Spinit is an online casino at spinit.com that third-party reviews describe for Canadian players in Canadian dollars, with Interac, a large game lobby and a sportsbook. This review is for players in the provinces and territories SpinsPilot Canada covers, which is everywhere except Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, with facts checked on October 21, 2026, and every fact says where it comes from. We did not open an account or play.
Before anything else, one point that many Spinit reviews get wrong: there have been two Spinits. The original was run by Genesis Global Limited under a Malta licence from 2016, and AskGamblers now marks that brand as closed. The current spinit.com is a relaunch operated by Stellar Ltd under an Anjouan licence, dated by third parties to 2024 or mid-2025. Some review pages still mix facts from both. This review covers the relaunched site only.
One more limit: spinit.com is blocked at the network level in the country our research team works from, so we could not read its terms, cashier or help pages directly. Operator facts below come from third-party reviews and are labelled as such. The licence register we checked ourselves.
Spinit at a glance
- Website: spinit.com (Mr-Gamble links the Canadian page spinit.com/en-ca)
- Operator: Stellar Ltd, reg. 15789, Mutsamudu, Anjouan, Union of Comoros (gambling.com and casinos.com, third-party)
- Licence: Anjouan, ALSI-202411077-FI2. The licence is in the register, but spinit.com is not on its domain list
- Canadian players: reviewed for Canada by gambling.com and casinos.com; no terms clause read
- Provinces: no site-level list read. Third-party offer terms exclude Ontario (casinos.com) or Ontario and Alberta (Mr-Gamble)
- Account currency: Canadian dollars (AskGamblers and gambling.com, third-party)
- Interac: Interac for deposits and Interac e-Transfer for withdrawals (casinos.com, third-party)
- Games: 9,000+, 500+ live, about 90-108 providers (third-party)
- Sportsbook: yes (casinos.com, third-party)
- Support: 24/7 live chat, email and a help centre; no phone (casinos.com, third-party)
- Age: 19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.6 out of 5
What works
- Interac in and out, and CAD accounts, according to Canadian third-party reviews
- A large lobby with studios Canadian players know, including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Evolution
- 24/7 live chat
- A complaint count on the new site that is moderate so far
What to weigh
- The Anjouan licence does not list spinit.com, so the licence-to-site link is unverified
- The register prints an expiry date of November 21, 2026 for that licence
- Third-party sources disagree on which responsible gambling tools exist
- We could not read the operator's terms, so withdrawal limits are unconfirmed
Bonuses and promotions
Spinit runs a welcome offer for new casino players and ongoing promotions for existing ones, and casinos.com (third-party, updated August 24, 2026) shows a Canadian offer in Canadian dollars. The sportsbook has its own promotions on separate terms. Across the market, welcome offers are usually built around deposit matches and free spins, with wagering requirements attached.
We do not print offer amounts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in this review. The terms change, and with two Spinits in third-party data, old offers from the closed Genesis brand still circulate on some pages. The current offer, its wagering requirement and its limits are on the Spinit offer page, the one place we keep them.
Province restrictions on the offer
Third-party sources quote offer-level exclusions rather than a site-wide list. casinos.com says its Spinit offer "is not available for players residing in Ontario"; Mr-Gamble says Ontario or Alberta. SpinsPilot Canada does not cover either province, so this does not change anything for our readers, but it is a reminder that the offer you see depends on where you live and which page you came from.
How to read any Spinit offer
- Wagering: the number of times the bonus (or deposit plus bonus) must be bet before withdrawal. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x needs $3,500 in bets.
- Free-spin winnings: these often carry their own wagering, separate from deposit-match money. Check both numbers.
- Maximum bet: a stake cap per spin usually applies while a bonus is active; exceeding it can void the bonus.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full; live and table games often count less or nothing.
- Time limits: unmet wagering usually expires with the bonus.
An account fee to know about
casinos.com (third-party) reports an inactivity fee of C$0.75 a month after 180 days without activity. We could not confirm it in the operator's terms. If you stop playing, withdraw your balance or close the account rather than leaving money in it.
Games and providers
Third-party game counts for the relaunched Spinit vary. The stat boxes on casinos.com and gambling.com (read October 20, 2026) both say 9,000+ games, while the body text of various reviews gives anything from 7,500 to 12,000. We use 9,000+ as the figure two sources agree on. The same sources count more than 500 live dealer tables and between about 90 and 108 providers.
Studios named by third-party reviews
- NetEnt and Play'n GO: long-running slot studios
- Pragmatic Play: slots and live dealer games
- Hacksaw Gaming: high-volatility slots
- Evolution and Ezugi: live dealer tables and game shows
We do not list more than the sources name, because we could not read the lobby ourselves. Game availability can differ by country, and some studios restrict titles in some markets, so check that a game opens on a Canadian account before you rely on it for a bonus.
Live casino
Evolution and Ezugi are the live studios named by third parties. We could not confirm table limits or which tables accept Canadian accounts. Live games usually count less towards bonus wagering than slots, or not at all.
Sportsbook
casinos.com lists a sportsbook, and AskGamblers classes the site as casino and sports. We have not seen the sportsbook, so we cannot say which leagues it covers or whether it shows American odds. If hockey is your sport, compare moneyline, puck line and totals prices with another book first; our NHL betting guide explains those markets.
Published RTP
No site-wide payout percentage is published in anything we read. Use the RTP figure inside each game's information panel, and treat any "Spinit payout rate" quoted elsewhere with caution, especially if it predates the 2024-2025 relaunch.
Two Spinits
If a review you are reading mentions the Malta licence or Genesis Global, its game facts describe the closed brand, not the current site. That is one reason game counts for Spinit vary so much across the web.
Payments and payout speed
We could not read Spinit's cashier. The methods below come from casinos.com's Canadian review (third-party, updated August 24, 2026), with additions from AskGamblers, whose list is not split by country. Methods are listed in the order most Canadian players look for them.
Deposit methods (casinos.com, Canada)
- Interac: listed for deposits. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work and what to do if one is delayed.
- MuchBetter
- Neosurf (prepaid voucher)
- Jeton and FunID
- Crypto, with Bitcoin named
- Visa and Mastercard. Several Canadian banks decline gambling transactions on credit cards or charge them as a cash advance; see our Canadian banks guide.
Withdrawal methods (casinos.com, Canada)
- Interac e-Transfer
- FunID, bank transfer, MuchBetter, Jeton
- Crypto
AskGamblers adds Paysafecard, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, CashtoCode, MiFinity and BLIK, and lists crypto as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, USDC, Dogecoin and Cardano, with XRP also for withdrawals. Some of these, BLIK and Revolut for example, are European methods that may not appear for Canadian accounts.
Not mentioned by any source: iDebit, Flexepin. Interac Online was retired in 2024 and InstaDebit closed in 2026. One Canadian review, Mr-Gamble (updated September 29, 2026), says Interac is not listed at Spinit; that statement matches the old Genesis brand, not the relaunched site.
Payout speed and limits
We do not state a payout time for Spinit. We could not read a published one from the operator, and third-party figures are not a reliable basis. When a confirmed figure is available it will be on the Spinit offer page. Withdrawal limits are also unconfirmed: third-party reviews print caps that conflict with each other and vary by VIP level, and we only quote limits read in the operator's own terms.
Verification (KYC)
According to casinos.com and gambling.com (third-party), Spinit asks for these before the first withdrawal:
- a government ID: passport or driver's licence
- a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months, as proof of address
- sometimes, proof that you own the payment method
Verification holds are one of the complaint patterns below, so send clear documents soon after registering, before you request a withdrawal. A legitimate casino does not need your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
This section sticks to what we could check, and for Spinit that is little. Because spinit.com is blocked where our research team works, we have not loaded the site on any device, so we do not rate its mobile layout, speed or controls. None of the sources we used for this review record a downloadable app for the relaunched site.
What matters on a phone:
- Check the address. Use spinit.com, or the Canadian page it sends you to. Old app listings or bookmarks from the Genesis-era Spinit belong to a closed brand; do not use them, and do not install an app from a link in an ad or a message.
- Verification from a phone. Proof of address must be from the last three months, according to third-party reviews. A photo of a paper bill works if all four corners are visible and the text is readable.
- Limits. Third-party sources disagree on which limit tools Spinit offers (see the verdict). Your phone's own screen-time settings can add a limit the casino cannot change.
- Live chat. Support runs through 24/7 live chat according to casinos.com, which suits phone use better than email.
Player feedback
Complaints about the two Spinits are recorded separately on AskGamblers (third-party, read October 20, 2026), which keeps the picture cleaner than most review pages.
The relaunched Spinit (spinit.com)
17 complaints, a moderate count for a site that third parties date to 2024 or 2025. The patterns:
- Delayed or pending withdrawals
- Verification holds, where a withdrawal waits on document checks
- Slow support
The old Spinit (Genesis Global)
65 complaints. AskGamblers marks the brand as closed and has blacklisted the Genesis affiliate program. None of this concerns the current operator directly, but it explains why searches for "Spinit complaints" return mixed results. When you read a complaint, check its date and whether it names Genesis or the Malta licence.
Customer support
According to casinos.com (third-party), Spinit offers 24/7 live chat, email and a help centre, with no phone line. Support is in English. We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.
If something goes wrong
Keep screenshots of the cashier and of any offer you accept, save chat transcripts, and note when you sent each document. If live chat does not resolve a withdrawal or verification issue, put the request in writing by email so it has a timestamp. Because the licence does not list spinit.com, it is not clear that the Anjouan regulator would take a complaint about this site; independent services such as AskGamblers are the realistic second step. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists the help lines for every province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets. Facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- Anjouan Gaming public licence register: licence ALSI-202411077-FI2, Stellar Ltd, its status, expiry and domain list
- casinos.com Canadian Spinit review (third-party, updated August 24, 2026): operator, payment methods by deposit and withdrawal, support, responsible gambling tools, KYC, offer-level province note, inactivity fee
- gambling.com Canadian Spinit review (third-party): operator, game count, KYC, responsible gambling tools
- AskGamblers reviews of both Spinits (third-party): currency, payment methods, complaint counts and patterns, the old brand's closed status
- Mr-Gamble Canadian Spinit review (third-party, updated September 29, 2026): Canadian URL, offer-level province note
What we could verify
- The licence ALSI-202411077-FI2 is in the Anjouan register under Stellar Ltd, status valid, expiry November 21, 2026
- spinit.com is not among the 18 domains listed for that licence
What we could not verify
- The operator's own pages. spinit.com resolves to a blocking page from our location, so the terms, cashier, footer and help pages were not read.
- The licence-to-site link. The operator name and licence number come from third parties, and the register does not list spinit.com.
- Whether Canada is accepted in the terms, and which provinces, if any, are refused at site level
- Responsible gambling tools. casinos.com lists deposit limits, session limits, time-out and self-exclusion; gambling.com says there are no deposit or session limits or reality checks, and that self-exclusion is by email only.
- Withdrawal limits, payout times, the inactivity fee
- The current offer, which we keep on the offer page by design
We will read spinit.com from a Canadian connection, re-check the register before the printed expiry date, and update the review and its score. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Best alternatives to Spinit
Three brands on our Canadian list whose licence we found in a public register with the brand's own domain on it.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook. Osauhing Tonybet and the address tonybet.com/ca are on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of permit holders, and Ontario and Alberta players are served on separate regulated sites. Third-party sources count 8,000+ casino games. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. See the Tonybet offer page or our Tonybet review.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan, with thorcasino.com on the licence's domain list and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers, including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and Evolution. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved. Interac is listed for deposits but not for withdrawals by AskGamblers. See the Thor offer page.
Art Casino
Licensed in Anjouan under the same licence holder as Thor, with artcasino.io on the domain list. AskGamblers counts 10,000+ games and Casino Guru 83 providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Evolution. Casino Guru lists 17 complaints, several about bonus disputes. A sportsbook is not confirmed. See the Art Casino offer page.
All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.
Overall verdict
Licence and safety
Third-party reviews say the relaunched Spinit runs under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2, held by Stellar Ltd. The register confirms that licence exists and shows it as valid, with an expiry date of November 21, 2026. It does not list spinit.com among the 18 domains it covers. We record that as a gap, not a verdict: the licence may be extended to the domain, or the site may sit under another arrangement we have not seen. Until the register or the operator's footer links the two, we treat the licence as claimed but not matched to this site.
Responsible gambling
The sources disagree. casinos.com lists deposit limits, session limits, time-out and self-exclusion; gambling.com says there are no deposit or session limits and no reality checks, and that self-exclusion is by email. Check the account settings after you register, before your first deposit. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.6 of 1.2 (licence in the register, but the domain is not on it)
- Interac: 0.5 of 0.8 (third-party sources only)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (third-party sources)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (nothing refused beyond Ontario and Alberta, which we do not cover)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (some tools; sources conflict)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat in English)
- Complaints: 0.5 of 0.8 (moderate)
Total: 3.6 out of 5.
Our verdict
On the Canadian basics, Spinit reads well in third-party data: Interac both ways, CAD accounts, a large lobby from known studios and 24/7 chat. What holds it back is the licence gap and the fact that we could not read its own terms. Add the confusion between the closed Genesis brand and the current site, and the practical advice is simple: read every Spinit review, including this one, for which site it describes; verify your account before you withdraw; and check the limit tools before you deposit. The current offer is on the Spinit offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not for players in Ontario or Alberta.
