Casinia at a glance
Casinia is an online casino and sportsbook at casinia.com, with a Canadian English homepage at casinia.com/en-ca. This review is written for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta, and every fact below was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it.
We could read most of the operator's own site: the homepage, the terms and conditions (version 1.12), the About page, the help centre and the responsible gaming page. The cashier shows no methods without a logged-in account, so it was not read. We did not open an account or play: this review is written from research, and where no source we trust gives an answer, we leave the question open.

Is Casinia legit?
The honest answer is that Casinia does not give you enough to check. Its site names no operating company. Section 1.4 of the terms refers only to "the company operating the Website", and the footer reads "2026 © Casinia.com".
Third-party reviews fill part of the gap. AskGamblers and Casino Guru name Stellar Ltd as the operator, and AskGamblers quotes Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2. AskGamblers also claims a PAGCOR licence, which we did not check, and older third-party pages name Curaçao companies that appear to be earlier operators.
Our guide to casino licences explains how to check a licence yourself.
Pros and cons
Pros
- A Canadian English homepage and CAD accounts
- Interac e-Transfer shown in the operator's own footer
- Withdrawal limits printed in Canadian dollars in the terms
- Casino, live dealer and sportsbook in one account
- 24/7 live chat and email in English
Cons
- No operating company named on the site
- Responsible gambling tools are limited to a time-out and self-exclusion through support
- AskGamblers lists 67 complaints, mostly about payments
Bonuses and promotions
Casinia runs welcome offers for new casino and sports players and promotions for existing ones, and third-party pages show offers in Canadian dollars. Offers at offshore casinos change often and can depend on your country, your currency and the link you sign up through, so this review prints no offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on our Casinia offer page, the one place we keep those numbers.
How to read a Casinia offer
- Wagering requirement: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. Check whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to the deposit plus the bonus. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide works through more examples.
- Maximum bet: bonus terms usually cap the stake per spin while a bonus is active. Going over the cap can void the winnings.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full; table and live games often count less, or not at all.
- Games blocked in Canada: the terms list games that are unavailable to Canadian players, including NetEnt titles (section 15.2), Vikings Video Slot (15.4) and Street Fighter Video Slot (15.6). Free spins tied to a blocked game would be of no use, so check which game an offer names.
- Expiry: bonus funds and free spins lapse if the wagering is not met in time.
- Withdrawing early: a withdrawal request while a bonus is active usually cancels the bonus and anything won with it.
Casino offer or sports offer
Casinia has a sportsbook, and sports offers usually run on separate terms: minimum odds per selection, a lower wagering multiple, and rules on which bet types count. Decide which side you will play before you claim anything, because taking one welcome offer can rule out the other. Our sports betting bonus guide explains how sports offers are usually built.
Keep a record
Payment disputes dominate Casinia's complaint record (see Player feedback). Keep a dated screenshot of the offer terms you accept, and complete verification before you have a balance to withdraw. You can also deposit without taking a bonus; cash played without a bonus carries no wagering.
Games and providers
Casinia does not publish a total game count. Casino Guru (third-party, read October 21, 2026) counts 120 game providers, and AskGamblers names a long list of studios. We could not browse the lobby on a Canadian account, so we do not describe its categories or name individual games.
Providers
The studios named by AskGamblers include:
- Pragmatic Play
- Play'n GO
- Evolution
- Yggdrasil
- Nolimit City
- Relax Gaming
- Playtech
- NetEnt, which the terms say is unavailable in Canada
The NetEnt point matters. Casinia's own terms (section 15.2) say NetEnt games are unavailable in Canada, along with individual titles such as Vikings Video Slot and Street Fighter Video Slot. A provider list on a review site is not a list of what a Canadian account can open, so check a game before you plan around it.
Live casino
The site has a Live Casino section with roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows. We could not see which tables are open to Canadian accounts, their betting limits or whether any run in French.
Return to player (RTP)
We found no site-wide or audited payout percentage. Check the RTP in each game's information panel. Some studios supply the same slot in versions with different RTP settings, so a figure printed on a review site may not match the version a casino runs.
Sportsbook
Casinia's About page describes it as an "online sportsbook and casino", with pre-match and live betting sections. We have not seen the market list, so we cannot say how deep its NHL, CFL or NFL coverage runs or whether prices show in American odds. If you bet on hockey, compare a moneyline price with another book before you place it. As an example price only, a moneyline of -150 (1.67) means a $15 bet returns a $10 profit if it wins. Our NHL betting guide and odds formats guide explain the markets and the conversions.
Payments and payout speed
Casinia's footer shows three payment logos: Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer. That is an operator source, which is why Casinia scores full marks for Interac. The cashier, though, loads no methods until you are logged in and have chosen a country and currency, so we could not see the full Canadian list.
Third-party lists
AskGamblers (not split by country) lists these deposit methods: Interac (variant not named), Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Jeton, MiFinity, Trustly, Rapid Transfer and bank wire; crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP, USDT and Dogecoin. For withdrawals it lists Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Jeton, MiFinity and bank wire, plus Bitcoin, USDT, Litecoin and Dogecoin. Paysafecard and Neosurf are deposit-only.
Casino Guru lists "Interac" and "Interac e-Transfer" as two separate entries. The unnamed one could be Interac Online, which was retired in 2024, so treat Interac e-Transfer as the method to look for. iDebit, MuchBetter and Flexepin are not mentioned anywhere we read, and InstaDebit closed in 2026.
What this means for a Canadian deposit
- Interac e-Transfer: after registering, open the cashier with Canada and CAD selected and confirm it appears for deposits and withdrawals. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work.
- Cards: several Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit cards or charge them as cash advances. Our Canadian banks guide covers this bank by bank.
- Crypto: AskGamblers complaints include proof-of-ownership demands for self-custody wallets. If you plan to withdraw in crypto, be ready to show the wallet is yours.
Withdrawal limits
The terms (section 6.11) print limits in Canadian dollars by account level:
| Account level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | $750 | $10,500 |
| Level 2 | $750 | $15,000 |
| Level 3 | $1,200 | $18,000 |
| Level 4 | $1,500 | $23,000 |
| Level 5 | $2,300 | $30,000 |
A large win at level 1 is therefore paid out over weeks. The same table, word for word, appears in the terms of Pistolo, another brand on our list, which suggests the two share a platform.
Payout speed
We do not state a payout time for Casinia. The operator pages we read give none, and times printed by third parties are not a reliable basis. A confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the Casinia offer page.
Verification (KYC)
According to the terms, Casinia can ask for:
- a passport, driving licence or identity card
- proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement
- proof that you own the payment method, and its transaction history
Documents are due within 30 days of a request (section 5.3), and checks are tied to withdrawals rather than sign-up in the text we read. Send clear copies before your first withdrawal. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We keep this section to facts we could check. Casinia is a website; none of the operator pages we read mention a downloadable app, and we have not tested the site on a phone, so we do not rate mobile speed or design.
If you plan to play mainly on a phone, these checks take a few minutes and are worth doing before your first deposit:
- Check the address. Use casinia.com or casinia.com/en-ca. Do not follow links from messages or ads, and install an app only from the App Store or Google Play, and only if the operator lists one there.
- Pick Canada and CAD in the cashier. The payments page shows nothing until a country and currency are set, and it can default to another currency.
- Test the document upload. Photos taken on a phone should show all four corners of the document and be readable without zooming.
- Check the game opens. Some games are blocked for Canada under the terms. Open a game before you use it for a bonus.
- Set your own limit. Casinia offers no deposit limit tool on its responsible gaming page, so your phone's screen-time settings or your bank's controls are the way to add one.
Player feedback
Complaint sites are the clearest public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read AskGamblers and Casino Guru on October 21, 2026. We report counts and patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.
AskGamblers: 67 complaints
AskGamblers lists 67 complaints against Casinia, most of them in its Payment category. The recurring themes are:
- Withdrawals stuck under review for days or weeks
- Cancelled withdrawals
- Repeat verification requests, including proof of ownership for self-custody crypto wallets
- Account closures and self-exclusion requests handled poorly
- Marketing that continued after an opt-out
What the pattern tells you
67 complaints is a heavy count, and the self-exclusion cases weigh more than the number. That places Casinia in the lowest band of our complaint score. Practical steps follow from the pattern: complete verification before you have a balance to withdraw, withdraw regularly rather than letting a large balance build, and keep screenshots of the terms, your balance and every chat. If you ask to self-exclude, do it by email so the request has a timestamp, and check that marketing stops.
Customer support
The help centre lists live chat and email (support@casinia.com) and states that support runs 24/7. The binding language of the terms is English (section 1.5). We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.
If something goes wrong
Start with support and keep a written record. Independent services such as AskGamblers are the realistic second step. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists help lines for every province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or request a withdrawal at Casinia. The facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- Casinia's own site (read October 21, 2026): homepage and /en-ca/ homepage, terms and conditions version 1.12, About page, help centre, responsible gaming page, payments page
- Anjouan Gaming licence register: licence ALSI-202411077-FI2, Stellar Ltd, its status, dates and domain list
- AskGamblers Casinia review (third-party): operator, licence claims, payment methods, providers, complaint count and themes, launch year
- Casino Guru Casinia review (third-party): operator, licence status, payment entries, provider count
What we could verify
- That the site names no operator
- That Canada is not an excluded jurisdiction, that no province is named, and that CAD is an account currency
- The withdrawal-limit table, the verification rules and the Canadian game blocks in the terms
- The responsible gambling tools on the operator's page
What we could not verify
- The operating company, which the operator does not state
- The PAGCOR claim
- The Canadian cashier, and whether the unnamed "Interac" entry on Casino Guru is the retired Interac Online
- Payout times and the game count
- The current offers, which we keep on the offer page by design
Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Alternatives to Casinia
These three casinos with sportsbooks on our Canadian list hold a licence we found in a public register with a current status. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook in one account. Osauhing Tonybet appears on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of interactive permit holders with a dedicated Canadian site, tonybet.com/ca (the list is dated September 28, 2023). Third-party sources list CAD accounts and Interac e-Transfer, 8,000+ casino games and more than 40 sports. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. Read our Tonybet review or see the Tonybet offer page.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202601043-FI2, with thorcasino.com on the licence's domain list and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers and describe 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved, and lists Interac for deposits but not for withdrawals. Read our Thor review or see the Thor offer page.
Martin
Casino and sportsbook at martin.casino. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's validator shows licence OGL/2024/169/0146, held by Galaktika N.V., as active for martin.casino; the terms served for Canadian dollars name a Costa Rica company, 3-102-951923 SRL. Limits are printed in CAD. Its terms refuse New Brunswick, and no source we read confirms Interac. Casino Guru lists 12 complaints. Read our Martin review or see the Martin offer page.
If you would rather play on a provincially regulated site, PlayNow.com serves British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, lotoquebec.com serves Quebec, and alc.ca serves the four Atlantic provinces. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.
Overall verdict
For a Canadian player, Casinia gets the practical basics right on its own site: a Canadian English homepage, CAD accounts, Interac e-Transfer in the footer, withdrawal limits printed in CAD, and 24/7 support in English, with a casino and a sportsbook in one account.
What it does not do is tell you who runs it. The responsible gambling tools are thin, and the complaint record is heavy and centred on withdrawals. Those are the reasons for a mid-table score despite good Canadian features.
Licence and safety
No operator is shown on casinia.com; section 1.4 of the terms refers only to "the company operating the Website". Third-party reviews name Stellar Ltd as the operator, and AskGamblers dates the brand to 2017.
Responsible gambling
The operator's page offers a time-out, arranged through support, and self-exclusion by email to support@casinia.com. It describes no deposit, loss, wager or session limits and no reality check. AskGamblers adds a self-assessment test. That is "some tools" in our rubric, and players who want limits should set them through their bank or phone. Our self-exclusion guide covers blocking software and provincial programs, and help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.3 of 1.2
- Interac: 0.8 of 0.8 (Interac e-Transfer in the operator's footer)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (CAD in the operator's terms)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (the operator refuses no province; SpinsPilot does not cover Ontario or Alberta)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (time-out and self-exclusion through support only)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat and email in English)
- Complaints: 0.2 of 0.8 (heavy: 67 on AskGamblers, mainly payments)
Total: 3.3 out of 5.
Who it suits
Casinia suits a player who wants Interac and CAD with a casino and sportsbook in one account, accepts an operator that does not name itself, and completes verification before withdrawing. The current offer is on the Casinia offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
Casinia FAQ
Is Casinia legit?
Casinia names no operator on its site; third-party reviews name Stellar Ltd. It is an established brand, dated to 2017 by AskGamblers.
Is Casinia legal in Canada?
Online gambling in Canada is regulated by each province. Casinia holds no provincial licence and operates from an international site; its terms do not exclude Canada or any province. Ontario and Alberta run their own regulated markets, and Casinia is not offered to readers in those provinces through SpinsPilot.
Does Casinia accept Interac?
Yes, Interac e-Transfer appears in the operator's footer. Check that it shows in the cashier for both deposits and withdrawals once you have registered with Canada and CAD selected.
Who owns Casinia?
The site does not say. AskGamblers and Casino Guru name Stellar Ltd; older third-party pages name Curaçao companies that appear to be earlier operators.
