Kingmaker is an online casino and sportsbook that accepts Canadian players and lets them hold an account in Canadian dollars. This review is for players in the provinces and territories SpinsPilot Canada covers, which is everywhere except Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research: the operator's own terms, help centre and responsible gaming page, read on October 21, 2026, plus the public licence registers and the third-party reviews named in each section. We did not open an account or place bets for this review, and every fact below says where it comes from.
The short version: Kingmaker's terms are detailed, they print withdrawal limits in Canadian dollars, and the site combines a large casino lobby, live dealer tables and a sportsbook under one account. Against that, the site does not name the company that runs it, and complaint volume on Casino Guru is high. Read the verdict before you deposit.
Kingmaker at a glance
- Website: kingmaker.com, which redirected to the mirror address kingmaker-1806.com when we checked on October 21, 2026
- Operator: not named on the operator's site; third-party reviews name three different companies
- Canadian players: accepted. Canada is not on the excluded list in the terms (section 2.3, version 1.12, dated August 19, 2026)
- Provinces: the terms name no Canadian province. SpinsPilot Canada does not cover Ontario or Alberta
- Account currency: Canadian dollars, according to the operator's terms
- Interac: Interac e-Transfer listed by Casino Guru (third-party); not confirmed on an operator page
- Products: casino, live casino, sportsbook, live betting, virtual sports
- Support: live chat and email, stated as 24/7, in English
- Launched: not stated by the operator; third parties say 2023 or 2024
- Age: 19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.0 out of 5
What works
- Canadian-dollar accounts, with withdrawal limits printed in CAD in the terms
- Casino, live dealer and sportsbook under one login
- Support stated as 24/7 by live chat and email
- Verification rules spelled out in the terms, including a 30-day deadline for documents
What to weigh
- No operator name on the site
- Casino Guru lists 218 complaints, many about withdrawals and self-exclusion
- Deposit limits and reality checks are not described on the responsible gaming page
- Some game studios and titles, including NetEnt, are blocked for Canadian accounts
Bonuses and promotions
Kingmaker runs promotions for both the casino and the sportsbook. The structure is the one most offshore sites that take Canadian players use: a welcome offer for new accounts, then reloads, free spins and a VIP ladder for existing players. At Kingmaker the VIP level matters beyond bonuses, because the operator's terms tie the withdrawal limits to it (see Payments and payout speed).
We do not print offer amounts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in this review. Offers change often, and the terms that apply can depend on the link you sign up through. The current offer, its wagering requirement and its limits are on the Kingmaker offer page. We keep them in that one place so the same offer never appears with two different numbers on our site.
How to read any Kingmaker offer
- Wagering: a multiple such as 35x means you bet the bonus that many times before it can be withdrawn. As a worked example, a $100 bonus at 35x needs $3,500 in bets. That is an illustration, not Kingmaker's current figure.
- What the wagering applies to: check whether it counts on the bonus alone, on deposit plus bonus, or on free-spin winnings. Deposit plus bonus can double the amount you need to bet.
- Maximum bet: most offers cap the stake per spin or per bet while a bonus is active. Going over the cap can void the bonus and what it won.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full towards wagering; table games and live dealer games often count less or not at all.
- Blocked games: the terms block some titles for Canadian accounts (NetEnt games and several branded slots). A free-spin offer tied to one of them cannot be used from Canada.
- Sportsbook offers: bonus bets and casino bonuses run on separate terms. Check which one you are opting into at sign-up, because opting into the wrong one can lock your deposit to the other product's wagering.
Two clauses outside the bonus terms
First, according to section 6.11 of the operator's terms, a withdrawal may be declined if a minimum monthly wagering of EUR 20 is not met in the calendar month. Players who deposit, play briefly and then withdraw should know this clause exists. Second, verification can be requested before or after any deposit or withdrawal, so a bonus win can stay pending until your documents are approved. Both points apply whether or not you take a bonus.
If you would rather play without a bonus, you can usually decline it at deposit or ask support to remove it before you play. Cash played without a bonus is not tied to wagering requirements.
Games and providers
Kingmaker does not publish a game count, and the operator pages we read on October 21, 2026 do not list its studios by name. Casino Guru (third-party, read the same day) counts 114 providers. The lobby is split into casino, live casino, sportsbook, live betting and virtual sports.
Slots and casino games
A provider count above a hundred usually means a large slot lobby, but because the operator does not publish its own list or a game count, we do not name individual studios or categories here. Each game's information panel names its studio and, for most slots, its return-to-player (RTP) figure. Check that panel before you play a title you do not know.
Games blocked for Canadian accounts
Sections 15.2 to 15.6 of the operator's terms block some content for players from Canada: NetEnt games, and the titles Planet of the Apes, Vikings and Street Fighter. This matters in two ways. A game you see in a review or advertisement may not open on a Canadian account, and a promotion built on one of those titles would not apply to you. If a game will not load, check this list before contacting support.
Live casino
Kingmaker has a live dealer section. The pages we read do not name the live studios or the tables, so we cannot confirm which blackjack, roulette or game-show tables are open to Canadian accounts, or their limits. Live tables usually count less towards bonus wagering than slots, or not at all.
Sportsbook
The site runs a sportsbook with pre-game betting, live betting and virtual sports. We have not verified which leagues it covers, its market depth, or whether it can show American odds. Canadian bettors usually start with the NHL, so if hockey is your main sport, compare the moneyline, puck line and totals prices against another book before you settle on one. Our NHL betting guide explains those markets.
Published RTP
Kingmaker publishes no site-wide payout percentage and no audit report on the pages we read. That is common for offshore sites, but it means any "payout rate" you see quoted for Kingmaker elsewhere did not come from the operator. Use the RTP shown inside each game instead.
Payments and payout speed
Kingmaker's payments page is a country selector. Without an account and a selected country it showed "No payments found" when we checked on October 21, 2026, so we could not read the Canadian cashier directly. The methods below come from third-party reviews and are listed in the order most Canadian players look for them.
Deposit and withdrawal methods
- Interac e-Transfer: listed by Casino Guru (third-party). Casino Guru also lists a second "Interac" entry without naming the variant. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work and what to do if one is delayed.
- MuchBetter: listed by Casino Guru
- Paysafecard and Neosurf (prepaid vouchers): listed by Casino Guru; vouchers usually work for deposits only
- Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity: listed by casino.org (third-party)
- CashtoCode and bank transfer: listed by casino.org
- Crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Cardano, Dogecoin, XRP, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and USDC, listed by Casino Guru
- Visa and Mastercard: listed by Casino Guru. Several Canadian banks decline gambling transactions on credit cards or charge them as a cash advance, so check with your bank first. Our Canadian banks guide covers this.
Not listed by either source: iDebit, Flexepin. Interac Online was retired in 2024 and InstaDebit closed in 2026, so neither is an option at any casino.
Payout speed
We do not state a payout time for Kingmaker. The operator does not publish one on the pages we read, and third-party figures are not a reliable basis. When a confirmed figure is available it will be on the Kingmaker offer page. What we can say from the terms is that verification checks can be run before or after a withdrawal, and that is the most common reason a first withdrawal takes longer than later ones.
Withdrawal limits from the terms
Section 6.11 of the operator's terms sets withdrawal limits in Canadian dollars by VIP level:
- Level 1: $750 per day, $10,500 per month
- Level 2: $750 per day, $15,000 per month
- Level 3: $1,200 per day, $18,000 per month
- Level 4: $1,500 per day, $23,000 per month
- Level 5: $2,300 per day, $30,000 per month
A new account starts at the bottom of that ladder. In practice, a large win on a new account is paid out over several days or months rather than at once. The same section allows a withdrawal to be declined if a minimum monthly wagering of EUR 20 is not met in the calendar month.
Verification (KYC)
According to sections 5.1 to 5.5 and 6.6.4 of the terms, Kingmaker can ask for:
- a passport, driver's licence or ID card, certified if requested
- proof of address, such as a utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement
- proof that you own the payment method, and statements for it
Checks can happen before or after deposits and withdrawals. Documents are due within 30 days, or the account may be closed, and the operator may also verify by phone call or face verification. A legitimate casino does not need your Social Insurance Number. Sending documents soon after you register, before you request a withdrawal, removes the most common source of delay.
Mobile experience
We keep this section to what we could check. Kingmaker runs as a website. When we checked on October 21, 2026, kingmaker.com redirected to the mirror address kingmaker-1806.com, and the site rendered fully in a standard browser. None of the sources we used for this review record an iOS or Android app, and we did not find an app named on the operator pages we read. We have not tested the site on a phone, so we do not rate speed, layout or touch controls here.
Three practical points for phone players:
- Check the address. Mirror addresses such as the one above change over time. Bookmark the address you reached from a source you trust, and be wary of look-alike domains in search ads or messages.
- Verification from a phone. The terms allow face verification, which on a phone means the camera. Document photos for proof of address should show all four corners and be readable.
- Limits and breaks. Time-out and self-exclusion at Kingmaker are requested by contacting support, according to the responsible gaming page. That works from any device by email or live chat. Your phone's own screen-time settings can add a limit the casino cannot change.
Player feedback
Casino Guru (third-party, read October 21, 2026) lists 218 complaints about Kingmaker. That is a high number for a site that third parties date to 2023 or 2024. The complaints fall into three patterns:
- Withdrawals delayed or left pending. The most common pattern. The terms themselves give two reasons a withdrawal can wait: verification checks, and the daily and monthly limits described under Payments.
- Accounts not closed after self-exclusion or closure requests. Players report that their accounts stayed open after they asked to close them or to self-exclude. This is the pattern we weigh most, because self-exclusion is a safety tool.
- Bonus and refund disputes. Disputes over how bonus terms were applied, and over refunds.
A complaint count is not a verdict on every account, and a large site collects more complaints than a small one. But the patterns are consistent, and they touch the two things that matter most: getting paid and being able to stop.
Customer support
According to the operator's help centre, support is available by live chat and by email at support@kingmaker.com, and the team is "ready to help you 24/7". Support is in English. There is no phone line on the pages we read.
If something goes wrong
Keep a record from the start: screenshots of the cashier and of any bonus you accept, chat transcripts, and the dates of every document you send. Put any request to close or exclude your account in writing by email, so there is a timestamp. Independent complaint services such as Casino Guru are the realistic route if support does not resolve an issue. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists the help lines for each province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets. The facts were checked on October 21, 2026, and each one is tied to the source below.
Sources we read
- Kingmaker's own pages (via the mirror kingmaker-1806.com, October 21, 2026): terms and conditions version 1.12 dated August 19, 2026, the about page, the help centre, the payments page and the responsible gaming page
- Anjouan Gaming public licence register (October 21, 2026), including its suspended and revoked pages: 1,339 licences searched
- Curaçao Gaming Authority online gaming licence registry, edition dated October 20, 2026
- Kahnawake Gaming Commission list of interactive permit holders
- Casino Guru Kingmaker review (third-party, October 21, 2026): payment methods, provider count, complaint count and patterns
- casino.org Canadian Kingmaker review (third-party, October 21, 2026): payment methods, launch year, licence claim
What we could verify
- Canada is not an excluded country, and no province is named, in the terms
- CAD appears in the terms, including the withdrawal-limit table
- The KYC rules, the 30-day document deadline and the games blocked for Canada
- Support channels and stated hours, from the help centre
- The responsible gaming tools the operator describes
What we could not verify
- The operator. The terms define "Company" only as the company operating the website. casino.org names KNG Marketing Ltd in its facts table and NovaForge Ltd in its text; Casino Guru names Casolinia Group.
- The Canadian cashier, payout times and the game count
- The current offer, which we leave to the offer page by design
When the operator publishes its company name, we will check the register again and update this review and its score. Our scoring method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Best alternatives to Kingmaker
If the unnamed operator or the complaint record is the deciding point for you, these three brands on our Canadian list show a licence we found in a public register. Each has its own weak spots, listed here so the comparison stays fair.
Tonybet
The closest match if you want a casino and a sportsbook in one account. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of permit holders includes Osauhing Tonybet for the address tonybet.com/ca. Ontario and Alberta players are served on separate regulated sites. AskGamblers (third-party) lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. See the Tonybet offer page or our Tonybet review.
HitnSpin
Licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority; the licence appears in the Authority's registry dated October 20, 2026. The operator states 12,000+ games from 130+ providers and runs a sports section, with live chat and email stated as 24/7. Casino Guru (third-party) lists 136 complaints, including self-exclusion and verification issues, so weigh it with the same care. See the HitnSpin offer page.
Mino
A casino-only option, licensed in Curaçao, with the licence shown as active on the Authority's certificate. Interac appears among the payment logos in the operator's footer, and support is stated as 24/7. Few complaints so far (one on AskGamblers, five on Casino Guru), though the brand is new. See the Mino offer page.
All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and the full list is on all casinos.
Overall verdict
Licence and safety
Kingmaker does not show the name of the company that runs it on any of its own pages we read. The footer says only that the site belongs to Kingmaker.com, and third-party reviews name three different companies. Casino Guru lists 218 complaints, many about withdrawals and self-exclusion.
Responsible gambling
The operator's responsible gaming page describes a time-out and self-exclusion, both requested by contacting support. Deposit limits, loss limits and reality checks are not described there. Given the complaint pattern about closures and self-exclusion not being applied, put any such request in writing and keep the reply. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
We score every Canadian casino on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.3 of 1.2
- Interac: 0.5 of 0.8 (third-party sources only)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (none refused beyond Ontario and Alberta, which we do not cover)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (time-out and self-exclusion only)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat in English)
- Complaints: 0.2 of 0.8 (heavy)
Total: 3.0 out of 5.
Our verdict
Kingmaker gives Canadian players what they look for on paper: CAD accounts, Interac listed by third parties, casino and sports in one place, and clear withdrawal limits in the terms. The point that holds the score down most is one you cannot fix from your side: a complaint record that centres on withdrawals and self-exclusion. If you choose to play, verify your account early, read the withdrawal limits for your VIP level, and keep written records. If a named operator matters more to you, start with the alternatives above. The current offer is on the Kingmaker offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not for players in Ontario or Alberta.
