Pandido at a glance
Pandido is an online casino and sportsbook with a Canadian version at pandido.com/ca, where the lobby is headed "Top Games in Canada". This short review is for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play, and every fact was checked on October 21, 2026.
Unlike many offshore sites, Pandido's Canadian terms, help centre and responsible gaming page were readable from our research location, so most facts here come from the operator itself. The footer, with its licence seal and payment logos, did not load, and the payments page returned an error.
Key facts
- Website: pandido.com/ca
- Operator: Dreamline Ventures SRL, Costa Rica (company no. 3-102-933985); payments by Morada Horizon Services Limited, Dublin, Ireland (terms 1.5 and 1.6)
- Licence: Tobique Gaming Commission, licence No. 0000071, according to the terms
- Provinces refused in the terms: New Brunswick
- Not available through SpinsPilot in: Ontario, Alberta
- Canadian dollars: the terms print amounts in CAD; Casino Guru and AskGamblers list CAD accounts
- Interac: Interac e-Transfer named on the operator's deposits help page
- Games: 10,449 on the Canadian site, including 8,394 slots, plus live dealer games and a sportsbook
- Launched: 2025 (third-party)
- Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.7 out of 5
Is Pandido legit?
Pandido names its operator, company number and licence in its own terms, which is a good start. Section 1.4 says the site is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under licence No. 0000071. Tobique is a First Nation gaming commission based in New Brunswick.
We checked what can be checked. The Tobique Gaming Commission's licence-holder list, read on October 21, 2026, shows Dreamline Ventures S.R.L as a B2C licence holder with an expiry date of May 22, 2027. That list shows no licence numbers and no domains, so it confirms the company but cannot match licence 0000071 or pandido.com to it, and the footer seal that would link them did not load. We score the licence as listed but not matched to the site. A Tobique licence is not a provincial licence.
Pros and cons
Pros
- A dedicated Canadian site with Interac e-Transfer named by the operator
- Operator, licence number and CAD withdrawal limits printed in the terms
- 10,000+ games, live dealer tables and a sportsbook
Cons
- Residents of New Brunswick are refused
- The licence-holder list cannot confirm the licence number or domain
- Only a time-out and self-exclusion, both by contacting support
- Casino Guru complaints centre on delayed or cancelled withdrawals
Bonuses and promotions
Pandido runs a welcome offer for casino players and separate sportsbook promotions. Banners on the site showed offers in euros and USDT, so the Canadian version may differ. We do not print offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in our reviews. The current Canadian offer and any promo code are on the Pandido offer page.
How to read the offer
- Wagering: as a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x needs $3,500 in bets before withdrawal. See our wagering requirements guide.
- Blocked games: the terms (sections 15.2 to 15.6) block some games for Canadian players, including NetEnt titles. A blocked game cannot help you clear a bonus.
- Maximum bet and expiry: a stake cap and a time limit usually apply while a bonus is active.
Games and providers
The counters on pandido.com/ca showed 10,449 games, including 8,394 slots, when we read them. The providers page lists 108 studios, among them Playson, BGaming, Betsoft, Yggdrasil, Spinomenal, Amusnet, Endorphina and 3 Oaks. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play'n GO were not in the list we read, and the terms block NetEnt titles for Canada, so players looking for those studios should check the lobby first.
There is a live dealer section. No site-wide RTP is published on the pages we read; use the figure in each game's information panel.
Sportsbook
Pandido has a sportsbook at /ca/sport, and its about page describes the site as "sportsbook and casino". We have not looked at its markets or odds formats. For hockey, compare moneyline and puck line prices before you bet; our NHL betting guide explains them.
Payments and payout speed
The operator's deposits help page names three methods: Interac e-Transfer, Visa and Mastercard. The withdrawals page shows the same three logos without saying which apply to withdrawals. The full payments page returned an error, so we could not see the rest of the cashier.
Third-party lists, not split by country, add MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Revolut, bank transfer and crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and USDC (Casino Guru and AskGamblers). Interac Online was retired in 2024 and InstaDebit closed in 2026; neither appears in anything we read. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work, and our Canadian banks guide covers credit card blocks.
Withdrawal limits in the terms
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | $750 | $10,500 |
| Level 2 | $750 | $15,000 |
| Level 3 | $1,200 | $18,000 |
| Level 4 | $1,500 | $23,000 |
| Level 5 | $2,300 | $30,000 |
No more than three withdrawals can be pending at once (section 6.13). We do not state a payout time; a confirmed one, when we have it, will be on the Pandido offer page.
Verification
The terms (section 5) allow checks before and after deposits, asking for certified ID, proof of residence, proof that you own the payment method and transaction histories, and sometimes a call or face verification. Documents are due within 30 days of a request. A legitimate casino does not need your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We have not seen Pandido on a phone, and none of our sources records a dedicated app, so we do not rate its mobile design. Use pandido.com/ca directly, and install an app only if the operator lists one in the App Store or Google Play. Before your first deposit, check that Interac e-Transfer shows in the mobile cashier and that the verification upload accepts clear photos of your documents. Because limits are set through support, save the support email address on your phone.
Player feedback
Casino Guru lists 22 complaints against Pandido in about a year, and AskGamblers lists one unresolved late-payment complaint (both read October 21, 2026). Almost all concern getting money out:
- withdrawals delayed or cancelled
- accounts closed and pending withdrawals cancelled
Complete verification early, keep to the daily and monthly limits above, and keep screenshots of your balance and every chat.
Customer support
The help centre lists live chat and email (support@pandido.com), both 24/7, in English. We found no phone line and have not contacted support.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or bet. Facts were checked on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- Pandido's Canadian pages: terms, help centre (deposits, withdrawals, support), responsible gaming page, about page, providers page and lobby counters
- Tobique Gaming Commission licence-holder list (read October 21, 2026): the Dreamline Ventures S.R.L row
- Casino Guru and AskGamblers (third-party): currencies, payment methods, launch year, complaints
What we could not verify
- That licence No. 0000071 belongs to pandido.com; the list shows no numbers or domains, and the footer seal did not load
- The full Canadian cashier and which methods work for withdrawals
- The current offer, which we keep on the offer page by design
Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Alternatives to Pandido
If you live in New Brunswick, or want limit tools you can set yourself, these brands on our Canadian list hold a licence we found in a public register with a current status. None of them is known to refuse New Brunswick. Checked October 21, 2026.
Tonybet
Osauhing Tonybet and tonybet.com/ca are on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's permit-holder list. Third parties list CAD and Interac e-Transfer, deposit limits and self-exclusion, plus a sportsbook. See our Tonybet review or the Tonybet offer page.
Thor
Anjouan licence ALSI-202601043-FI2 with thorcasino.com on its domain list, valid to January 30, 2027. About 6,000 games, a sportsbook, and deposit and loss limits, cool-off and self-exclusion, according to third parties. See our Thor review or the Thor offer page.
Irwin
The Curaçao licence validator confirms irwin.casino under OGL/2024/169/0146, status Active. CAD accounts, a sportsbook, and deposit, wager and loss limits in the account. See our Irwin review or the Irwin offer page.
New Brunswick readers can also see our New Brunswick page. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page.
Overall verdict
Pandido is one of the more transparent offshore sites on our list: a Canadian version, Interac e-Transfer named by the operator, its company and licence number in the terms, and withdrawal limits printed in Canadian dollars. Against that, the licence cannot be matched to the site from the public list, New Brunswick is refused, the only limit tools are a time-out and self-exclusion requested through support, and the complaints are about withdrawals.
Responsible gambling
The responsible gaming page offers a time-out and self-exclusion, both by contacting support. We found no deposit, loss or session limits and no reality check, and the help links point to UK and international services, not Canadian ones. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.6 of 1.2 (licence named by the operator; the register cannot be matched to the site)
- Interac: 0.8 of 0.8 (named on the operator's help page)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (CAD in the terms and third-party sources)
- Provinces: 0.3 of 0.5 (New Brunswick refused)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (time-out and self-exclusion only)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat in English)
- Complaints: 0.5 of 0.8 (moderate: 22 on Casino Guru, 1 on AskGamblers)
Total: 3.7 out of 5.
Who it suits
Pandido suits a player outside New Brunswick who wants Interac e-Transfer on a Canadian site, plays mainly slots from mid-sized studios, and sets any limit through support before the first deposit. The current offer is on the Pandido offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.

- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (CAD in the terms and third-party sources)
