Art Casino at a glance
Art Casino (styled ArtCasino) is an online casino at artcasino.io. It runs one international site; we found no separate Canadian address. This short review is for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play, and every fact was checked on October 21, 2026.
The site is a script-rendered app that showed us only its page title, so we could not read the footer, terms, cashier or help pages. We checked the licence ourselves in the Anjouan register. Most other facts come from third-party reviews and are labelled as such.

Is Art Casino legit?
Art Casino has a licence you can look up and match to the site. The Anjouan licence register, read on October 21, 2026, shows Wild Blackfin Limited SRL under licence ALSI-202601043-FI2, type B2C, status "valid", issued January 31, 2026 and expiring January 30, 2027. artcasino.io is one of the 35 domains listed under that licence. The same row also lists casinostars.io and thorcasino.com, so Art Casino, Casinostars and Thor share one licence holder.
Two limits apply. Anjouan is an offshore licence, not a Canadian provincial one. And the current licence dates from 2026 while third parties date the brand to 2022; which licence it held before is unknown. Our guide to casino licences explains what an offshore licence does and does not cover.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Anjouan licence in the register as valid, with the domain listed
- CAD accounts and Interac, according to third-party reviews
- 10,000+ games from 83 providers, with live dealer tables
- 24/7 live chat in English (third-party)
Cons
- Terms not read, so Canadian acceptance and refused provinces are unconfirmed
- Responsible gambling tools unknown
- Casino Guru lists 17 complaints, mostly voided winnings and closed accounts
- A third-party payment list still shows InstaDebit, a sign it is out of date
Bonuses and promotions
The site's own page index lists deposit-bonus, free-spin, cashback and VIP pages. We do not print offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in our reviews. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on the Art Casino offer page, the one place we keep those numbers, including any promo code.
Read the terms closely here
Most Casino Guru complaints about Art Casino involve winnings voided over bonus or terms disputes, including free-spin disputes. That makes the bonus terms the page to read before you accept anything:
- Wagering: the number of times the bonus, or the deposit plus the bonus, must be bet. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x needs $3,500 in bets. See our wagering requirements guide.
- Maximum bet: exceeding the stake cap while a bonus is active is a common reason for voided winnings.
- Excluded games: some games may not count towards wagering, or may be barred while a bonus is active.
Keep a dated screenshot of the terms you accept.
Games and providers
AskGamblers (third-party) counts 10,000+ games at Art Casino, and Casino Guru counts 83 providers. The studios named include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Playtech, Evolution, IGT, Hacksaw Gaming and Relax Gaming. The site's page index shows sections for casino, live casino, game shows and crash games.
Live casino and sports
AskGamblers names Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi as the live studios. We could not see table limits or which tables accept Canadian accounts. Neither review confirms a sportsbook and the page index has no sports section, so we treat Art Casino as casino only.
No site-wide RTP is published in anything we read. Use the figure in each game's information panel.
Payments and payout speed
We could not read the cashier. Casino Guru (third-party) lists 46 methods, not split by country or by deposit and withdrawal, so not all of them will appear for a Canadian account. They include:
- Canadian methods: Interac (variant not named) and iDebit
- Cards and vouchers: Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, Neosurf
- E-wallets: Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, AstroPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, XRP, Dogecoin and others
AskGamblers lists bank wire and crypto for withdrawals. Casino Guru's list still includes InstaDebit, which closed in 2026, and Interac Online was retired in 2024, so treat neither as an option. Check that Interac e-Transfer appears in the cashier after you register; our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work, and our Canadian banks guide covers credit card blocks.
Payout speed, limits and verification
We do not state a payout time or withdrawal limits for Art Casino. Neither could be read in the operator's terms, and third-party reviews print caps we cannot confirm. A confirmed payout time, when we have one, will be on the Art Casino offer page. Casino Guru user reviews describe verification as quick in some cases and slow in others. Send clear ID and proof of address before your first withdrawal request. A legitimate casino does not need your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We have not seen Art Casino on a phone, and none of our sources records a dedicated app, so we do not rate its mobile design. Use artcasino.io directly rather than links from messages or ads, and install an app only if the operator lists one in the App Store or Google Play. Before your first deposit, check that the cashier shows Interac or your chosen method, that the bonus terms open in full on your screen, and that you can find the limit and self-exclusion settings.
Player feedback
Casino Guru lists 17 complaints against Art Casino, 11 rejected and 6 resolved, and AskGamblers lists one resolved bonus dispute (both read October 21, 2026). We report patterns, not individual claims:
- winnings voided over bonus or terms disputes, including free spins
- accounts closed without a clear reason
- delayed withdrawals
Casino Guru also counts 92 complaints across six related casinos, so the group record is heavier than Art Casino's own. One user review alleges that a self-excluded player could reopen an account. If you self-exclude, confirm it in writing and add a blocking tool such as Gamban or BetBlocker.
Customer support
AskGamblers lists 24/7 live chat and email, and Casino Guru lists English among six chat languages. The site has a contact page. We have not contacted support. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.

Alternatives to Art Casino
Thor shares Art Casino's licence holder, so it is not a real alternative on the licence question. These three brands on our Canadian list hold licences from other holders that we found in a public register with a current status. Checked October 21, 2026.
Irwin
The Curaçao licence validator confirms irwin.casino under OGL/2024/169/0146, status Active. CAD accounts, withdrawal limits printed in C$ in the terms, over 7,000 games, a sportsbook, and deposit, wager and loss limits. See our Irwin review or the Irwin offer page.
Tonybet
Osauhing Tonybet and tonybet.com/ca are on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's permit-holder list. Third parties list CAD and Interac e-Transfer, 8,000+ casino games and a sportsbook. See our Tonybet review or the Tonybet offer page.
Flagman
Same Curaçao licence as Irwin, confirmed for flagman.casino. CAD accounts, more than 9,000 games, a sportsbook and limit tools in the account; Interac is listed by a Canadian third-party review. See our Flagman review or the Flagman offer page.
All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page.
Overall verdict
Art Casino's main strength is the one we could check ourselves: a valid Anjouan licence that names artcasino.io. Third parties add CAD accounts, Interac and a large lobby from known studios, with 24/7 chat. The score rests heavily on that licence. The gaps are Canadian acceptance and refused provinces, which only the unread terms can settle, and responsible gambling tools, which we could not confirm at all.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 1.2 of 1.2 (in the Anjouan register as valid, with the domain listed)
- Interac: 0.5 of 0.8 (third-party sources only)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (third-party sources)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (no restricted list read; nothing refused beyond Ontario and Alberta is known)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.2 of 0.6 (unknown; operator page not read)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat in English, third-party)
- Complaints: 0.5 of 0.8 (moderate: 17 on Casino Guru, 1 on AskGamblers)
Total: 4.0 out of 5.
Who it suits
Art Casino suits a slots and live-casino player who wants a licence that can be matched to the site, reads bonus terms closely, and checks the cashier and the limit settings after registering. The current offer is on the Art Casino offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
