address; AskGamblers names Stellar Ltd; LCB names Liernin Enterprises. The licence claims are Curaçao 8048/JAZ, a number from the old master-licence system replaced from 2023, Curaçao OGL/2023/103/0067, and Anjouan and PAGCOR without a number.
A Curaçao Chronicle report of September 16, 2025 says the regulator lists Rabidi N.V. as revoked.
So, plainly: four sources name three companies, and the site itself names none.
Where Spinanga is available
Section 2.3 of the terms lists excluded countries only, and Canada is not among them. No province appears in the terms, so Ontario and Alberta are not refused by Spinanga itself; SpinsPilot does not offer Spinanga to readers in either province. Section 15 makes NetEnt titles and the Planet of the Apes, Vikings and Street Fighter slots unavailable to Canadian residents.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Interac e-Transfer shown on the operator's own site
- CAD accounts, with withdrawal limits printed in Canadian dollars
- Casino, live casino and sportsbook in one account
- Live chat and email described as 24/7
Cons
- Three company names across four review sites
- AskGamblers lists 92 complaints, including self-exclusion requests not acted on
- Time-out and self-exclusion only through support
Bonuses and promotions
Spinanga runs casino and sports offers, and gambling.com shows its offer in Canadian dollars. We do not print offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in this review. Those terms change and can depend on the link you sign up through. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on our Spinanga offer page, the one place we keep them.
Bonus rules in the terms
Spinanga's general terms set rules that apply to any bonus, and two are worth knowing before you opt in. While wagering is not complete, the terms treat very large single bets as irregular play, along with switching from low-weighted to high-weighted games after a large win. Breaking these rules can cost the bonus and its winnings. We quote the terms as read on October 21, 2026; the offer's own terms may add more.
How to read any Spinanga offer
- Wagering: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide shows the arithmetic.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full; live and table games often count less, or not at all.
- Blocked games: NetEnt titles are unavailable in Canada under section 15.2, so a bonus tied to a NetEnt slot will not apply to a Canadian account.
- Sports offers: a sports bonus usually sets a minimum price per selection, such as -200 (1.50) or longer. That figure is an example, not Spinanga's rule.
- Expiry: bonus funds and free spins expire if the wagering is not met in time.
Keep a screenshot of the terms you accept, and remember that you can decline a bonus at deposit. Our welcome bonus guide and sports betting bonus guide explain how offers compare.
Games, live casino and sportsbook
Spinanga publishes no game count on the pages we read, and third-party counts run from about 4,000 to 11,000, so we do not pick one. Review sites count about 90 to 110 providers and name Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City. Section 15.2 of the terms makes NetEnt games unavailable to Canadian residents, so expect not to see them. Check that a game opens on your account before you plan around it.
Live casino
The site has a Live Casino section, and third parties name Evolution, Ezugi and LuckyStreak as its studios. We could not see the table limits or which tables accept Canadian accounts.
Sportsbook
The menu has a Sports section and the Help Centre a Sportsbook topic, and the terms carry sports betting rules, including definitions of moneyline and handicap bets and rules for live betting. We did not open the sportsbook or research its markets, so we cannot say how it covers the NHL or whether it shows American odds. If hockey is part of your plan, compare moneyline, puck line and totals prices with another book first; our NHL betting guide, puck line guide and odds formats guide explain those markets.
Published RTP
We found no site-wide or audited payout percentage for Spinanga. Use the RTP in each game's information panel, and remember that some studios supply the same slot in versions with different RTP settings.
Payments and payout speed
Spinanga's footer shows three payment logos: Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer (the image label is spelled "Inerac e-Transfer"). We did not see the cashier, which opens after sign-up. The rest of the list comes from third parties.
Methods listed by third parties
- casinos.com (Canadian review): Interac e-Transfer for deposits and withdrawals, iDebit, Visa, Mastercard, Neosurf, Skrill, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, Paysafecard, AstroPay and Jeton; crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Shiba Inu
- AskGamblers (not split by country) adds: Neteller, CashtoCode, MiFinity, eZeeWallet, USDT, USDC, Tron and Binance. Its withdrawal list has no Interac, Paysafecard or Neosurf
So Interac deposits are on the operator's own site, but whether Interac works for withdrawals is a conflict between two third parties. Check the withdrawal options in the cashier before you deposit. InstaDebit closed in 2026 and Interac Online was retired in 2024, so neither is an option. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains casino transfers, and our Canadian banks guide covers card deposits.
Withdrawal limits in the terms
Section 6.11 prints limits in CAD by level:
| Level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | $750 | $10,500 |
| Level 2 | $750 | $15,000 |
| Level 3 | $1,200 | $18,000 |
| Level 4 | $1,500 | $23,000 |
| Level 5 | $2,300 | $30,000 |
Section 6.13 allows at most three pending withdrawals. The terms carry the same version number, date and CAD table as those of Rabona and MyEmpire, which suggests a shared platform; we could not confirm a common company.
Payout speed
We do not state a payout time for Spinanga. AskGamblers and Mr-Gamble report that the finance desk works from 06:00 to 17:00 GMT, so a request made late in the day may wait. A confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the Spinanga offer page.
Verification (KYC)
Section 5.1 asks for certified ID, proof of residence, and proof of ownership and transaction history of your payment method. Documents are due within 30 days of a request, and verification usually takes about 10 days after a full set. Third parties add that proof of address must be from the last three months. Send documents early. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We did not test Spinanga on a phone or check app stores for this review, so we do not rate its mobile layout or say whether an app exists. What does not depend on the device: one account covers the casino and the sportsbook, and live chat and email are reachable from a browser.
Before you deposit from a phone:
- Check the address. Start from spinanga.com. It may forward you to a numbered mirror, as it did for us; do not use other domains from ads or messages.
- Check the cashier for Interac withdrawals and for CAD before your first deposit.
- Prepare documents. Proof of address from the last three months and proof of payment method; photos should show all four corners.
- Set your own limit. Spinanga's own page describes no deposit-limit tool, so your phone's screen-time settings or a blocking app are a practical second layer.
- Apps: install one only from the App Store or Google Play, and only if the operator lists one there.
Player feedback
Complaint sites are the main public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read AskGamblers on October 20 and 21, 2026. We report counts and patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.
AskGamblers: 92 complaints
AskGamblers lists 92 complaints against Spinanga. The themes:
- Delayed or cancelled withdrawals
- Stalled verification
- Unresponsive support
- Self-exclusion requests not honoured
What the pattern tells you
For a brand dated to 2023, 92 complaints is a heavy count. The self-exclusion cases matter most. Spinanga's terms put the responsibility on the player to report other accounts and not to open new ones, and the exclusion itself runs by email. If you are excluding yourself because gambling has become a problem, do not rely on one casino's process: use the tools in our self-exclusion guide as well. For withdrawals, verify early and keep screenshots of your balance and chat transcripts.
Customer support
Spinanga's Help Centre says support is "ready to help you 24/7" by live chat and email at support@spinanga.com, in English. Third parties report no phone line. We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.
If something goes wrong
Write to support so each request has a timestamp. Independent services such as AskGamblers are the realistic second step. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists help for every province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets at Spinanga. Facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- spinanga.com, served on October 21, 2026 from spinanga9314.com: terms and conditions (version 1.12, updated August 19, 2026), footer, responsible gaming page and Help Centre. On October 20 the site could not be fetched
- Registers: the Curaçao Gaming Authority register dated October 20, 2026, and the Anjouan licence register; Curaçao Chronicle (September 16, 2025) on Rabidi N.V.
- Third-party reviews (labelled in the text): Mr-Gamble (updated October 15, 2026), casinos.com Canada (updated July 10, 2026), gambling.com Canada, AskGamblers and LCB
What we could verify
- Interac e-Transfer, Visa and Mastercard in the operator's footer
- The excluded-country list, the CAD withdrawal table, the pending-withdrawal cap, the blocked games, the bonus play rules and the KYC rules in the terms
- Self-exclusion and a break from play through support
- 24/7 live chat and email in the Help Centre, and Sports in the menu
What we could not verify
- Who operates the site
- The cashier, including Interac withdrawals
- A game count and the provider list
- The sportsbook's markets and odds format
- Payout times and the current offer, which we keep on the offer page by design
We will re-check the registers and update this review and its score. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Alternatives to Spinanga
If the self-exclusion record holds you back, these brands from our Canadian list have a licence we found in a public register with a current status. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.
HitnSpin
Casino and sportsbook. Its Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/818/0448, is in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register under TwiceDice N.V. with status "Indefinite", and it links an eCOGRA payout report (96.17% across all games, June 2026). Interac and CAD are listed by Casino Guru only. Casino Guru lists 136 complaints, including self-exclusion cases, so the same caution applies. See the HitnSpin offer page or our HitnSpin review.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan, with thorcasino.com on the licence's domain list and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers and describe 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved. Interac is listed for deposits but not for withdrawals by AskGamblers. See the Thor offer page or our Thor review.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook in one account. Osauhing Tonybet and the address tonybet.com/ca are on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of permit holders (dated September 28, 2023). Third-party sources list CAD accounts and Interac. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. See the Tonybet offer page or our Tonybet review.
Your provincial site
Most readers can also play with their province: PlayNow in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, lotoquebec.com in Quebec, and alc.ca in the Atlantic provinces. These sites are run by provincial lottery corporations and pay in Canadian dollars. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page.
Overall verdict
Spinanga's own pages cover the Canadian basics: Interac e-Transfer in the footer, CAD accounts with withdrawal limits in Canadian dollars, a casino, live casino and sportsbook, and 24/7 chat and email.
Against that, the site names no operator, and review sites name three different companies. AskGamblers' 92 complaints include self-exclusion requests that were not acted on, which matters more than any game count.
Licence and safety
Spinanga's terms refer only to "the company operating the Website", and review sites name three different companies. A Curaçao Chronicle report of September 16, 2025 says the regulator lists Rabidi N.V., one of those companies, as revoked.
Responsible gambling
The responsible gaming page offers a break from play through support and self-exclusion by email to support@spinanga.com. It describes no deposit, loss or session limits and no reality checks. casinos.com and Mr-Gamble list limit tools, reality checks and cool-off periods, but casinos.com's own comparison table contradicts its text, and we could not see those tools on the operator's page. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.3 of 1.2
- Interac: 0.8 of 0.8 (Interac e-Transfer shown in the operator's own footer, read on October 21, 2026)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (CAD in the operator's terms and in third-party sources)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (nothing refused beyond Ontario and Alberta)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (a break and self-exclusion through support; third-party tool lists conflict)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat and email in English)
- Complaints: 0.2 of 0.8 (heavy: 92 on AskGamblers, including self-exclusion not honoured)
Total: 3.3 out of 5.
Who it suits
Spinanga suits a player who wants Interac and CAD in one account with a sportsbook and checks the withdrawal options before depositing. It does not suit anyone using self-exclusion or limits to manage their play. The current offer is on the Spinanga offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
Spinanga FAQ
Is Spinanga legit?
Spinanga publishes terms with CAD limits, but its site names no operator.
Does Spinanga accept Interac?
Interac e-Transfer is shown in Spinanga's own footer. casinos.com lists it for withdrawals too, but AskGamblers does not, so check the cashier before you deposit.
Can I self-exclude at Spinanga?
Yes, by email to support@spinanga.com, according to its responsible gaming page. Complaints say some requests were not honoured, so add a blocking tool and your province's program as well.
Does Spinanga have a promo code?
The current Canadian offer, and whether it needs a code, is on our Spinanga offer page. We list a code only when one exists for Canadian players.
