MyEmpire at a glance
MyEmpire is an online casino at myempire.com, launched in 2023 according to third-party sites, with a Canadian launch in 2025 according to casino.org. It runs one international site, with no separate Canadian domain. This review is for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play: every fact below was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it, and we did not open an account or place a bet.
The short version: MyEmpire's own pages cover the Canadian basics well, with Interac e-Transfer in the footer, withdrawal limits printed in Canadian dollars and support stated as 24/7. What they leave out is who runs the site, and the review sites that try to answer disagree with each other.
Key facts
- Website: myempire.com. From our location on October 21, 2026, it forwarded to the mirror address myempire-2023.com. Look-alike sites such as myempire-canada.net are not the operator
- Operator: not named on the site. Third parties name Stellar Ltd of Anjouan or Rabidi N.V. of Curaçao
- Canadian players: Canada is not on the excluded list in the terms (version 1.12, updated August 19, 2026)
- Provinces refused in the terms: none named. SpinsPilot does not cover Ontario or Alberta
- Canadian dollars: yes, CAD appears in the withdrawal-limit table of the terms
- Interac: Interac e-Transfer shown in the operator's footer
- Games: 9,000+ from 81 providers (casino.org, third-party), with a live casino; the site menu also has a Sports section
- Support: live chat and email, stated as 24/7, in English
- Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.6 out of 5
Is MyEmpire legit? The licence
MyEmpire's footer says "2026 © MyEmpire.com", and section 1.4 of its terms refers only to "the company operating the Website".
Review sites give five different answers. casino.org names Stellar Ltd and Anjouan; gambling.com names Rabidi N.V. and Curaçao; casinos.com says Curaçao through Antillephone; AskGamblers says Costa Rica; and Casino Guru says no licence. We checked what we could. The Curaçao register site did not load from our connection; a Curaçao Chronicle report of September 16, 2025 says the regulator lists Rabidi N.V. as revoked. Costa Rica has no online-casino licence register.
One more point is worth knowing. Australia's regulator, ACMA, issued Stellar Ltd a formal warning in September 2025 for offering an illegal gambling service there under another brand, Spinit. That concerns Australia, not Canada, but it is the company most review sites link to MyEmpire.
Where MyEmpire is available
Section 2.3 of the terms lists excluded countries only, and Canada is not among them. No province appears in the terms, so Ontario and Alberta are not refused by MyEmpire itself; SpinsPilot does not offer MyEmpire to readers in either province. Some third-party bonus listings mark Ontario as restricted for offers. Sections 15.2 to 15.6 make NetEnt and some other games unavailable to Canadian residents.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Interac e-Transfer shown on the operator's own site
- CAD accounts, with daily and monthly withdrawal limits printed in Canadian dollars
- Live chat and email support stated as 24/7
- A large lobby with a live casino, according to third-party sources
Cons
- No operator company named on the site
- Time-out and self-exclusion only by email; no deposit or loss limits described
- Complaints centre on withdrawals held during verification
Bonuses and promotions
MyEmpire runs a welcome offer and ongoing promotions, and casino.org and gambling.com show offers in Canadian dollars. We do not print offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in this review. Those terms change and can depend on your province and the link you sign up through. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on our MyEmpire offer page, the one place we keep them.
Offers and Ontario
gambling.com says MyEmpire's promotions are not available in Ontario, and a bonus listing on lcb.org shows Ontario among restricted regions. SpinsPilot does not cover Ontario, so this changes nothing for our readers, but it shows that offers carry their own province rules on top of the site's terms.
How to read any MyEmpire offer
- Wagering: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. Check whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to the deposit plus the bonus. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide shows the arithmetic.
- Maximum bet: bonus terms usually cap the stake per spin while a bonus is active; going over the cap can void the winnings.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full; live and table games often count less, or not at all.
- Blocked games: NetEnt titles are unavailable in Canada under section 15.2, so a bonus tied to a NetEnt slot will not apply to a Canadian account.
- Expiry: bonus funds and free spins expire if the wagering is not met in time.
Keep a screenshot of any offer you accept. Complaints about MyEmpire involve balances held during reviews, and a dated copy of the terms is the simplest record to show support. You can also decline a bonus at deposit. Our welcome bonus guide explains how offers compare.
Games and providers
MyEmpire publishes no game count and names no studios on its own pages. Third-party figures vary:
- casino.org: 9,000+ games from 81 providers, including Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Playson and Red Tiger, with about 250 to 286 live games. It also says Pragmatic Play is not offered to Canadian players
- Casino Guru: 119 providers
- gambling.com: 4,000+ or 8,600 games, two figures on the same page
casino.org also lists NetEnt, but section 15.2 of the terms says NetEnt games are unavailable to Canadian residents, so expect not to see them. Check that a game opens on your account before you plan around it.
Live casino
MyEmpire has a live dealer section; casino.org counts about 250 to 286 live games. We could not see which studios run them, the table limits or whether any tables are in French.
Sportsbook
The site menu we saw on October 21, 2026 has a Sports section, the Help Centre has a Sportsbook topic and the terms contain sports betting rules. We did not open the sportsbook or research its markets, so we cannot say how it covers the NHL or whether it shows American odds. If hockey is part of your plan, compare moneyline, puck line and totals prices with another book; our NHL betting guide and puck line guide explain those markets.
Published RTP
MyEmpire publishes no site-wide or audited payout percentage. gambling.com prints a figure of 96%, which is its own number, not the operator's. Use the RTP in each game's information panel.
Payments and payout speed
MyEmpire's footer shows three payment logos: Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer (the image label is spelled "Inerac e-Transfer"). Its payments page loaded in euros and showed "No payments found", so we could not see the Canadian cashier. The rest of the list comes from third parties, not split by country.
Methods listed by third parties
- casino.org, deposits: online banking, PlayID, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, Neosurf, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin
- casino.org, withdrawals: online banking, PlayID, MuchBetter, bank transfer, Skrill, Jeton, MiFinity and crypto. Cards are for deposits only
- AskGamblers adds: Interac both ways (variant not named), Apple Pay, Payz, Rapid Transfer, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Tron and Cardano
iDebit and Flexepin are not listed anywhere we read. InstaDebit closed in 2026 and Interac Online was retired in 2024, so neither is an option. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains casino transfers, and our Canadian banks guide explains why a card deposit can be declined or charged as a cash advance.
Withdrawal limits in the terms
Section 6.11 prints limits in CAD by VIP level:
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | $750 | $10,500 |
| Level 2 | $750 | $15,000 |
| Level 3 | $1,200 | $18,000 |
| Level 4 | $1,500 | $23,000 |
| Level 5 | $2,300 | $30,000 |
At level 1, a $20,000 win would take at least two months to withdraw in full. The terms carry the same version number, date and CAD table as those of Rabona and Spinanga, which suggests a shared platform; we could not confirm a common company.
Payout speed
We do not state a payout time for MyEmpire. A confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the MyEmpire offer page.
Verification (KYC)
Section 5.1 asks for certified ID, proof of residence, and proof of ownership and transaction history of your payment method, such as bank or card statements. Checks can come before or after a deposit or withdrawal. Documents are due within 30 days of a request, verification usually takes about 10 days after a full set, and section 5.5 allows a phone call or face verification. Withdrawals held during verification are the main complaint theme, so send documents early. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We did not test MyEmpire on a phone or check app stores for this review, so we do not rate its mobile layout or say whether an app exists. What does not depend on the device: the site is browser-based, and live chat and email are reachable from a phone.
Before you deposit from a phone:
- Check the address. Start from myempire.com. It may forward you to a numbered mirror, as it did for us. Sites such as myempire-canada.net appear in search results and are not the operator.
- Check the cashier for Interac and CAD before your first deposit, because the payments page we saw loaded in euros.
- Prepare documents. The terms ask for proof of payment method as well as ID and address, and may add a face check, which is easiest from a phone camera.
- Set your own limit. MyEmpire describes no deposit-limit tool, so your phone's screen-time settings or a blocking app are the practical way to add one.
- Apps: install one only from the App Store or Google Play, and only if the operator lists one there.
Player feedback
Complaint sites are the main public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read AskGamblers and Casino Guru on October 20 and 21, 2026. We report patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.
AskGamblers and Casino Guru
We did not record a reliable complaint count for MyEmpire, so we report the themes only. Complaints on both sites centre on:
- Withdrawals delayed or stalled while verification is pending
- Accounts closed with balances held
What the pattern tells you
Both themes concern getting money out once an account is under review. Complete verification before you have a balance to withdraw, withdraw regularly within the CAD limits rather than letting a balance build, and keep screenshots of the terms, your balance and chat transcripts. Section 13.8 of the terms points to AskGamblers as the external dispute route, and section 14 on applicable law names no country.
Customer support
MyEmpire's Help Centre says support is "ready to help you 24/7" by live chat and email at support@myempire.com. The site is in English, with 18 languages listed. casino.org (third-party) says there is no phone line. We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.
If something goes wrong
Write to support so each request has a timestamp. AskGamblers, which the terms themselves name, is the realistic second step. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists help for every province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets at MyEmpire. Facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- myempire.com: homepage, terms and conditions (version 1.12, updated August 19, 2026), payments, responsible gaming, Help Centre and About pages. On October 21, 2026 the Help Centre and menu were served from myempire-2023.com
- Registers: the Anjouan licence register. The Curaçao register site did not load from our connection
- Press and regulators: Curaçao Chronicle (September 16, 2025) on Rabidi N.V.; ACMA's formal warning to Stellar Ltd (September 2025)
- Third-party reviews (labelled in the text): casino.org, Casino Guru, AskGamblers, gambling.com, casinos.com and lcb.org
What we could verify
- Interac e-Transfer, Visa and Mastercard in the operator's footer
- The excluded-country list, the CAD withdrawal table, the blocked games and the KYC rules in the terms
- Time-out and self-exclusion by email on the responsible gaming page
- 24/7 live chat and email in the Help Centre, and a Sports section in the menu
What we could not verify
- Who operates the site
- The Curaçao register, and so the status of Rabidi N.V. first-hand
- The Canadian cashier
- A game count, the provider list and the sportsbook's markets
- A complaint count
- Payout times and the current offer, which we keep on the offer page by design
We will re-check the registers, including the Anjouan licence after its printed expiry of November 21, 2026, and update this review and its score. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Alternatives to MyEmpire
These brands from our Canadian list have a licence we found in a public register with a current status. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan, with thorcasino.com on the licence's domain list and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers and describe 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved. Interac is listed for deposits but not for withdrawals by AskGamblers. See the Thor offer page or our Thor review.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook in one account. Osauhing Tonybet and the address tonybet.com/ca are on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of permit holders (dated September 28, 2023). Third-party sources list CAD accounts and Interac. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. See the Tonybet offer page or our Tonybet review.
Casinostars
Casino only. The Anjouan register lists casinostars.io under licence ALSI-202601043-FI2, status valid until January 30, 2027. Third-party sources list CAD, more than 10,000 games and 24/7 live chat, with Interac for deposits only. Casino Guru lists 17 complaints, mostly about denied or confiscated winnings, and the operator name has changed more than once. See the Casinostars offer page or our Casinostars review.
Your provincial site
Most readers can also play with their province: PlayNow in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, lotoquebec.com in Quebec, and alc.ca in the Atlantic provinces. These sites are run by provincial lottery corporations and pay in Canadian dollars. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page.
Overall verdict
On the Canadian basics, MyEmpire's own pages do well: Interac e-Transfer in the footer, CAD accounts with withdrawal limits printed in Canadian dollars, 24/7 chat and email, and a large lobby with a live casino according to third parties.
What holds it back is the question every review should start with. The site names no operator, five review sites give five licence answers, and the Curaçao company named by another site is reported as revoked. The complaint themes point at withdrawals held during verification.
Licence and safety
MyEmpire's site names no operator, and review sites give five conflicting licence answers. The Curaçao company named by one of them, Rabidi N.V., is reported as revoked.
Responsible gambling
MyEmpire's responsible gaming page offers a time-out ("exclude you for a while", length not stated) and self-exclusion, both by email to support. No deposit, loss or session limits and no reality checks are described. casino.org mentions a self-assessment test. Decide your limit before you deposit, and see our self-exclusion guide for blocking tools that work across sites. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.3 of 1.2
- Interac: 0.8 of 0.8 (shown on the operator's site)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (CAD in the operator's terms)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (nothing refused beyond Ontario and Alberta)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (time-out and self-exclusion by email; no limits)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat and email in English)
- Complaints: 0.5 of 0.8 (moderate, scored on patterns: withdrawal holds during verification)
Total: 3.6 out of 5.
Who it suits
MyEmpire suits a player who wants Interac and a CAD account first, verifies early and withdraws within the CAD limits. For comparison, see the alternatives above. The current offer is on the MyEmpire offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
MyEmpire FAQ
Is MyEmpire legit?
MyEmpire publishes detailed terms with CAD limits, but its site names no operator. Review sites give conflicting licence claims.
Does MyEmpire accept Interac?
Interac e-Transfer is shown in MyEmpire's own footer, and AskGamblers lists Interac for deposits and withdrawals. Check the cashier after registering, because we could not read the Canadian view.
Is myempire-canada.net the real site?
No. The operator's site is myempire.com. Look-alike domains in search results are not run by the operator.
Does MyEmpire have a promo code?
The current Canadian offer, and whether it needs a code, is on our MyEmpire offer page. We list a code only when one exists for Canadian players.

- Casino, live dealer tables and sportsbook on one site
- Live chat and email support, stated as 24/7
- Interac listed by third-party sites, not by the operator
- Heavy complaint record on Casino Guru, mostly withdrawals
