Rabona at a glance
Rabona is an online casino and sportsbook at rabona.com, online since 2018 or 2019 according to third-party sites. It runs one international site, with no separate Canadian domain. This review is for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta. It is written from research, not from play: every fact below was checked on October 21, 2026 against the source named beside it, and we did not open an account or place a bet.
The short version: Rabona's own pages show Interac e-Transfer, print withdrawal limits in Canadian dollars and offer ice hockey among a wide sports list. What they do not show is who runs the site, and the complaint record is heavy, mostly about payments.
Key facts
- Website: rabona.com. From our location on October 21, 2026, it forwarded to the mirror address rab0na-2417.com
- Operator: not named on the site. Third-party sources name three different companies (see below)
- Canadian players: accepted by omission. Canada is not on the excluded list in the terms (version 1.12, updated August 19, 2026)
- Provinces refused in the terms: none named. SpinsPilot does not cover Ontario or Alberta
- Canadian dollars: yes, CAD appears in the withdrawal-limit table of the terms
- Interac: Interac e-Transfer shown in the operator's footer
- Games: casino, live casino and a sportsbook with ice hockey and live betting
- Support: live chat and email, which the Help Centre describes as available 24/7
- Age: 19+, or 18+ in Quebec and Manitoba
- Our rating: 3.3 out of 5
Is Rabona legit? The licence
Rabona's footer reads "2026 © Rabona.com All rights reserved." The terms refer only to "the company operating the Website", and the privacy policy to "Rabona and its direct and indirect subsidiaries".
Third-party sources give answers that do not agree. AskGamblers names Stellar Ltd and an Anjouan licence, Casino Guru names Naale Limited and lists no licence, and Top End Sports names Tranello Ltd and cites Curaçao 8048/JAZ, a number from Curaçao's old master-licence system, replaced from 2023.
Where Rabona is available
The excluded-jurisdictions list in section 2.3 of the terms names countries only, and Canada is not among them. No province appears anywhere in the terms, so Ontario and Alberta are not refused by Rabona itself; SpinsPilot does not offer Rabona to readers in either province. Section 15 makes some games unavailable to Canadian residents: NetEnt titles and the Planet of the Apes, Vikings and Street Fighter slots.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Interac e-Transfer shown on the operator's own site
- CAD accounts, with daily and monthly withdrawal limits printed in Canadian dollars
- A sportsbook with ice hockey, American football and baseball, plus live betting
- Live chat and email support, described by the Help Centre as 24/7
Cons
- No operator company named on the site
- Three different companies named by three review sites
- Limit tools are thin: a break or self-exclusion through support only
- A heavy complaint record centred on withdrawals
Bonuses and promotions
Rabona runs offers for casino players and separate ones for sports bettors, and third-party sites show them for Canadian players. We do not print offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates in this review. Those terms change and can differ by country and by the link you sign up through. The current Canadian offer and its terms are on our Rabona offer page, the one place we keep them.
Casino offer or sports offer
Because Rabona is both a casino and a sportsbook, the welcome offer you choose at sign-up decides which product your bonus works on. A sports offer usually sets a minimum price per selection, such as -200 (1.50) or longer, and a casino offer usually sets a wagering requirement on slots. Those are examples of how such rules are written, not Rabona's terms. Our guides to sports betting bonuses and welcome bonuses explain both types.
How to read any Rabona offer
- Wagering: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide shows the arithmetic.
- Maximum bet: casino bonus terms usually cap the stake per spin while a bonus is active; going over the cap can void the winnings.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full; live and table games often count less, or not at all.
- Blocked games: NetEnt titles are unavailable in Canada under section 15 of the terms, so a bonus tied to a NetEnt slot will not apply to a Canadian account.
- Expiry: bonus funds and free spins expire if the wagering is not met in time.
Keep a screenshot of the terms you accept. Several complaints about Rabona involve balances held during account reviews, and a dated copy of the offer terms is the simplest record to show support.
Games, live casino and sportsbook
Rabona does not publish a site-wide game count. Its lobby shows category totals instead, as read on October 21, 2026: New 1,441, Popular 1,060, Blackjack 319, Roulette 198 and Top Live Casino 111. Categories overlap, so they should not be added up. Top End Sports (third-party, updated September 29, 2026) counts more than 8,500 titles and 300 live tables, and names Playson, Yggdrasil, Amusnet and Spinomenal among the studios. NetEnt games are blocked for Canadian residents in the terms.
Live casino
The live section has real dealers, with 111 titles in its top category. We could not see the table limits or which tables accept Canadian accounts. Live games usually count less towards bonus wagering than slots.
Sportsbook: NHL betting at Rabona
Rabona's sportsbook lists football, tennis, ice hockey, American football, baseball, horse racing and virtual sports, with live betting. We have not placed bets or recorded Rabona's prices, so we do not rate its margins or count its NHL markets. Here is how to judge any book on hockey, starting with the markets most Canadian bettors use.
- Moneyline: pick the winner, overtime and shootout included. A favourite at -150 (1.67) returns $16.67 profit on a $25 stake; an underdog at +130 (2.30) returns $32.50.
- Puck line: the hockey spread, usually 1.5 goals. The favourite at -1.5 might be priced +165 (2.65), the underdog at +1.5 around -200 (1.50). Our puck line guide explains when each side makes sense.
- Totals: over or under a goal line, often 5.5 or 6.5, typically near -110 (1.91) on each side.
- 60-minute line: a three-way market on regulation time only, with the draw as a third outcome. A team can win the moneyline and lose a 60-minute bet.
- Live betting and parlays: in-game prices move fast, and a parlay needs every selection to win. See our parlay guide.
These prices are examples to show how the formats work, not Rabona's odds. We have not confirmed whether Rabona displays American odds; our odds formats guide converts decimal prices if it does not. For hockey markets and how to compare books, see our NHL betting guide. Football fans can also read our NFL betting guide.
Published RTP
We found no site-wide or audited payout percentage for Rabona. Use the RTP in each game's information panel, and remember that some studios supply the same slot in versions with different RTP settings.
Payments and payout speed
Rabona's footer shows three payment logos: Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer (the image label is spelled "Inerac e-Transfer"). Its payments page loaded a non-Canadian view when we read it, so we could not see the Canadian cashier. The rest of the list comes from third parties.
Methods listed by third parties
- Top End Sports (Canadian review): Interac, PlayID, cards, Neteller, MiFinity, Skrill, bank transfer, and crypto (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin)
- AskGamblers (not split by country), deposits: Visa, Mastercard, Interac (variant not named), MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Payz, eZeeWallet, Revolut, Trustly and bank wire; crypto including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, XRP, USDT, USDC, Dogecoin and Tron
- AskGamblers, withdrawals: largely the same, without the prepaid vouchers Paysafecard and Neosurf
iDebit and Flexepin are not mentioned anywhere we read. InstaDebit closed in 2026 and Interac Online was retired in 2024, so neither is an option. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains casino transfers, and our Canadian banks guide explains why a card deposit can be declined or charged as a cash advance.
Withdrawal limits in the terms
Section 6.11 of the terms prints limits in CAD by VIP level, per day and per month:
| Level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Beginner | $750 | $10,500 |
| Amateur | $750 | $15,000 |
| Professional | $1,200 | $18,000 |
| World Class | $1,500 | $23,000 |
| Legend | $2,300 | $30,000 |
Section 6.12.1 says limits may vary by location and level, and section 6.13 allows at most three pending withdrawals. A large win at the Beginner level can take many months to withdraw in full, so check your level before you play for high stakes.
Payout speed
We do not state a payout time for Rabona. We could not read a published one from the operator, and third-party processing times are not a reliable basis. A confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the Rabona offer page.
Verification (KYC)
Sections 5.1 to 5.3 and 6.6.4 of the terms ask for:
- certified ID: a passport, driving licence or identity card
- proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement
- proof that you own the payment method, and its transaction history
Checks can come before a deposit or a withdrawal, at the company's discretion. You have 30 days to supply documents, and review normally takes up to 10 days after a complete set. Send them early. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We did not test Rabona on a phone or check app stores for this review, so we do not rate its mobile layout or say whether an app exists. What does not depend on the device: one account covers the casino and the sportsbook, and live chat and email are reachable from a browser.
Before you deposit from a phone:
- Check the address. Start from rabona.com. It may forward you to a numbered mirror, as it did for us; do not use look-alike domains from ads, messages or search results you cannot trace back to rabona.com.
- Check the cashier for Interac and for CAD before your first deposit, because the payments page we saw loaded a non-Canadian view.
- Prepare documents. Proof of address and proof of payment method are both on the list; photos should show all four corners and be readable.
- Know the limits. Rabona has no deposit-limit tool in its terms. Your phone's own screen-time settings, or a blocking app, can add a limit the casino cannot change.
- Apps: install one only from the App Store or Google Play, and only if the operator lists one there.
Player feedback
Complaint sites are the main public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read AskGamblers and Casino Guru on October 20 and 21, 2026. We report counts and patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.
AskGamblers: about 92 complaints
AskGamblers lists about 92 complaints against Rabona, most of them about payments:
- Withdrawals pending for days or weeks
- Repeat KYC requests before a payout
- Accounts under review with balances held
- Slow support
Casino Guru: self-exclusion
Casino Guru flags that self-exclusion at Rabona can be "severely delayed or impossible". That matches what the terms offer: self-exclusion by email to support (section 3.8), not a button in the account. If you need to stop, send the email, keep a copy, and add a tool outside the casino as well.
What the pattern tells you
For a brand online since 2018 or 2019, around 92 complaints is a heavy count, and what they are about matters more than the number. Complete verification before you have a balance to withdraw, withdraw regularly rather than letting a balance build, and keep screenshots of your balance, the terms and chat transcripts.
Customer support
Rabona's Help Centre says support is "ready to help you 24/7" by live chat and email at support@rabona.com, in English. Complaints go to complaints@rabona.com. We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.
If something goes wrong
Write to the complaints address so the request has a timestamp. Independent services such as AskGamblers are the realistic second step. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists help for every province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets at Rabona. Facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- rabona.com: terms and conditions (version 1.12, updated August 19, 2026), footer, payments, about and privacy pages; on October 21, 2026 also the Help Centre and responsible gaming page, served from rab0na-2417.com
- Registers: the Anjouan licence register, the Curaçao Gaming Authority register dated October 20, 2026, and the Kahnawake permit-holder list
- Third-party reviews (labelled in the text): AskGamblers, Casino Guru and Top End Sports (updated September 29, 2026)
What we could verify
- Interac e-Transfer, Visa and Mastercard in the operator's footer
- The excluded-jurisdictions list, the CAD withdrawal limits, the pending-withdrawal cap and the games blocked for Canada, all in the terms
- The KYC documents and deadlines in the terms
- Self-exclusion and a break from play through support, and 24/7 live chat and email in the Help Centre
What we could not verify
- Who operates the site
- The Canadian cashier, because the payments page loaded a non-Canadian view
- A site-wide game count and the full provider list
- Whether the sportsbook shows American odds
- Payout times and the current offer, which we keep on the offer page by design
We will re-check the registers, and the Anjouan licence after its printed expiry of November 21, 2026, and update this review and its score. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Alternatives to Rabona
These brands from our Canadian list also combine a casino with a sportsbook, and their licence is in a public register with a current status. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan, with thorcasino.com on the licence's domain list and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers and describe 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved. Interac is listed for deposits but not for withdrawals by AskGamblers. See the Thor offer page or our Thor review.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook in one account. Osauhing Tonybet and the address tonybet.com/ca are on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of permit holders (dated September 28, 2023). Third-party sources list CAD accounts and Interac. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. See the Tonybet offer page or our Tonybet review.
Flagman
Casino, sportsbook and esports, run by Galaktika N.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/169/0146, which the Curaçao Gaming Authority's validator shows as active for flagman.casino. Its terms quote limits in Canadian dollars, and the operator says it has more than 9,000 games from 90+ providers. Interac is listed by one Canadian third-party review, not by the operator. Casino Guru lists 26 complaints, including two confiscated wins. See the Flagman offer page or our Flagman review.
Your provincial site
Most readers can also play and bet with their province: PlayNow in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, lotoquebec.com in Quebec, and alc.ca in the Atlantic provinces. These sites are run by provincial lottery corporations, pay in Canadian dollars and operate under provincial rules. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page.
Overall verdict
Rabona covers the Canadian basics on its own pages: Interac e-Transfer in the footer, CAD accounts with limits printed in Canadian dollars, and a sportsbook with ice hockey and live betting beside a casino and live dealer tables. Its terms are specific about withdrawals and verification.
What holds it back is transparency and track record. The site names no operator, and three review sites name three companies. The complaint record is heavy and centres on withdrawals, and self-exclusion runs by email only.
Licence and safety
Rabona's site names no operator, and three review sites name three different companies. Self-exclusion runs by email only.
Responsible gambling
Rabona's responsible gaming page offers a break from play ("we will exclude you for a while") and self-exclusion, both by contacting support. We found no deposit, loss or session limits and no reality checks. Before you deposit, decide your own limit and consider a blocking tool. Help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page, and our self-exclusion guide explains the wider options.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.3 of 1.2
- Interac: 0.8 of 0.8 (shown on the operator's site)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.6 of 0.6 (CAD in the operator's terms)
- Provinces: 0.5 of 0.5 (nothing refused beyond Ontario and Alberta)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (a break and self-exclusion through support; no limits)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (24/7 live chat and email in English, per the Help Centre)
- Complaints: 0.2 of 0.8 (heavy: about 92 on AskGamblers)
Total: 3.3 out of 5.
Who it suits
Rabona suits a player who wants Interac, CAD and an NHL sportsbook in one account, verifies early and withdraws regularly within the CAD limits. If deposit-limit tools matter to you, start with the alternatives above. The current offer is on the Rabona offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
