BEEF Casino at a glance
BEEF Casino is an online casino and sportsbook at beef.casino, run by GALAKTIKA N.V. of Curaçao. It runs one international site in English, German, French, Polish and Russian, with no Canadian version. This review is for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play: every fact below was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it, and we did not open an account or place a bet.
The short version: BEEF's licence is the easy part. It is active on the Curaçao regulator's validator, with beef.casino on the approved-domain list. The hard part for Canadians is money: there is no Canadian-dollar account and no Interac in anything we read. That alone decides whether BEEF is practical for you.
Key facts
- Website: beef.casino. beefcasino.com forwards to a mirror, beef-casino39.com, which is not on the licence's domain list
- Operator: GALAKTIKA N.V., Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao (reg. no. 140803). Payment processor: Unionstar Limited, Limassol, Cyprus
- Licence: Curaçao, OGL/2024/169/0146 (B2C), issued October 28, 2024, active on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's validator
- Canadian players: Canada is not on the prohibited list in clause 4.4 of the terms; no clause names Canada as accepted
- Provinces refused at account level: none named. SpinsPilot does not cover Ontario or Alberta
- Canadian dollars: no. The site names USD, EUR, KZT and UAH
- Interac: not listed by the operator or by any third-party source we read
- Games: casino, live dealer tables, a sportsbook and esports; no game count published
- Support: 24/7 live chat, a Telegram bot and email, in English
- Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.4 out of 5
Is BEEF Casino legit? The licence
BEEF's terms name its operator, GALAKTIKA N.V., with a Willemstad address and a company number, and they name a Cyprus payment processor, Unionstar Limited. We checked the licence on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate validator on October 21, 2026. Licence OGL/2024/169/0146, a B2C licence issued on October 28, 2024 to Galaktika N.V., company 140803, shows as active. Its approved-domain list has 52 entries, and beef.casino and beefcasino.com are both on it. The same licence covers sister brands such as Legzo, Fresh, Sol, Jet, Rox, Drip, Gizbo, Starda, Irwin and Monro.
Two caveats. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's main register site did not load from our connection, so the validator is our only official check. And BEEF uses mirror domains: beef-casino9.com and beef-casino39.com are not on the approved list, yet beefcasino.com forwards to beef-casino39.com. The licence covers the domains it lists, so use beef.casino.
So, plainly: BEEF holds a licence you can look up, with its own domain on it. That puts it ahead of many offshore sites on our list.
Where BEEF Casino is available
Clause 4.4 of the terms lists countries where you may not open an account, deposit or bet, and Canada is not among them. No clause names Canada as accepted, and the site has no Canadian content. No province is refused at account level, so Ontario and Alberta are not refused by BEEF itself; SpinsPilot does not offer BEEF to readers in either province. At game level, clause 4.6 says NetEnt games are unavailable in British Columbia, Manitoba and Quebec, and Street Fighter II is unavailable in Canada.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Curaçao licence active on the regulator's validator, with beef.casino on it
- Operator, address and payment processor named in the terms
- Casino, live dealers, sportsbook and esports in one account
- 24/7 live chat and a Telegram support bot in English
Cons
- No Canadian-dollar account: USD, EUR, KZT and UAH only
- No Interac, iDebit or other Canadian bank method in anything we read
- Responsible gambling tools limited to self-exclusion through support
- The terms ask for a passport and a second government ID at registration
Bonuses and promotions
BEEF's homepage advertises a welcome package for new players, and the site runs casino and sports promotions. We do not print offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in this review. Those terms change and can depend on your currency and the link you sign up through. The current offer for Canadian readers, if there is one, and its terms are on our BEEF offer page, the one place we keep them.
Bonuses on a non-CAD account
Because BEEF has no Canadian-dollar account, any bonus is set in US dollars or euros. That changes the arithmetic. A deposit converted by your bank costs you a currency fee before you play, and the bonus amount, the wagering and any maximum bet are all counted in the account currency. Convert the figures into dollars yourself before you accept an offer.
How to read any BEEF offer
- Wagering: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. Check whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to the deposit plus the bonus. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide shows the arithmetic.
- Maximum bet: bonus terms usually cap the stake per spin while a bonus is active; going over the cap can void the winnings.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full; live and table games often count less, or not at all.
- Blocked games: NetEnt games are unavailable in British Columbia, Manitoba and Quebec under clause 4.6, so a bonus tied to a NetEnt slot may not work for you.
- Sports offers: a sports bonus usually sets a minimum price per selection, and sports betting needs a verified account under BEEF's FAQ.
Keep a screenshot of the terms you accept. You can also deposit without a bonus; cash played without one carries no wagering. Our welcome bonus guide explains how offers compare.
Games and providers
BEEF does not publish a game count; its About page says "thousands of top-tier games". The operator's provider page returned no list when we read it. Casino Guru (third-party) counts 77 providers, including NetEnt, Novomatic, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Evolution, Playtech and Nolimit City. Studios license their games market by market, and BEEF's own terms block NetEnt in three provinces, so check that a title opens on your account before you plan around it.
Live casino
BEEF has a live dealer section. Casino Guru names Evolution among the providers, but we could not see which tables are open to Canadian accounts or their limits. Live games usually count less towards bonus wagering than slots.
Sportsbook and esports
The site has Sports, Sportsbook and Esports lobbies, and the FAQ says sports betting needs a verified account. We did not research its markets or prices, so we cannot say how many NHL games it covers or whether it shows American odds. If hockey betting is part of your plan, compare moneyline, puck line and totals prices with another book first; our NHL betting guide and puck line guide explain those markets, and our odds formats guide converts decimal prices.
Fairness and RTP
The footer links a "Fairness & RNG Testing" page, but we found no site-wide or audited payout figure. Use the RTP in each game's information panel, and remember that some studios supply the same slot in versions with different RTP settings.
Payments and payout speed
This is the section that matters most for BEEF. We did not find a Canadian-dollar account or Interac in anything we read, from the operator or from third parties. The cashier itself opens only after sign-up, so we could not see what a Canadian connection is offered.
What the operator names
- Homepage: "bank cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrency, regional methods (based on player location)"
- FAQ: QIWI, Skrill, PAYEER and credit cards. QIWI looks out of date
- Crypto deposits: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), Tron, Dogecoin, Litecoin and XRP. A separate withdrawal coin list is not published
- Account currencies: "Supported fiat currencies include USD, EUR, KZT, and UAH."
What third parties list
AskGamblers (not split by country) lists bank wire, Skrill, Rapid Transfer, Paysafecard, Neteller, MiFinity, Revolut, Flexepin, Jeton, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and crypto, with largely the same methods for withdrawals. Casino Guru adds Klarna, SEPA, CashtoCode and Binance Pay. Neither lists CAD. Interac e-Transfer, iDebit and MuchBetter do not appear anywhere we read. InstaDebit closed in 2026 and Interac Online was retired in 2024, so neither is an option at any casino.
What this means for a Canadian player
- Currency: you would play in US dollars or euros. Your bank or card issuer converts each deposit and withdrawal, usually with a foreign exchange fee.
- Cards: several Canadian banks block gambling on credit cards or charge it as a cash advance; see our Canadian banks guide.
- Crypto: the operator's own list is the clearest route. Transfers cannot be reversed, so check the address and network twice. Crypto withdrawals of EUR 1,250 or more need an ID photo.
- Interac: if Interac is how you bank, our Interac casinos list and Interac e-Transfer guide are the better starting point.
Withdrawal limits in the terms
- daily fiat limit: EUR 4,000 at STARTER and STANDARD, EUR 10,000 at PRIME, no limit at ELITE
- monthly maximum: EUR 125,000 unless otherwise agreed; monthly crypto limit USD 1,000,000 (no limit at ELITE)
- the limit applied is the higher of the base limit or three times your deposits, checked over 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days
- withdrawals above EUR 1,250 may get extra checks of up to 48 hours
We do not state a payout time. A confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the BEEF offer page.
Verification (KYC)
BEEF's terms are heavier than most. At registration they list full name, date of birth, a passport copy, another government-issued ID, proof of address and email. ID checks apply once deposits pass EUR 2,000, source of funds above EUR 10,000, and card users send photocopies with digits masked. Documents are due within ten days of a request, and withdrawals and sports betting need a verified account. We could not confirm what the sign-up form actually asks for. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We did not test BEEF on a phone or check app stores for this review, so we do not rate its mobile layout or say whether an app exists. What does not depend on the device: one account covers the casino, sportsbook and esports, and support runs through live chat and a Telegram bot, both suited to a phone.
Before you deposit from a phone:
- Check the address. Type beef.casino yourself. beefcasino.com forwards to beef-casino39.com, which is not on the licence's domain list, and bookmarks or links can lead to other mirrors.
- Check the currency in the cashier. Expect USD or EUR, and work out the conversion cost before your first deposit.
- Telegram support: use only the bot named on the contacts page, @BEEF_ENsupport_bot, and never send documents to an account that messages you first.
- Prepare documents. The terms list a passport plus a second government ID and proof of address; photos should show all four corners.
- Apps: install one only from the App Store or Google Play, and only if the operator lists one there.
Player feedback
Complaint sites are the main public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read AskGamblers and Casino Guru on October 20 and 21, 2026. We report counts and patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.
AskGamblers: 4 complaints
AskGamblers lists four complaints against BEEF, two of them unresolved. The themes:
- Withdrawals pending or rejected for weeks
- Accounts restricted right after a withdrawal request for "additional verification"
- Slow email replies
- A voided sports bet
Casino Guru: about 19 complaints
Casino Guru counts about 19 complaints across BEEF and related Galaktika casinos. Themes include delayed withdrawals, blocked accounts and winnings confiscated over what the operator called a technical error.
What the pattern tells you
For a brand that Casino Guru dates to 2025, this is a moderate record, and the themes are about getting money out after a verification step. Given the heavy KYC list in the terms, complete verification before you have a balance to withdraw, keep copies of everything you send, and keep screenshots of your balance and chat transcripts.
Customer support
The contacts page lists 24/7 live chat ("We're here, day and night"), the Telegram bot @BEEF_ENsupport_bot and email. No phone number is published. Support runs in English, Russian, German, French and Polish. We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.
If something goes wrong
Start with support and keep a written record. Because the licence is active in Curaçao, the Curaçao Gaming Authority is a route for unresolved complaints; name GALAKTIKA N.V. and licence OGL/2024/169/0146. Independent services such as AskGamblers are another. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists Canadian help for every province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets at BEEF Casino. Facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- beef.casino: homepage, terms and conditions, FAQ, About, contacts, responsible gambling and cryptocurrency payment pages, and the sitemap
- Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate validator: licence OGL/2024/169/0146 and its approved-domain list. The main register site did not load from our connection
- Third-party reviews (labelled in the text): AskGamblers and Casino Guru
What we could verify
- The operator, address and payment processor in the terms
- The licence status, issue date and approved domains on the validator
- The account currencies, the operator's payment wording and the crypto deposit list
- The prohibited-country clause, the game-level province blocks and the KYC rules
- The withdrawal limits and the support channels
- That no CAD and no Interac appear in any source we read
What we could not verify
- The cashier for a Canadian connection, which could in theory offer regional methods we did not see
- Access from a Canadian IP address
- What the sign-up form actually asks for, compared with the heavy list in the terms
- A game count and the provider list from the operator
- Payout times and the current offer, which we keep on the offer page by design
We will check the cashier from a Canadian connection and update this review and its score if CAD or Interac appears. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Alternatives to BEEF Casino
If the missing CAD account and Interac rule BEEF out, these brands from our Canadian list hold a licence we found in a public register with a current status, and two of them run under the same licence holder. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.
Irwin
Run by the same company, Galaktika N.V., under the same Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/169/0146, which the validator shows as active for irwin.casino. The difference for Canadians is currency: Irwin's terms quote limits in Canadian dollars. It has a casino, sportsbook and esports, and the operator says more than 7,000 games. Interac is unconfirmed: one Canadian third-party review lists it and another does not. Casino Guru lists 14 complaints. See the Irwin offer page or our Irwin review.
Flagman
Also Galaktika N.V. under licence OGL/2024/169/0146, active for flagman.casino. Its terms quote limits in Canadian dollars, and the operator says more than 9,000 games from 90+ providers, with a sportsbook and esports. Interac is listed by one Canadian third-party review, not by the operator. Casino Guru lists 26 complaints, including two confiscated wins. See the Flagman offer page or our Flagman review.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan, with thorcasino.com on the licence's domain list and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. AskGamblers lists Canadian dollars, and Interac for deposits but not for withdrawals. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved. See the Thor offer page or our Thor review.
Your provincial site
Most readers can also play with their province: PlayNow in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, lotoquebec.com in Quebec, and alc.ca in the Atlantic provinces. These sites are run by provincial lottery corporations, pay in Canadian dollars and take Canadian payment methods. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page.
Overall verdict
BEEF Casino has the paperwork many offshore sites lack: a named operator with an address, a named payment processor, and a Curaçao licence that is active on the regulator's validator with beef.casino on it. It combines a casino, live dealers, a sportsbook and esports, with 24/7 chat in English.
For Canadian players, though, the practical answer depends on money. We found no Canadian-dollar account and no Interac in anything we read, so you would play in US dollars or euros and pay to convert. Add a thin set of responsible gambling tools, a heavy verification list in the terms and mirror domains outside the licence, and BEEF is a site to compare carefully rather than a default choice.
Licence and safety
Licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued October 28, 2024 to Galaktika N.V., is active on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's validator, and beef.casino is on its domain list. We score that as a licence in a register with a current status. Use beef.casino rather than a mirror.
Responsible gambling
BEEF's responsible gambling page offers self-exclusion, temporary or permanent, by contacting support. Deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and reality checks are not described. The page links GamCare, Gambling Therapy, Gordon Moody and Gamblers Anonymous, which are UK-based, and no Canadian help line. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page, and our self-exclusion guide explains tools that work across sites.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 1.2 of 1.2 (active on the Curaçao validator, with beef.casino listed)
- Interac: 0.2 of 0.8 (not listed in any source we read)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.1 of 0.6 (no: USD, EUR, KZT and UAH only)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (nothing refused at account level beyond Ontario and Alberta)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (self-exclusion through support only)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat in English)
- Complaints: 0.5 of 0.8 (moderate: 4 on AskGamblers, about 19 on Casino Guru across related casinos)
Total: 3.4 out of 5.
Who it suits
BEEF suits a player who puts a verifiable licence first, is comfortable playing in US dollars, euros or crypto, and does not need Interac. If you want a Canadian-dollar account under the same licence holder, Irwin and Flagman above are the closer fit. The current offer is on the BEEF offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
BEEF Casino FAQ
Is BEEF Casino legit?
BEEF is run by GALAKTIKA N.V. of Curaçao under licence OGL/2024/169/0146, which the Curaçao Gaming Authority's validator shows as active, with beef.casino on its approved domains. Mirror domains such as beef-casino39.com are not on that list.

Can I bet on the NHL at BEEF?
BEEF has a sportsbook and esports. We did not research its hockey markets or prices, and sports betting requires a verified account.

The current offer, and whether it needs a code, is on our BEEF offer page. We list a code only when one exists for Canadian players.

Does BEEF Casino accept Interac or Canadian dollars?
Not in anything we read. The site names USD, EUR, KZT and UAH as account currencies, and neither the operator nor third-party lists include Interac. The cashier for a Canadian connection was not checked.
Can I bet on the NHL at BEEF?
BEEF has a sportsbook and esports. We did not research its hockey markets or prices, and sports betting requires a verified account.
Does BEEF Casino have a promo code?
The current offer, and whether it needs a code, is on our BEEF offer page. We list a code only when one exists for Canadian players.
