Casabet at a glance
Casabet is an online casino and sportsbook run by Fortuna Games N.V. of Curaçao. Its licensed domain is casabet.io, which currently redirects to the mirrors casabet1.me and casabet29.co. This review is for players in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play: we did not open an account. Every fact was checked on October 21, 2026.
The site loads as a script-only app from our research location, so we could not read its terms, cashier or help pages. We checked the licence ourselves; the rest comes from third-party reviews, labelled each time.
Key facts
- Website: casabet.io (redirects to numbered mirrors)
- Operator: Fortuna Games N.V., Curaçao, company no. 162413
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/112/0974, active; casabet.io is an approved domain
- Launched: 2024
- Canadian players and provinces: not stated in anything we read
- Canadian dollars: yes (three third-party sources)
- Interac: listed for deposits and withdrawals by AskGamblers
- Games: slots, live dealer, sportsbook with esports (third-party)
- Our rating: 3.6 out of 5
Is Casabet legit?
The licence is real, with one caveat that lowers our score. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for OGL/2024/112/0974 names Fortuna Games N.V., shows the licence as granted and active since July 8, 2024, and lists casabet.io among 101 approved domains. The Authority's register dated October 20, 2026 lists the same licence and company with the status "Indefinite". The caveat: the mirrors that actually serve the site, casabet1.me and casabet29.co, are not on the certificate. Check that you land on a Casabet address before you register.
Pros and cons
Pros
- An active Curaçao licence that lists casabet.io
- CAD accounts and Interac both ways, per review sites
- Casino, live dealer and a sportsbook with esports
Cons
- The site runs on mirrors not named on the licence
- The operator's terms could not be read
- Review sites disagree on the responsible gambling tools
Bonuses and promotions
Casabet runs casino and sports offers, and AskGamblers shows a CAD welcome offer marked "Restricted". We do not print amounts, free spins, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in this review. The current Canadian offer is on the Casabet offer page.
How to read a Casabet offer
- Wagering: bonus money must be bet a set number of times before withdrawal. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x needs $3,500 in bets.
- Sports offers: these usually carry minimum odds and their own turnover; read them separately from the casino terms.
- Withdrawing early: a withdrawal while a bonus is active usually cancels it.
Our wagering requirements guide and sports betting bonus guide explain the terms.
Games and providers
Third-party counts conflict: LCB counts about 5,400 slots from about 120 studios, SportsGambler 2,000+ games. Named studios include Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Evolution, Playtech, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, Betsoft, Playson and 3 Oaks Gaming. There is a live dealer section.
Sportsbook
Third-party reviews describe a sportsbook with esports. We have not seen its markets or odds display. Our NHL betting guide and odds formats guide help you compare prices.
RTP
Nothing operator-published was read. Check each game's information panel.
Payments and payout speed
All payment facts are third-party and not split by country.
- Deposits (AskGamblers): Interac (variant not named), Flexepin, Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, eZeeWallet, Rapid Transfer, Revolut, N26, Wise, Binance, bank wire and crypto
- Withdrawals (AskGamblers): Interac, bank wire, MiFinity, eZeeWallet, Neteller, Skrill and crypto
- Casino Guru adds: Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashtoCode and Cashlib
No source names the Interac product. InstaDebit closed in 2026 and Interac Online was retired in 2024, so neither is an option whatever a list shows. Confirm Interac e-Transfer in the cashier before depositing; our Interac e-Transfer guide and Canadian banks guide cover the details.
Withdrawal limits and payout speed
We only quote limits read in the operator's terms, which we could not read; review sites print caps we have not confirmed. We do not state a payout time; see the offer page.
Verification (KYC)
LCB lists an ID card, passport or driver's licence, with a separate address, kyc@casabet.io. SportsGambler says proof of ID and address is needed before a withdrawal. Send documents early. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We did not test Casabet on a phone and found no app in the sources we used. Checks worth doing first:
- Address: the site moves between numbered mirrors. Start from casabet.io, never from a link in a message or ad.
- Cashier: confirm Interac and CAD for your account.
- Limits: look for limit settings before you play; review sites disagree on what exists.
Player feedback
Casino Guru (third-party, read October 21, 2026) lists 16 complaints in about two years; AskGamblers lists 2, both delayed withdrawals. The Casino Guru themes:
- delayed verification
- delayed or reduced withdrawals
- accounts closed with funds confiscated or winnings held
Casino Guru also counts 392 complaints across casinos linked to Fortuna Games N.V. The brand's own count is moderate, and like most complaint records it centres on withdrawals.
Customer support
Live chat, advertised as 24/7 and opening with a chatbot per AskGamblers, and email at support@casabet.io. Languages: English, German, Greek and Portuguese (third-party).
If something goes wrong
Keep written records. The Curaçao Gaming Authority handles complaints about its licensees. Help for every province and territory we cover is on our responsible gambling page.

Alternatives to Casabet
Three brands on our Canadian list whose licence we found in a public register with a current status, checked on October 21, 2026.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook. Anjouan licence ALSI-202601043-FI2, held by Wild Blackfin Limited SRL, is shown as valid until January 30, 2027, with thorcasino.com on its domain list. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved. Read our Thor review or see the Thor offer page.
FUGU
Casino and sportsbook, certified by the Curaçao validator under licence OGL/2024/169/0146 as "Active". The operator states 24/7 support and more than 10,000 games. Casino Guru lists 8 complaints, nearly all about delayed withdrawals. Its terms refuse New Brunswick. Read our FUGU review or see the FUGU offer page.
Flagman
Casino and sportsbook from the same Galaktika N.V. group as Irwin. The Curaçao validator certifies flagman.casino under licence OGL/2024/169/0146 as "Active", and the operator claims more than 9,000 games. Casino Guru lists 26 complaints, mostly delayed withdrawals. Read our Flagman review or see the Flagman offer page.
Each province also runs its own regulated gambling site: PlayNow in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, Loto-Québec in Quebec, and ALC in the Atlantic provinces. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.
Overall verdict
Casabet's licence is easy to check and current, and review sites describe what Canadian players look for: CAD, Interac both ways and a sportsbook. What keeps the picture incomplete is that we could not read the operator's own terms, the site runs on mirrors the licence does not name, and the responsible gambling tools are disputed.
Responsible gambling
The sources conflict. AskGamblers found self-exclusion only, for 6 months to 5 years through support; SportsGambler lists deposit limits and reality checks; Casino Guru calls the options limited. We score the tools as partial. Help for every province and territory we cover is on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.6 of 1.2 (licence in the register, but the site runs on mirror domains it does not list)
- Interac: 0.5 of 0.8 (third-party only)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (three third-party sources)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (nothing beyond Ontario and Alberta known to be refused)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (some; sources conflict)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat in English, per third parties)
- Complaints: 0.5 of 0.8 (moderate: 16 on Casino Guru, 2 on AskGamblers)
Total: 3.6 out of 5.
Who it suits
A player who wants casino and sports in one CAD account, checks the address and the cashier before depositing, and verifies early. The current offer is on the Casabet offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
