Neon54 at a glance
Neon54 is an online casino and sportsbook at neon54.com, which currently forwards visitors to a numbered mirror, 1927ne0n54.com. This review is written for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta, and every fact below was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it.
Our reading of the site was partial. The help centre, About page, payments page and responsible gaming page returned their text. The terms and conditions page returned only its heading, "Neon54 General terms and conditions", with no body, so the clauses that usually answer the key questions (which countries and provinces are accepted, and the withdrawal limits) could not be read. Where the operator's own pages are silent, we use third-party reviews and say so. We did not open an account or play: this review is written from research.
Key facts
- Website: neon54.com, forwarding to the mirror 1927ne0n54.com. No separate Canadian address
- Operator: not named on the site. Third-party sources name Stellar Ltd, NovaForge Ltd or, in older reviews, Rabidi N.V.
- Canadian players: unclear from the operator. The payments page shows Interac e-Transfer, and third parties review it for Canada
- Provinces refused: unknown, because the terms did not load
- Canadian dollars: listed by AskGamblers and Casino Guru (third-party)
- Interac: Interac e-Transfer on the operator's payments page
- Games: casino, live casino and a sportsbook with pre-match, live and virtual betting
- Support: live chat and email, stated as 24/7, in English
- Online since: 2021, according to third-party sources
- Not available through SpinsPilot in: Ontario, Alberta
- Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.3 out of 5
Is Neon54 legit?
Neon54's footer reads only "2026 © Neon54.com All rights reserved." The site names no company and no address, and the About page adds nothing on ownership.
Third-party sources disagree about who runs it. Casino.org names Stellar Ltd of Anjouan in its text and NovaForge Ltd in its key-facts table; Casino Guru names Stellar Ltd; an older gambling.com review names Rabidi N.V. of Curaçao.
The history matters too. Rabidi N.V., the earlier operator named by gambling.com, is reported by the Curaçao Chronicle (September 2025) as still listed as revoked on the Curaçao regulator's enforcement register, after insolvency proceedings brought by a player. We could not open that register from our location to confirm it. In 2023 the Australian Communications and Media Authority issued a formal warning to Rabidi N.V., under Australia's online gambling rules, that names Neon 54 together with Rabona, another brand on our list.
So, plainly: the site does not say who runs it, third parties disagree, and the earlier operator named by gambling.com has a regulatory record. Our guide to casino licences explains how to check a licence yourself.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Interac e-Transfer on the operator's own payments page
- Casino, live dealer tables and a sportsbook in one account
- Live chat and email support, stated as 24/7, in English
- CAD accounts, according to two third-party reviews
Cons
- No operating company named on the site
- The terms did not load, so country, province and withdrawal rules are unconfirmed
- Responsible gambling tools are limited to a time-out and self-exclusion through support
- A heavy complaint record across two complaint sites
Bonuses and promotions
Neon54 runs welcome offers for casino and sports players, and Casino.org and AskGamblers show offers in Canadian dollars. Offers at offshore casinos change often and can depend on your country, your currency and the link you sign up through, so this review prints no offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on our Neon54 offer page, the one place we keep those numbers.
One note from the sources: gambling.com says Neon54's bonuses are not available to Ontario players. SpinsPilot does not cover Ontario, but it shows that the offer you see can depend on where you live.
How to read a Neon54 offer
- Wagering requirement: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. Check whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to the deposit plus the bonus. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide works through more examples.
- Maximum bet: bonus terms usually cap the stake per spin while a bonus is active. Going over the cap can void the winnings.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full; table and live games often count less, or not at all.
- Expiry: bonus funds and free spins lapse if the wagering is not met in time.
- Withdrawing early: a withdrawal request while a bonus is active usually cancels the bonus and anything won with it.
Read the bonus terms on the site
Because Neon54's general terms did not load for us, we cannot tell you what they say about bonus abuse, duplicate accounts or maximum winnings from a bonus. Those clauses decide most bonus disputes. Before you accept an offer, open the bonus terms and the general terms on the site, check that they load in full, and take a dated screenshot. If they do not load, ask support to send them by email.
Casino offer or sports offer
Sports offers usually run on separate terms, with minimum odds and their own wagering. Decide which side you will play before you claim anything. Our sports betting bonus guide explains how sports offers are usually built, and you can always deposit without a bonus: cash played without one carries no wagering.
Games and providers
Neon54 does not publish a game count, and third-party figures vary widely: gambling.com gives both 4,000+ and 5,362, while AskGamblers says "over a thousand". We could not browse the lobby on a Canadian account, so we do not describe its categories or name individual games.
Providers
Studios named by third-party reviews include:
- Pragmatic Play
- Play'n GO
- NetEnt
- Playtech
- Evolution
- Red Tiger
- Relax Gaming
- Hacksaw Gaming
- ELK Studios
Studios license their games market by market, and other brands linked to the same operator block NetEnt games for Canada in their terms. We could not read Neon54's terms, so check that a game opens on a Canadian account before you plan around it.
Live casino
The site has a live casino section, and Evolution is among the named studios. We could not see which tables are open to Canadian accounts, their limits or whether any run in French.
Return to player (RTP)
No operator-published or audited payout figure exists in anything we read. gambling.com prints 96.2% and 96.1% as its own estimates; Casino.org says there is no external fair-play audit. Use the RTP in each game's information panel instead.
Sportsbook
The About page calls Neon54 "an innovative online sportsbook and casino", with pre-match betting, live betting and virtual sports. We have not seen the market list, so we cannot say how deep its NHL, CFL or NFL coverage runs or whether prices show in American odds. As an example price only, an NHL moneyline of +130 (2.30) returns $13 profit on a $10 bet if it wins. Our NHL betting guide, puck line guide and odds formats guide explain the markets.
Payments and payout speed
Neon54's payments page lists Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer before the rest of the list stops loading. That page is an operator source, so it is the basis for our Interac score. It does not split deposits from withdrawals, and it defaulted to euros for us, so it is not the Canadian cashier view.
Third-party lists, and a conflict
- AskGamblers, deposits: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Neosurf, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, Interac (variant not named), Revolut, Zimpler, Pix and crypto, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT
- AskGamblers, withdrawals: the same list without Neosurf, Paysafecard and MuchBetter; Interac included
- Casino.org: adds Jeton, MiFinity, CashtoCode, PlayID and Dogecoin, and says Visa and Interac are not offered
The Casino.org statement contradicts the operator's own page, which shows both. We go with the operator page, but the conflict is a reason to check the cashier yourself. iDebit and Flexepin are not listed anywhere we read. Interac Online was retired in 2024 and InstaDebit closed in 2026, so neither is an option whatever a list shows.
What this means for a Canadian deposit
- Interac e-Transfer: after registering, check that it appears for deposits and withdrawals before you deposit. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work.
- Cards: several Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit cards or charge them as cash advances. See our Canadian banks guide.
- Currency: the help centre says the account currency "will depend on your" settings, with the rest of the sentence cut off. Choose CAD at registration if it is offered; currency is often fixed once set.
- Crypto: transfers cannot be reversed, so check the wallet address and network twice.
Withdrawal limits and payout speed
We do not state withdrawal limits or a payout time for Neon54. The limits normally sit in the general terms, which did not load, and we quote limits only from the operator's own terms. Third-party sites print daily and monthly caps, but we have not used them. A confirmed payout figure, when we have one, will be on the Neon54 offer page.
Verification (KYC)
The help centre lists the documents Neon54 can ask for:
- a valid identity document
- proof of residence issued within the last three to six months
- proof of ownership of your payment methods
- transaction history: bank, e-wallet or card statements from the last one to three months
The help page adds that the list "is not exhaustive", and a help preview says deposits or withdrawals may be blocked until verification is done. Send clear documents soon after registering. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We keep this section to facts we could check. Neon54 is a website built as a browser app; none of the pages we read mention a downloadable app, and we have not tested it on a phone, so we do not rate mobile speed or design.
If you plan to play mainly on a phone, these checks take a few minutes and are worth doing before your first deposit:
- Check the address. neon54.com forwards to a numbered mirror (1927ne0n54.com on October 21, 2026), and mirrors change. Start from neon54.com or our offer page, never from links in messages or ads.
- Open the terms on your phone. They did not load for us. If they do not load for you either, ask support to email them before you deposit.
- Test the cashier. Confirm that Interac e-Transfer appears in the mobile cashier for deposits and withdrawals.
- Test the document upload. Statements and bills should be complete and readable, with all four corners of an ID visible.
- Set your own limit. Neon54 offers no deposit limit tool, so your phone's screen-time settings or your bank's controls are the way to add one.
Player feedback
Complaint sites are the clearest public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read AskGamblers and Casino Guru on October 21, 2026. We report counts and patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.
AskGamblers: about 31 complaints
Most are in the payments category. The themes:
- Withdrawals taking longer than the stated window
- Generic support replies to payment questions
- Marketing that continued after an opt-out
Casino Guru: 81 complaints
Casino Guru counts 81 complaints, including those against casinos it treats as related to Neon54. The themes are delayed withdrawals, account closures and winnings that were not paid.
What the pattern tells you
Two complaint sites, one pattern: getting money out. The counts place Neon54 in the lowest band of our complaint score. Practical steps follow: complete verification before you have a balance to withdraw, withdraw regularly rather than letting a large balance build, and keep screenshots of the terms, your balance and every chat.
Customer support
The help centre lists live chat and email (support@neon54.com), with "Customer support service ready to help you 24/7". English is one of 20 site languages. We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.
If something goes wrong
Start with support and put every request in writing. Independent services such as AskGamblers and Casino Guru are the realistic second step. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists help lines for every province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets at Neon54. The facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- Neon54's own site (read October 21, 2026): help centre, About page, payments page, responsible gaming page, verification help article; the terms page returned only its heading
- Anjouan Gaming licence register: licence ALSI-202411077-FI2, Stellar Ltd, its status, expiry and domain list
- Australian Communications and Media Authority: the 2023 formal warning to Rabidi N.V.
- Casino.org, Casino Guru, AskGamblers and gambling.com reviews of Neon54 (third-party): operator names, licence claims, payment lists, CAD, games, providers, complaints, launch year
- Curaçao Chronicle (third-party, September 16, 2025): the reported revoked status of Rabidi N.V.
What we could verify
- That the site names no operator
- That the operator's payments page shows Interac e-Transfer, Visa and Mastercard
- The verification documents, support channels and responsible gambling tools on the operator's pages
What we could not verify
- The terms and conditions, including whether Canada is accepted, which provinces are refused, and the withdrawal limits
- The operating company
- The Curaçao enforcement register entry for Rabidi N.V., which did not load from our location
- The Canadian cashier, CAD on the operator's side, payout times and the game count
- The current offers, which we keep on the offer page by design
We will read the terms from a Canadian connection and re-check the Anjouan register after its printed expiry date, then update the review and its score. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Alternatives to Neon54
If the unnamed operator or the unreadable terms hold you back, these three casinos on our Canadian list hold a licence we found in a public register with a current status. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook in one account. Osauhing Tonybet appears on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of interactive permit holders with a dedicated Canadian site, tonybet.com/ca (the list is dated September 28, 2023). Third-party sources list CAD accounts and Interac e-Transfer, 8,000+ casino games and more than 40 sports. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. Read our Tonybet review or see the Tonybet offer page.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202601043-FI2, with thorcasino.com on the licence's domain list and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers and describe 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved, and lists Interac for deposits but not for withdrawals. Read our Thor review or see the Thor offer page.
Art Casino
Casino with live dealer tables, licensed in Anjouan under the same licence as Thor, with artcasino.io on the domain list. AskGamblers counts 10,000+ games and Casino Guru 83 providers, and both list CAD accounts. Casino Guru lists 17 complaints, several about bonus disputes. A sportsbook is not confirmed. Read our Art Casino review or see the Art Casino offer page.
If you would rather play on a provincially regulated site, PlayNow.com serves British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, lotoquebec.com serves Quebec, and alc.ca serves the four Atlantic provinces. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.
Overall verdict
Neon54 shows Interac e-Transfer on its own payments page, offers a casino, live dealer tables and a sportsbook in one account, and states 24/7 support in English. Third parties list CAD accounts and a lobby of several thousand games from known studios.
Against that: the site names no operator, the earlier operator has a regulatory record, the terms did not load for us, and two complaint sites show a heavy record centred on withdrawals. The Canadian features are real; the certainty is not.
Licence and safety
neon54.com names no operating company, and third-party sources disagree on who runs it. Rabidi N.V., the earlier operator named by gambling.com, is reported as revoked on the Curaçao regulator's enforcement register.
Responsible gambling
The operator's page offers a time-out on request to support and self-exclusion by email, after which "we will close your account as soon as practicable". It describes no deposit, loss, wager or session limits and no reality check. That is "some tools" in our rubric. Our self-exclusion guide covers blocking software and provincial programs, and help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.3 of 1.2
- Interac: 0.8 of 0.8 (Interac e-Transfer on the operator's payments page)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (CAD listed by two third-party reviews)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (no province beyond Ontario and Alberta known to be refused; the terms were unreadable)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (time-out and self-exclusion through support only)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (live chat and email stated as 24/7, in English)
- Complaints: 0.2 of 0.8 (heavy: about 31 on AskGamblers and 81 on Casino Guru, mainly withdrawals)
Total: 3.3 out of 5.
Who it suits
Neon54 suits a player who wants Interac with a casino and sportsbook in one account, is willing to read the terms on the site before depositing, and completes verification early. If a named operator matters to you, start with the alternatives above. The current offer is on the Neon54 offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
Neon54 FAQ
Is Neon54 legit?
Neon54 names no operator on its site, and third-party sources name different companies. It has operated since 2021 according to third parties.
Is Neon54 legal in Canada?
Online gambling in Canada is regulated by each province. Neon54 holds no provincial licence and operates from an international site. We could not read its terms on which countries and provinces it accepts. Ontario and Alberta run their own regulated markets, and Neon54 is not offered to readers in those provinces through SpinsPilot.
Does Neon54 accept Interac?
The operator's payments page shows Interac e-Transfer. Casino.org says Interac is not offered, so check the cashier for deposits and withdrawals after you register.
Who owns Neon54?
The site does not say. Casino.org and Casino Guru name Stellar Ltd, Casino.org's key facts name NovaForge Ltd, and older reviews name Rabidi N.V. of Curaçao.

Casino.org and Casino Guru name Stellar Ltd, Casino.org's key facts name NovaForge Ltd, and older reviews name Rabidi N.V. of Curaçao.
