Pistolo Casino Review for Canada

Pistolo Casino Review for Canada

Pistolo at a glance

Pistolo is an online casino and sportsbook at pistolo.com. From some connections the address forwards to a numbered mirror (pistolo-6110.com when we checked); pistolo.com is the address to use. This review is written for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta, and every fact below was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it.

We read the operator's terms and conditions, payments page, help centre and responsible gaming page, but not from a Canadian connection: the payments page we saw was the euro view, not the Canadian cashier. Where the operator's pages are silent, we use third-party reviews and say so. We did not open an account or play: this review is written from research.

Key facts

  • Website: pistolo.com. Numbered domains are mirrors
  • Operator: not named on the site. Third-party reviews name Stellar Ltd; Casino.org also names Butos Ltd as owner
  • Canadian players: accepted. Canada is not on the terms' list of excluded jurisdictions
  • Provinces refused: none named in the terms we read; third parties report Ontario refused
  • Canadian dollars: yes, withdrawal limits are printed in CAD in the terms
  • Interac: Interac e-Transfer in the operator's footer, with Visa and Mastercard
  • Games: casino, live dealer tables and a sportsbook. NetEnt games are not available in Canada
  • Support: live chat and email, 24/7, in English
  • Launched: 2024 or 2025; third-party sources disagree
  • Not available through SpinsPilot in: Ontario, Alberta
  • Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
  • Our rating: 3.3 out of 5

Is Pistolo legit?

Section 1.4 of Pistolo's terms refers only to "the company operating the Website", and the footer reads "2026 (c) Pistolo.com". The site names no company and no address.

Third-party reviews fill part of the gap. AskGamblers, gambling.com and Casino.org name Stellar Ltd, and Casino.org also names Butos Ltd as the owner.

So, plainly: Pistolo publishes terms with CAD withdrawal limits and shows Interac e-Transfer in its footer, but it does not say who runs it. Our guide to casino licences explains how to check a licence yourself.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Interac e-Transfer in the operator's own footer
  • CAD accounts, with withdrawal limits printed in CAD
  • Casino, live dealer tables and a sportsbook in one account
  • 24/7 live chat and email in English

Cons

  • No operating company named on the site
  • No deposit, loss or session limits on the responsible gaming page
  • A heavy complaint record centred on withdrawals, plus reports of slow self-exclusion
  • The Ontario and Alberta position rests on third parties, not on the terms we read

Bonuses and promotions

Pistolo runs welcome offers for casino and sports players and promotions for existing ones. Third-party pages show Canadian-dollar offers that differ from one source to the next, which is a good reason not to rely on any of them. This review prints no offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on our Pistolo offer page, the one place we keep those numbers.

How to read a Pistolo offer

  • Wagering requirement: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. Check whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to the deposit plus the bonus. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide works through more examples.
  • Maximum bet: bonus terms usually cap the stake per spin while a bonus is active. Going over the cap can void the winnings.
  • Game weighting: slots usually count in full; table and live games often count less, or not at all.
  • Games blocked in Canada: the terms make NetEnt games (section 15.2), Vikings Video Slot (15.4) and Street Fighter Video Slot (15.6) unavailable in Canada. Free spins tied to a blocked game would be of no use, so check which game an offer names.
  • Expiry: bonus funds and free spins lapse if the wagering is not met in time.
  • Withdrawing early: a withdrawal request while a bonus is active usually cancels the bonus and anything won with it.

VIP levels

The terms tie withdrawal limits to five VIP levels, based on your activity over the previous 90 days (section 6.12). We could not read what else each level brings, so we do not describe VIP rewards. Higher limits are the one benefit printed in the terms.

Casino offer or sports offer

Sports offers usually run on separate terms, with minimum odds per selection and their own wagering. Decide which side you will play before you claim anything. Our sports betting bonus guide explains how sports offers are usually built. You can also deposit without a bonus; cash played without one carries no wagering.

Games and providers

Pistolo does not publish a total game count. Its homepage shows an "Exclusive" section of 773 titles. Third-party counts disagree: gambling.com gives both 6,500+ and 12,000+, and Casino.org gives 7,600. We could not browse the lobby on a Canadian account, so we do not describe its categories or name individual games.

Providers

Casino.org (third-party) counts 64 studios and names these among them:

  • Spinomenal
  • Playtech
  • Play'n GO
  • KA Gaming
  • Microgaming

The terms make NetEnt games unavailable in Canada (section 15.2), along with individual titles such as Vikings Video Slot and Street Fighter Video Slot. A provider list on a review site is not a list of what a Canadian account can open, so check a game before you plan around it.

Live casino

Pistolo has a live dealer section; third-party counts range from 110+ to 156 live games. We could not see which tables are open to Canadian accounts, their limits or whether any run in French.

Return to player (RTP)

We found no operator-published or audited payout figure. gambling.com prints 96% as its own estimate, not an audit. Check the RTP in each game's information panel instead.

Sportsbook

Pistolo's terms carry sports betting rules (sections 16 and 17), so the sportsbook is part of the same account. We have not seen the market list, so we cannot say how deep its NHL, CFL or NFL coverage runs or whether prices show in American odds. As an example price only, a two-leg parlay at -110 (1.91) on each leg returns about 3.65 times the stake (1.91 x 1.91), so a $10 bet returns about $36.50, or $26.50 profit, if both legs win. Our NHL betting guide, parlay guide and odds formats guide explain the markets.

Payments and payout speed

Pistolo's footer shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer. That is an operator source, which is why Pistolo scores full marks for Interac. The payments page we could read was the euro view, which listed cards (Visa and Mastercard), Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity, plus crypto: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, USDC, USDT on several networks, BNB, Dogecoin, Solana and Cardano. It does not split deposits from withdrawals.

Third-party lists

  • AskGamblers, deposits: Mastercard, Interac (variant not named), Paysafecard, Neosurf, CashtoCode, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Zimpler, Siru Mobile, BLIK, bank wire and crypto
  • AskGamblers, withdrawals: Visa, Mastercard, Interac, bank wire, Revolut, MiFinity, Zimpler and crypto
  • Casino.org also shows MuchBetter

Some of these, such as BLIK and Siru Mobile, are European methods that are unlikely to appear for a Canadian account. iDebit and Flexepin are not listed anywhere we read. Interac Online was retired in 2024 and InstaDebit closed in 2026.

What this means for a Canadian deposit

  • Interac e-Transfer: after registering, confirm it appears for deposits and withdrawals before you deposit. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work.
  • Cards: several Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit cards or charge them as cash advances. See our Canadian banks guide.
  • Crypto: transfers cannot be reversed, so check the wallet address and the network twice, especially for USDT, which Pistolo lists on several networks.

Withdrawal limits

The terms (section 6.11) print limits in Canadian dollars by VIP level:

VIP levelPer dayPer month
Level 1$750$10,500
Level 2$750$15,000
Level 3$1,200$18,000
Level 4$1,500$23,000
Level 5$2,300$30,000

No more than three withdrawals can be pending at once (section 6.13). The same table appears in the terms of Casinia, another brand on our list.

Payout speed

We do not state a payout time for Pistolo. The operator pages we read give none, and times printed by third parties are not a reliable basis. AskGamblers reports that the finance department works Monday to Friday, 5:00 to 18:00 GMT, so a request made on a Friday evening may wait until Monday. A confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the Pistolo offer page.

Verification (KYC)

According to the terms, Pistolo can ask for:

  • certified ID: a passport, driving licence or identity card
  • proof of residence
  • proof of ownership and transaction history of your payment methods, such as bank or card statements

Checks can happen before and after deposits and withdrawals (sections 5.2 and 6.16), documents are due within 30 days of a request (5.3), and Pistolo may add a phone call or face verification (5.5). Send clear documents early. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.

Mobile experience

We keep this section to facts we could check. Pistolo is a website; none of the pages we read mention a downloadable app, and we have not tested it on a phone, so we do not rate mobile speed or design.

If you plan to play mainly on a phone, these checks take a few minutes and are worth doing before your first deposit:

  • Check the address. Start from pistolo.com or our offer page. Numbered domains are mirrors that change, and links in messages or ads may lead to copies.
  • Test the cashier. Confirm that Interac e-Transfer and CAD appear in the mobile cashier, for deposits and withdrawals.
  • Test the document upload. Photos should show all four corners of the document and be readable without zooming. The terms allow face verification, so expect a camera check.
  • Check the game opens. Some games are blocked for Canada under the terms.
  • Set your own limit. Pistolo offers no deposit limit tool, so your phone's screen-time settings or your bank's controls are the way to add one.

Player feedback

Complaint sites are the clearest public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read AskGamblers and Casino Guru on October 21, 2026. We report counts and patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.

Casino Guru: 104 complaints across the group

Casino Guru counts 104 complaints across Pistolo and the casinos it treats as related. On both complaint sites, payments dominate. The recurring themes:

  • Withdrawals pending for days or weeks
  • Repeated "review" holds on the same withdrawal
  • Self-exclusion not applied promptly, including one unresolved claim of a 21-day delay
  • Marketing that continued after an opt-out

What the pattern tells you

A three-figure group count and self-exclusion cases place Pistolo in the lowest band of our complaint score. Practical steps follow: complete verification before you have a balance to withdraw, withdraw regularly rather than letting a large balance build, and keep screenshots of the terms, your balance and every chat. If you ask to self-exclude, do it by email so the request has a timestamp, and contact support again if your account stays open.

Customer support

The help centre lists live chat and email (support@pistolo.com) with "Customer support service ready to help you 24/7", in English. AskGamblers reports separate finance hours, Monday to Friday. We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.

If something goes wrong

Start with support and put every request in writing. Independent services such as AskGamblers and Casino Guru are the realistic second step. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists help lines for every province and territory we cover.

How we researched this review

This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets at Pistolo. The facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.

Sources we read

  • Pistolo's own site (read October 21, 2026, from outside Canada): terms and conditions, payments page (euro view), help centre, responsible gaming page, homepage
  • Anjouan Gaming licence register: licence ALSI-202411077-FI2, Stellar Ltd, its status, dates and domain list
  • AskGamblers, Casino.org, gambling.com and Casino Guru reviews of Pistolo (third-party): operator names, licence claims, payment lists, games, providers, finance hours, complaints, launch year
  • LCB forum (third-party): a reproduced restricted-country list that ends with Ontario

What we could verify

  • That the site names no operator
  • That Canada is not an excluded jurisdiction in the terms, and that the withdrawal limits are printed in CAD
  • The Canadian game blocks, the verification rules and the sports betting sections in the terms
  • The payment logos in the footer and the responsible gambling tools on the operator's page

What we could not verify

  • The operating company
  • The terms as served to a Canadian visitor, including whether Ontario and Alberta are refused, which only third parties report
  • The Canadian cashier, payout times and the game count
  • The launch year, given as 2024 or 2025 by different sources
  • The current offers, which we keep on the offer page by design

The Anjouan licence quoted for Pistolo expires on November 21, 2026. We will re-check the register after that date and read the terms from a Canadian connection, then update the review and its score. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.

Alternatives to Pistolo

If the unnamed operator is the sticking point, these three casinos with sportsbooks on our Canadian list hold a licence we found in a public register with a current status. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.

Tonybet

Casino and sportsbook in one account. Osauhing Tonybet appears on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of interactive permit holders with a dedicated Canadian site, tonybet.com/ca (the list is dated September 28, 2023). Third-party sources list CAD accounts and Interac e-Transfer, 8,000+ casino games and more than 40 sports. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. Read our Tonybet review or see the Tonybet offer page.

Thor

Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202601043-FI2, with thorcasino.com on the licence's domain list and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers and describe 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved, and lists Interac for deposits but not for withdrawals. Read our Thor review or see the Thor offer page.

Martin

Casino and sportsbook at martin.casino. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's validator shows licence OGL/2024/169/0146, held by Galaktika N.V., as active for martin.casino; the terms served for Canadian dollars name a Costa Rica company, 3-102-951923 SRL. Limits are printed in CAD. Its terms refuse New Brunswick, and no source we read confirms Interac. Casino Guru lists 12 complaints. Read our Martin review or see the Martin offer page.

If you would rather play on a provincially regulated site, PlayNow.com serves British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, lotoquebec.com serves Quebec, and alc.ca serves the four Atlantic provinces. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.

Overall verdict

On the Canadian basics, Pistolo's own site does well: Interac e-Transfer in the footer, CAD accounts with withdrawal limits printed in CAD, a casino, live tables and a sportsbook in one account, and 24/7 support in English.

What it does not do is say who runs it. The responsible gambling tools are thin, and the complaint record is heavy, with reports of slow self-exclusion. Those points weigh more than the Canadian features.

Licence and safety

pistolo.com names no operating company. Third-party reviews name Stellar Ltd, and Casino.org also names Butos Ltd as the owner.

Responsible gambling

The operator's page offers a time-out through support and self-exclusion by email to support@pistolo.com, and links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. It describes no deposit, loss or session limits and no reality check. Casino Guru describes the options as limited, and users report self-exclusion requests handled slowly. That is "some tools" in our rubric. Our self-exclusion guide covers blocking software and provincial programs, and help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.

How the score is built

Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:

  • Licence: 0.3 of 1.2
  • Interac: 0.8 of 0.8 (Interac e-Transfer in the operator's footer)
  • Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (CAD in the operator's terms)
  • Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (no province beyond Ontario and Alberta named in the terms or by third parties)
  • Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (time-out and self-exclusion through support only)
  • Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat and email in English)
  • Complaints: 0.2 of 0.8 (heavy: 104 across the group on Casino Guru, mainly withdrawals)

Total: 3.3 out of 5.

Who it suits

Pistolo suits a player who wants Interac and CAD with a casino and sportsbook in one account, accepts an operator that does not name itself, and completes verification before withdrawing. If a named operator or casino-set deposit limits matter to you, start with the alternatives above. The current offer is on the Pistolo offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
