RioAce at a glance
RioAce is an online casino and sportsbook. Its main address, rioace.com, forwards through rioace888.com to numbered mirror domains such as rioace30.co, and the number changes over time. This short review is for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play, and every fact was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it.
One limit shapes the whole review: the mirror site did not render from our research location, so we could not read its footer, terms, cashier or help pages. Most facts below come from third-party reviews, and we say so each time.
Key facts
- Website: rioace.com, forwarding to rotating mirror domains
- Operator: not confirmed. AskGamblers and Casino Guru name Fortuna Games N.V.; older reviews name Altacore N.V.
- Licence: Curaçao OGL/2024/112/0974, active for rioace.com; the mirror domains the site runs on are not listed
- Canadian dollars: listed by AskGamblers and Casino Guru
- Interac: listed by AskGamblers for deposits and withdrawals, variant not named
- Games: 9,300+ casino games and 700+ live games, plus a sportsbook (gambling.com)
- Launched: 2024 according to gambling.com and AskGamblers; Casino Guru says 2025
- Not available through SpinsPilot in: Ontario, Alberta
- Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.4 out of 5
Is RioAce legit?
We could tie RioAce's main address to a licence, but not the mirror site it forwards to. Third-party reviews name two possible operators, and both appear in the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register of online licences (the version dated October 20, 2026). Fortuna Games N.V. holds OGL/2024/112/0974 with the status "Indefinite". Altacore N.V. holds OGL/2023/109/0075, whose term ended on December 24, 2025, with the status "Assessment in progress". The register lists companies, not websites, so we also opened the Authority's certificate for OGL/2024/112/0974 on October 21, 2026. It names Fortuna Games N.V., shows the licence status as "Active" and lists rioace.com among its domains, but not rioace888.com or rioace30.co, where rioace.com forwards. So the licence is real and covers the brand's main address, but not the site you actually play on. We score it the way we score other casinos that run on a domain their licence does not list.
Pros and cons
Pros
- CAD accounts and Interac, according to third-party reviews
- Casino, live dealer games and a sportsbook in one account
- A large lobby with studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution and Nolimit City
Cons
- The Curaçao certificate lists rioace.com, but not the mirror domains the site runs on
- Terms, cashier and responsible gambling page could not be read
- Rotating mirror domains make it harder to be sure you are on the real site
- Complaints include an account-closure request that was not acted on after a player disclosed a gambling problem
Bonuses and promotions
RioAce runs a welcome offer and ongoing promotions, and gambling.com's Canadian review shows them in Canadian dollars. We do not print offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in our reviews. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on the RioAce offer page, the one place we keep those numbers. If the offer needs a promo code, that page shows it.
Before you accept any offer
- Wagering: check how many times the bonus, or the deposit plus the bonus, must be bet before you can withdraw. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x needs $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide explains the maths.
- Maximum bet and game weighting: a stake cap usually applies while a bonus is active, and live or table games often count less towards wagering.
- Withdrawal caps: AskGamblers complaints describe personal withdrawal caps lower than players expected. Read the cashier terms before you deposit.
Games and providers
gambling.com (third-party) counts 9,300+ casino games and 700+ live games at RioAce; the same page also mentions 11,000+, so treat the total as approximate. The studios it names include Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming and Nolimit City. Game availability can differ by country, so check that a title opens on a Canadian account before you rely on it to clear a bonus.
We found no published site-wide return to player (RTP). Use the figure in each game's information panel.
Sportsbook
Third-party reviews confirm a sportsbook. We have not seen its markets or whether it shows American odds. If NHL betting is part of your plan, compare moneyline and puck line prices with another book first; our NHL betting guide explains those markets.
Payments and payout speed
We could not read RioAce's cashier. The lists below are from AskGamblers (third-party) and are not split by country, so not every method may appear for a Canadian account.
- Deposits: Interac (variant not named), MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Flexepin, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and bank transfer; crypto including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin and Dogecoin
- Withdrawals: Interac, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, bank wire and crypto. AskGamblers says card withdrawals are not offered
If you plan to use Interac e-Transfer, check that it appears in the cashier after you register and before you deposit; our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work. Interac Online was retired in 2024 and InstaDebit closed in 2026, so neither is an option. Several Canadian banks block gambling on credit cards; see our Canadian banks guide. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed.
Payout speed, limits and verification
We do not state a payout time or withdrawal limits for RioAce. We could not read either in the operator's terms, and third-party figures contradict each other. A confirmed payout time, when we have one, will be on the RioAce offer page. Complaints mention verification delays and a dispute over proving ownership of a crypto wallet, so upload clear ID and proof of address before you request a withdrawal. A legitimate casino does not need your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We have not seen RioAce on a phone, and none of our sources records a dedicated app, so we do not rate its mobile design. The rotating mirror domains matter more on a phone, where the address bar is easy to miss. Reach the site only through a link you trust, never through a message or an ad, and install an app only if the operator lists one in the App Store or Google Play. Before your first deposit, check that the cashier shows your payment method, that the terms open in full on your screen, and that you can find the limit and self-exclusion settings.
Player feedback
Casino Guru lists 16 complaints against RioAce, most of them rejected, and AskGamblers lists 4 (both read October 21, 2026). We report patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify:
- withdrawals delayed or not processed
- personal withdrawal caps lower than the terms
- support that did not answer
- an account-closure request ignored after the player disclosed a gambling problem
The last pattern is the one to weigh. If you need to close an account for gambling reasons, send the request by email so it has a timestamp, keep a copy, and add a device-level blocking tool as well. Support runs by 24/7 live chat and email in English, according to AskGamblers and Casino Guru; we have not contacted it. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or bet. Facts were checked on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- Curaçao Gaming Authority online licence register (dated October 20, 2026): the Fortuna Games N.V. and Altacore N.V. rows
- Curaçao Gaming Authority licence certificates (cert.cga.cw, checked October 21, 2026): OGL/2024/112/0974, Fortuna Games N.V., status "Active", domains include rioace.com but not rioace888.com or rioace30.co
- gambling.com Canadian review (third-party): games, live casino, sportsbook, responsible gambling tools, launch year
- AskGamblers and Casino Guru (third-party): operator, currencies, payment methods, support, complaints
What we could not verify
- Which company runs the mirror site
- The terms: accepted countries, refused provinces, withdrawal limits and verification rules
- The cashier, the responsible gambling page and support hours
- The current offer, which we keep on the offer page by design
Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Alternatives to RioAce
If a licence that does not list the site you play on holds you back, these casino and sportsbook brands from our Canadian list have a licence we found in a public register with a current status. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.
Tonybet
Osauhing Tonybet and its Canadian site tonybet.com/ca appear on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's permit-holder list. Third parties list CAD accounts and Interac e-Transfer, 8,000+ casino games and a sportsbook. See our Tonybet review or the Tonybet offer page.
Irwin
The Curaçao licence validator confirms irwin.casino under OGL/2024/169/0146 with the status Active. CAD accounts, over 7,000 games, a sportsbook, and deposit, wager and loss limits in the account. Reviewers disagree on Interac. See our Irwin review or the Irwin offer page.
Thor
Anjouan licence ALSI-202601043-FI2, with thorcasino.com on its domain list and an expiry of January 30, 2027. About 6,000 games, a sportsbook and 24/7 live chat, according to third parties; Interac is listed for deposits only. See our Thor review or the Thor offer page.
All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page.
Overall verdict
On paper RioAce offers what many Canadian players look for: CAD accounts, Interac, a large lobby and a sportsbook. All of that comes from third parties. What we could check ourselves, the regulator's certificate, lists rioace.com but not the mirror domains the site actually runs on, and its own terms could not be read. Add rotating mirror domains and a complaint about an ignored closure request, and RioAce sits in the lower part of our list.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.6 of 1.2 (certificate active for rioace.com; the site runs on mirror domains it does not list)
- Interac: 0.5 of 0.8 (third-party sources only)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (third-party sources)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (nothing refused beyond Ontario and Alberta in what we read)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.2 of 0.6 (operator page not read; third parties name self-exclusion only)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat and email in English, per AskGamblers and Casino Guru)
- Complaints: 0.5 of 0.8 (moderate: 16 on Casino Guru, 4 on AskGamblers)
Total: 3.4 out of 5.
Who it suits
RioAce suits a player who accepts a licence that does not list the mirror domains, checks the address and the cashier each time, and completes verification before withdrawing. If a licence that lists the casino's own domain matters to you, start with the alternatives above. The current offer is on the RioAce offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
RioAce FAQ
Is RioAce legit?
Third parties name Fortuna Games N.V. or Altacore N.V. as its operator. The Curaçao certificate for Fortuna Games N.V.'s licence OGL/2024/112/0974 is active and lists rioace.com, but not the mirror domains rioace.com forwards to, and we could not read RioAce's footer. So the licence covers the brand's main address, not the site you play on.
Does RioAce accept Interac?
AskGamblers lists Interac for deposits and withdrawals. Check the cashier after you register and before you deposit.
