Slots Palace at a glance
Slots Palace is an online casino and sportsbook at slotspalace.com. From our research location the address forwards to a numbered mirror, sl0t5pala5e-2200.com. This short review is for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play, and every fact was checked on October 21, 2026.
We could read the homepage and the footer, but not the terms, the cashier or the responsible gambling page: every sub-page we requested returned the homepage. The site uses the same template as Rabona and RTbet, which points to a shared operator group; that is not confirmed.
Key facts
- Website: slotspalace.com, with mirror domains

- Interac: listed by Casino Guru, variant not named
- Games: slots, live casino and a sportsbook with live betting and horse racing

Is Slots Palace legit?
Here is what the records show:
- The company the site names. The homepage says Slots Palace is "owned and operated by Rabidi N.V." under a Curaçao licence. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's enforcement register (dated September 14, 2026) lists Rabidi N.V., licence OGL/2023/103/0067, as revoked with effect from June 11, 2024. Rabidi N.V. is not in the current register of online licences (dated October 20, 2026).
Pros and cons
Pros
- Casino, live casino and sportsbook, including horse racing
- Providers such as Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Evolution
- 24/7 live chat in English (third-party)
Cons
- The named operator's Curaçao licence was revoked in 2024
- Casino Guru lists 98 complaints, including self-exclusion requests not enforced
- Terms, cashier and responsible gambling page not read
Bonuses and promotions
Slots Palace advertises casino and sportsbook promotions. We do not print offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in our reviews. The current Canadian offer and any promo code are on the Slots Palace offer page.
Because we could not read the bonus terms, check three things on the site before you accept an offer: the wagering requirement (as a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x needs $3,500 in bets), the maximum bet while the bonus is active, and whether a withdrawal request cancels the bonus. Our wagering requirements guide explains each. Casino Guru complaints include deposits confiscated, so keep dated screenshots of the terms and of your balance.
Games and providers
The site names its studios: Play'n GO, Quickspin, iSoftBet, Nolimit City, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Wazdan, Red Tiger, Hacksaw Gaming, Playtech and Evolution, among others. Casino Guru counts 130 providers. The operator publishes no total game count, and we found no site-wide RTP; use the figure in each game's information panel.
Live casino and sportsbook
The live casino runs tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Live and Playtech. The sportsbook covers sports, live betting and horse racing. We have not seen its markets or odds formats. For hockey, compare moneyline and puck line prices with another book first; our NHL betting guide explains those markets.
Payments and payout speed
We could not read the Canadian cashier. The site's own text, in its euro view, names Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Ripple, and the footer adds bank transfer. Casino Guru (third-party, not split by country) adds Interac (variant not named), Paysafecard, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Revolut and more crypto, including USDT and USDC.
If you want Interac e-Transfer, confirm it in the cashier after you register and before you deposit; our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how it works. Interac Online was retired in 2024 and InstaDebit closed in 2026, so neither is an option. Several Canadian banks block gambling on credit cards; see our Canadian banks guide.
Payout speed, limits and verification
We do not state a payout time or withdrawal limits for Slots Palace. Casino Guru prints CAD daily and monthly caps, but we could not confirm them in the operator's terms. A confirmed payout time, when we have one, will be on the Slots Palace offer page. The homepage says full access follows account verification, and the site has a document upload. Verify before you build a balance. A legitimate casino does not need your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We have not seen Slots Palace on a phone, and none of our sources records a dedicated app, so we do not rate its mobile design. The numbered mirror addresses are easy to fake, so reach the site only through a link you trust, never through a message or an ad. Before your first deposit, check that your payment method shows in the cashier, that the terms open in full, and that the limit settings exist. The site's code includes deposit, loss, wager and session limits, but we could not see them on a page.
Player feedback
Casino Guru lists 98 complaints against Slots Palace, 61 of them rejected (read October 21, 2026). We report patterns, not individual claims:
- withdrawals delayed or refused
- account-closure and self-exclusion requests not enforced, or accounts reopened without consent
- deposits confiscated
A portal of consumer complaints, portaldaqueixa.com, carries further unpaid-withdrawal reports, which we have not verified. This is a heavy record, and the self-exclusion pattern is the part to weigh first. If you need to stop, do not rely on the casino alone: use a device-level blocking tool and the help services on our responsible gambling page.
Customer support
Casino Guru lists 24/7 live chat in 18 languages, including English. We could not read the contact page and have not contacted support.

Overall verdict
Slots Palace has a well-known studio line-up, a live casino and a sportsbook with horse racing. Its licence position is weak: the company it names lost its Curaçao licence in 2024. Its complaint record is heavy and includes self-exclusion requests that were reportedly not enforced. We could not read its terms.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.3 of 1.2 (the named licence was revoked in 2024)
- Interac: 0.5 of 0.8 (third-party sources only)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (third-party sources)

- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat in English, third-party)
- Complaints: 0.2 of 0.8 (heavy: 98 on Casino Guru, with a self-exclusion pattern)
Total: 2.8 out of 5.
Who it suits
Slots Palace suits only a player who accepts a named licence that was revoked in 2024 and a heavy complaint record, and who withdraws often. Anyone who has self-excluded, or may need to, should choose a different site. The current offer is on the Slots Palace offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
