Rolling Slots Casino Review for Canada

Rolling Slots at a glance

Rolling Slots is an international online casino run by GBL Solutions N.V. of Curaçao, open since 2021 according to its own About page. The address rollingslots.com currently forwards visitors to a numbered mirror, rollingslots94.com. This review is written for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta, and every fact below was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it.

The operator facts here come from the site's own public content feed, which returned its footer, terms and conditions, responsible gaming, About, FAQ and verification pages. The cashier needs a logged-in account and was not read. We did not open an account or play: this review is written from research.

Key facts

  • Website: rollingslots.com, which forwards to the mirror rollingslots94.com. One international site, no separate Canadian address
  • Operator: GBL Solutions N.V., registration 155090, Seru Loraweg 17, Curaçao. Payments are handled by Ramtinar Techconsult Limited of Nicosia, Cyprus
  • Licence: Curaçao, OGL/2024/589/0556. Listed in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register, but the term ended on April 14, 2026 and the status reads "Assessment in progress"
  • Canadian players: accepted. Canada is not on the terms' list of countries where an account cannot be opened
  • Provinces refused by the operator: none named
  • Canadian dollars: yes, CAD is the default currency for Canadian accounts
  • Interac: an Interac logo in the operator's footer; the Interac service is not named
  • Games: more than 15,000 titles and a live casino, as published. No sportsbook
  • Support: live chat and email, 24 hours a day, in English
  • Not available through SpinsPilot in: Ontario, Alberta
  • Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
  • Our rating: 3.6 out of 5

Is Rolling Slots legit?

Rolling Slots names its operator and its licence, which is the first thing to look for at an offshore casino. The footer states that the site is operated by GBL Solutions N.V., a company registered in Curaçao, and the terms give the company's registration number and street address. The licence number in the footer, OGL/2024/589/0556, can be looked up.

We looked it up. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register of online licences (the version updated October 20, 2026) lists GBL Solutions N.V. under that number, as a B2C licence issued on October 14, 2025. The same row shows the term ending on April 14, 2026, and the status column reads "Assessment in progress". In plain terms: the regulator has the company on file and is reviewing a renewal, but the licence is not shown as current today. The Authority's certificate for the same licence, checked on October 21, 2026, still shows the status "Active" and lists rollingslots.com among 21 approved domains, but not the mirror rollingslots94.com that the site forwards to. We follow the register. Our scoring treats that as a licence on file with a problem, worth 0.6 of the 1.2 points a current licence earns.

Two more points belong here. First, the same licence number and status also cover two other brands on our Canadian list, Mino Casino and Needforspin, so all three move together when the regulator decides. Second, do not confuse the casino with rolling-slots.com, spelled with a hyphen. That is a German review site, not the casino, and it names a different company whose own Curaçao licence the regulator lists as revoked. Our guide to casino licences explains how to check a licence yourself.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • The operator, its registration number and its address are published
  • CAD is the default account currency for Canada
  • An Interac logo appears on the operator's own payment list
  • More than 15,000 games and a live casino, as published
  • 24/7 live chat and email in English

Cons

  • The Curaçao licence term ended in April 2026 and the renewal is still in assessment
  • No deposit, loss or wager limit tool is named on the responsible gaming page
  • Casino Guru lists 89 complaints, including confiscated winnings
  • A monthly fee applies to accounts left inactive for six months

Bonuses and promotions

Rolling Slots runs a welcome offer for new players and promotions for existing ones. Offers at offshore casinos change often and can depend on your country, your currency and the link you sign up through, so this review prints no offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on our Rolling Slots offer page, the one place we keep those numbers.

How to read a Rolling Slots offer

  • Wagering requirement: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. Check whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to the deposit plus the bonus. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide works through more examples.
  • Maximum bet: bonus terms usually cap the stake per spin while a bonus is active. Going over the cap can void the bonus and the winnings made with it.
  • Game weighting: slots usually count in full towards wagering; table and live games often count less, or not at all.
  • Provider restrictions: the general terms (section 2.8) say some game providers restrict their games by country. A game that is closed to Canadian accounts cannot help you clear a bonus, so open it on your own account first.
  • Expiry: bonus funds and free spins lapse if the wagering is not met in time.
  • Withdrawing early: a withdrawal request while a bonus is active usually cancels the bonus and anything won with it.

Bonus terms and verification

Casino Guru's complaint record for Rolling Slots includes cases of confiscated winnings (see Player feedback). We cannot judge individual cases, but the general lesson holds: most disputes start in the bonus terms or in verification. Read the bonus terms in full, keep a dated screenshot of what you accepted, and finish your identity checks before you have a balance to withdraw. The general terms give 30 calendar days to supply requested documents; after that, winnings can be confiscated and the account closed.

You can also play without a bonus: cash played without one carries no wagering. Our welcome bonus guide explains how deposit matches and free spins are usually structured.

Games and providers

Rolling Slots states on its About page that it offers "more than 15,000 titles". That is a large lobby by offshore standards, and it is a figure the operator publishes, which many casinos do not. We could not browse the lobby ourselves, so we do not describe its categories or name individual games.

Providers

Casino Guru (third-party, read October 21, 2026) lists 152 game providers at Rolling Slots. The studios it names include:

  • NetEnt
  • Play'n GO
  • Pragmatic Play
  • Evolution
  • Nolimit City
  • Hacksaw Gaming
  • Relax Gaming
  • Yggdrasil

Studios license their titles market by market, and the Rolling Slots terms say plainly that some providers restrict their games by country. Check that a game opens on a Canadian account before you plan around it.

Live casino

The site menu has a Live Casino section, and Evolution is among the listed studios. We could not see which tables are open to Canadian accounts, their betting limits or whether any are hosted in French.

Return to player (RTP)

We found no site-wide or audited payout percentage for Rolling Slots. Check the RTP in each game's information panel before you play. Some studios supply the same slot in versions with different RTP settings, so a figure printed on a review site may not match the version a casino runs.

No sportsbook

Rolling Slots is a casino only. The site menu has no sports section, and none of the operator pages we read mention sports betting. If you want to bet on the NHL, CFL or NFL as well, our sports betting section and NHL betting guide cover the sportsbooks on our Canadian list.

Payments and payout speed

For most Canadian players the first question is Interac. Rolling Slots shows an Interac logo in its own footer, which is a stronger signal than a review-site list. The Canadian cashier needs a logged-in account, though, so we could not see which methods appear for a Canadian deposit, or which work for withdrawals.

On the operator's site

  • Interac: a logo in the footer, without naming the service. Interac e-Transfer is the Interac service in use for casino payments; Interac Online was retired in 2024.
  • Card payments (a generic card logo)
  • Bank transfer
  • MiFinity
  • Zimpler and A1
  • Crypto

Third-party list

Casino Guru's list, not split by country: Interac (variant not named), Paysafecard, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, Cashlib and bank transfer; crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, USDC, Tron, Solana, Bitcoin Cash, Toncoin, Cardano, XRP and Dogecoin. iDebit, MuchBetter, Flexepin and Neosurf are not listed anywhere we read. InstaDebit closed in 2026, so it is not an option whatever a list shows.

What this means for a Canadian deposit

  • Interac e-Transfer: open the cashier after registering and confirm it is offered for both deposits and withdrawals before you deposit. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work.
  • Cards: several Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit cards or charge them as cash advances, with interest from day one. Our Canadian banks guide covers this bank by bank.
  • Crypto: transfers cannot be reversed, so check the wallet address and network twice.

Withdrawal limits

The terms print maximum withdrawals in Canadian dollars, per transaction, per day and per month, by account level:

Account levelPer transactionPer dayPer month
1 to 10$750$750$15,000
11 to 30$1,000$1,000$18,000
31 to 55$1,150$1,150$22,000
56 to 85$1,300$1,300$26,500
86 to 100$1,600$1,600$40,000

No more than three withdrawal requests can be open at once, so a large win is paid out in instalments over days or months. That is common offshore, but worth knowing before you chase a jackpot.

Payout speed

We do not state a payout time for Rolling Slots. The operator pages we read give no processing time for withdrawals, and times printed by third parties are not a reliable basis. A confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the Rolling Slots offer page.

Verification (KYC)

According to the terms (section 2.5) and the operator's verification page, documents are requested at withdrawal or whenever the Risk Department asks:

  • a colour copy of a passport or driver's licence (the verification page also accepts an ID card or residence permit)
  • a colour copy of the card used to deposit, both sides, with the middle digits hidden
  • a screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used
  • a utility bill under three months old, or a bank statement or government document, as proof of address
  • a selfie holding your ID if asked; video verification is also possible

Documents are due within 30 calendar days of the request, or winnings can be confiscated and the account closed. Reviews take up to three business days, and the verification team works Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+3, which falls in the night and morning for Canadian time zones. Send clear documents soon after registering. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.

Inactive accounts

The terms (section 5.2) charge a dormant-account fee of 10 EUR a month once an account has had no real-money play for six months. If you stop playing, withdraw your balance or close the account rather than leaving money in it.

Mobile experience

We keep this section to facts we could check. Rolling Slots is a website built as a browser app; none of the operator pages we read mention a downloadable app, and we have not tested the site on a phone. We do not rate mobile speed or design here.

If you plan to play mainly on a phone, these checks take a few minutes and are worth doing before your first deposit:

  • Check the address. Rolling Slots moves between numbered mirror domains (rollingslots94.com on October 21, 2026). Start from rollingslots.com or our offer page rather than an old bookmark, and never from links in messages or ads. rolling-slots.com, with a hyphen, is a review site, not the casino.
  • Test the cashier. Confirm that Interac e-Transfer, or the method you want, appears in the mobile cashier for both deposits and withdrawals.
  • Test the document upload. The terms ask for colour copies, and for cards both sides with the middle digits hidden. Photos taken on a phone should show all four corners and be readable without zooming.
  • Set the reality check. The account settings offer a Reality Check timer at 60, 90 or 180 minutes. On a phone, where sessions blur together, it is worth switching on first.

Player feedback

Complaint sites are the clearest public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read Casino Guru on October 21, 2026. We report counts and patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.

Casino Guru: 89 complaints

Casino Guru lists 89 complaints against Rolling Slots, 57 of which it rejected after review. The recurring themes are:

  • Accounts closed suddenly, often with a balance in dispute
  • Delayed withdrawals
  • Confiscated winnings
  • Wins lost after game crashes

What the pattern tells you

For a casino open since 2021, 89 complaints is a heavy count, and the confiscation cases place Rolling Slots in the lowest band of our complaint score. A rejected complaint is one the complaint site did not uphold, often because a bonus or account rule was broken, so the large rejected share says as much about how often terms catch players out as about the casino itself. The practical steps: complete verification early, read the bonus terms before accepting an offer, withdraw regularly rather than letting a large balance build, and keep screenshots of the terms, your balance and any chat transcripts.

Customer support

The About page lists live chat and email (support@rollingslots.com), "24 hours a day, 7 days a week", in English. The verification team keeps shorter hours, Monday to Friday, so document reviews can wait over a weekend. We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.

If something goes wrong

Start with support and keep a written record of every exchange; an email gives your request a timestamp that live chat may not. If that does not resolve it, the licence gives you a route: the Curaçao Gaming Authority handles complaints about its licensees, and GBL Solutions N.V. is on its register. Independent services such as Casino Guru are a second route. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists help lines for every province and territory we cover.

How we researched this review

This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or request a withdrawal at Rolling Slots. The facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.

Sources we read

  • Rolling Slots' own public content feed (rollingslots94.com, read October 21, 2026): footer, terms and conditions, responsible gaming page, About page, FAQ, verification page, currency and country lists, site menu
  • Curaçao Gaming Authority online licence register (dated October 20, 2026): the row for OGL/2024/589/0556, GBL Solutions N.V.
  • Curaçao Gaming Authority licence certificate for OGL/2024/589/0556 (cert.cga.cw, checked October 21, 2026): status "Active", domains include rollingslots.com but not rollingslots94.com
  • Kahnawake Gaming Commission list of permit holders and the Anjouan licence register
  • Casino Guru Rolling Slots review (third-party): payment methods, providers, complaint count and themes

What we could verify

  • The operator's name, registration number and address, as published in its footer and terms
  • The licence row in the Curaçao register, with the dates and the "Assessment in progress" status quoted above
  • That Canada is not on the terms' list of refused countries, and that CAD is the default currency for Canada
  • The withdrawal-limit table, the three-request cap and the dormant-account fee in the terms
  • The responsible gambling tools listed on the operator's page
  • That the operator publishes a figure of more than 15,000 games (we did not count them)

What we could not verify

  • The Canadian cashier: which Interac service is offered, and which methods work for withdrawals
  • Payout times
  • The outcome of the licence renewal
  • How loyalty levels are earned and what they bring
  • Mobile performance, because we have not tested the site on a phone
  • The current offers, which we keep on the offer page by design

We will re-check the Curaçao register after the regulator decides on the renewal, then update the review and its score. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.

Alternatives to Rolling Slots

If the expired licence term holds you back, these three casinos on our Canadian list hold a licence that we found in a public register with a current status. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.

Thor

Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202601043-FI2, held by Wild Blackfin Limited SRL. The register shows the licence as valid until January 30, 2027, with thorcasino.com on its domain list. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers and describe 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved. Interac is listed for deposits but not for withdrawals by AskGamblers. Read our Thor review or see the Thor offer page.

Art Casino

Casino with live dealer tables, licensed in Anjouan under the same licence as Thor, with artcasino.io on the domain list. AskGamblers counts 10,000+ games and Casino Guru 83 providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Evolution, and both list CAD accounts. Casino Guru lists 17 complaints, several about bonus disputes. A sportsbook is not confirmed. Read our Art Casino review or see the Art Casino offer page.

Tonybet

Casino and sportsbook in one account. Osauhing Tonybet appears on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of interactive permit holders with a dedicated Canadian site, tonybet.com/ca (the list is dated September 28, 2023). Third-party sources list CAD accounts and Interac e-Transfer, and count 8,000+ casino games. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. Read our Tonybet review or see the Tonybet offer page.

If you would rather play on a provincially regulated site, PlayNow.com serves British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, lotoquebec.com serves Quebec, and alc.ca serves the four Atlantic provinces. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.

Overall verdict

Rolling Slots is open about who runs it, publishes a large game count, sets Canadian dollars as the default for Canadian accounts and shows an Interac logo on its own site. Its withdrawal limits are printed in CAD in the terms, and support runs 24/7 in English.

Two things hold the score back. The Curaçao licence term ended on April 14, 2026 and the renewal is still in assessment. And the complaint record is heavy, with confiscated winnings and sudden account closures among the themes. Both belong at the top of your decision, not the bottom.

Licence and safety

GBL Solutions N.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/589/0556, listed in the regulator's register dated October 20, 2026, with a term that ended April 14, 2026 and the status "Assessment in progress". The Authority's certificate still shows the licence as active and lists rollingslots.com, but not the mirror rollingslots94.com that the site forwards to. We score that 0.6 out of 1.2: a licence on file, but not current. A granted renewal alone would not lift the licence score to 1.2, because the site would also need to run on a listed domain; if the renewal is refused, the score will go down.

Responsible gambling

The operator's page lists three tools: Take a Break for 1 day, 3 days or 1 week, set in the account settings; a Reality Check timer at 60, 90 or 180 minutes; and self-exclusion for an indefinite period by email to support. No deposit, loss or wager limit is named, which is why we score the tools as partial. If you need a longer break than the casino offers, our self-exclusion guide covers blocking software and provincial programs. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.

How the score is built

Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:

  • Licence: 0.6 of 1.2 (certificate active, but the register shows the term ended April 14, 2026 and the renewal in assessment; the mirror rollingslots94.com is not on the certificate)
  • Interac: 0.8 of 0.8 (Interac logo on the operator's own site)
  • Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (CAD is the default for Canada)
  • Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (the operator refuses no province; SpinsPilot does not cover Ontario or Alberta)
  • Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (breaks, reality check and self-exclusion; no deposit limits)
  • Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat and email in English)
  • Complaints: 0.2 of 0.8 (heavy: 89 on Casino Guru, including confiscations)

Total: 3.6 out of 5.

Who it suits

Rolling Slots suits a slots player who wants a very large lobby in Canadian dollars, is comfortable with a Curaçao licence whose renewal is pending, and is disciplined about verification and bonus terms. It does not suit anyone who wants sports betting in the same account, or who needs deposit limits set by the casino. The current offer is on the Rolling Slots offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.

Rolling Slots FAQ

Is Rolling Slots legit?

Rolling Slots is run by GBL Solutions N.V., a Curaçao company that publishes its registration number and address. Its licence, OGL/2024/589/0556, is in the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register, but the term ended on April 14, 2026 and the renewal shows "Assessment in progress". It is a registered operator whose licence is not currently shown as active.

Is Rolling Slots legal in Canada?

Online gambling in Canada is regulated by each province. Rolling Slots holds no provincial licence; it operates under a Curaçao licence from an international site, and its terms do not refuse Canada or any province. Ontario and Alberta run their own regulated markets, and Rolling Slots is not offered to readers in those provinces through SpinsPilot.

Does Rolling Slots accept Interac?

The operator's footer shows an Interac logo, without naming the service. Interac e-Transfer is the service to look for; check that it appears in the cashier for deposits and withdrawals after you register.

Can I set deposit limits at Rolling Slots?

Not according to the operator's responsible gaming page, which lists breaks, a reality-check timer and self-exclusion, but no deposit limit. Your bank or phone settings can add a limit of your own.
