Slotoro at a glance
Slotoro is a casino and sportsbook brand, and the first thing to know about it is that there are two Slotoro sites. slotoro.bet (slotoro.io forwards there) is run by Wiraon B.V. of Curaçao. slotoro.casino is run by Matrix Ltd of Saint Lucia. The two share one design, one footer and one copyright line, but they have different operators, different terms and different licences. This review is written for readers in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta, covers both sites, and says which one each fact belongs to. Every fact was checked on October 21, 2026.
A warning on the address: slotoro.com is not the casino. It forwards through an affiliate tracker to an unrelated casino site in Latvia. Use slotoro.bet or slotoro.casino, or start from our offer page. We read the terms on both sites; the cashiers need an account and were not read. We did not open an account or play: this review is written from research.
Key facts

- Operators: Wiraon B.V., Willemstad, Curaçao (slotoro.bet); Matrix Ltd, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia (slotoro.casino)
- Licences: slotoro.bet cites Curaçao OGL/2024/686/0183, whose term ended on April 14, 2026 with renewal in assessment in the register, although the regulator's certificate shows it active. slotoro.casino cites Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000136, which the regulator's public list does not show by number or domain
- Canadian players: accepted on both sites
- Provinces refused: none named on slotoro.bet; New Brunswick and Ontario on slotoro.casino
- Canadian dollars: listed by Casino Guru (third-party); not confirmed by the operator
- Interac: Interac and Interac e-Transfer listed by Casino Guru (third-party); the operator names no methods

- Our rating: 3.1 out of 5
Is Slotoro legit?
Both Slotoro sites name a company and a licence, which is a better start than many offshore brands. The answer to "is it legit" depends on which site you are on, so we take them one at a time.
slotoro.bet. The terms name Wiraon B.V., registration 146886, Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, and Curaçao licence OGL/2024/686/0183. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register (updated October 20, 2026) lists Wiraon B.V. under that number, issued October 14, 2025, with a term ending April 14, 2026 and the status "Assessment in progress". The regulator has the company on file and a renewal under review, but the licence is not shown as current. The Authority's certificate for OGL/2024/686/0183, checked on October 22, 2026, shows the status as "Active" and lists slotoro.bet among its domains, with awintura.com, casishock.com, maggico.casino and verdecasino.com. The certificate and the register disagree, so we go by the register until it shows the renewal. Wiraon B.V. also runs Verde Casino, another brand on our list, under the same licence.
slotoro.casino. The terms name Matrix Ltd, registration 2025-00816, of Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia, and Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000136. The Tobique list of licence holders shows "Matrix Ltd" with a B2C licence expiring January 29, 2027, but it shows no licence numbers or domains, so neither the number nor the Slotoro domain can be matched there.
So, plainly: one Slotoro has a licence on file whose renewal is pending; the other has a licence holder on file whose link to the site the public list cannot confirm. We score the licence at 0.6 of 1.2 for the brand. Our guide to casino licences explains how to check a licence yourself.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Both sites name an operator, an address and a licence
- Canadian players are accepted on both sites
- Slots, live casino and sportsbook from well-known studios
- Chat support, 24/7 in English according to Casino Guru
Cons
- Two sites, two operators and two sets of terms under one brand
- Neither licence is shown as current and matched to the brand
- slotoro.casino refuses New Brunswick
- Interac and CAD are confirmed by a third party only
- Limits and self-exclusion only through support, not self-service
Bonuses and promotions
Slotoro draws many searches about its bonuses, promo codes and free spins. Here is how we handle that. Offers at offshore casinos change often, and at Slotoro they can also depend on which of the two sites you land on, so this review prints no offer amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multiples, minimum deposits, maximum bets or expiry dates. The current Canadian offer, and which Slotoro site it applies to, is on our Slotoro offer page, the one place we keep those numbers.
Promo codes, no-deposit offers and free spins
Some offers need a code at sign-up or in the cashier; many need none. If the current Slotoro offer needs a code, the offer page shows it, and if it does not, the offer page says so. The same goes for no-deposit offers and free spins: we list one only when it exists for Canadian players, and we do not repeat codes from other sites that we cannot confirm. Codes copied from forums often belong to the other Slotoro site, or to a different country, and are rejected at the cashier.
How to read a Slotoro offer
- Which site: check the address bar. An offer on slotoro.bet runs under Wiraon B.V.'s terms; one on slotoro.casino runs under Matrix Ltd's terms.
- Wagering requirement: bonus money has to be bet a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. As a worked example only, a $100 bonus at 35x means $3,500 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide works through more examples.
- Maximum bet: bonus terms usually cap the stake per spin while a bonus is active. Going over the cap can void the winnings.
- Game weighting: slots usually count in full; table and live games often count less, or not at all.
- Expiry: bonus funds and free spins lapse if the wagering is not met in time.
- Large wins: the slotoro.bet terms (section 8.17) say that if a withdrawal is at least 20 times your total deposits, payouts may be limited to 5,000 EUR per 30 days. That clause matters most for wins made from a bonus or a small deposit.
Casino offer or sports offer
Slotoro has a sportsbook, and sports offers usually carry minimum odds and separate wagering. Decide which side you will play before you claim anything. Our sports betting bonus guide and no-deposit bonus guide explain how those offers are usually built. You can also deposit without a bonus: cash played without one carries no wagering.
Games and providers
Slotoro publishes no total game count. The lobby has theme filters with their own counts, such as 229 animal-themed and 185 fruit-themed slots on October 21, 2026, which suggests a lobby in the thousands. Casino Guru (third-party) counts 86 providers.
Providers
Studio logos shown on the site include:
- Pragmatic Play
- NetEnt
- Play'n GO
- Evolution
- Ezugi
- Nolimit City
- Push Gaming
- Yggdrasil
- Big Time Gaming
- Thunderkick
Studios license their games market by market, so a logo on the site does not guarantee every title opens on a Canadian account. Check a game before you use it to clear a bonus.
Live casino
Both sites have a live casino section, with Evolution and Ezugi among the studios. We could not see which tables are open to Canadian accounts, their limits or whether any run in French.
Return to player (RTP)
We found no site-wide or audited payout percentage. Check the RTP in each game's information panel; some studios supply the same slot at different RTP settings.
Sportsbook
Slotoro has a sportsbook with live betting. We have not seen its market list, so we cannot say how deep the NHL, CFL or NFL coverage runs or whether prices show in American odds. If you bet on hockey, compare prices with a second book. As an example price only, a puck line of +1.5 at -200 (1.50) means a $20 bet returns $10 profit if the team loses by one goal or less. Our NHL betting guide, puck line guide and parlay guide explain the markets.
Payments and payout speed
Neither Slotoro site names its payment methods outside the cashier. The slotoro.bet terms refer in general to bank transfers, cards, paid SMS and e-wallet processors, and say withdrawals go back to the deposit method (section 8.11.2). The cashier needs an account, so we could not see the Canadian list.
Third-party list
Casino Guru's list (not split by country or by site): Interac and Interac e-Transfer (listed separately), MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, AstroPay and Trustly; crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, USDC, Dogecoin, Tron, Toncoin, BNB and Binance Pay. The separate "Interac" entry could be Interac Online, which was retired in 2024, so look for Interac e-Transfer by name. iDebit, Flexepin and Neosurf are not listed, and InstaDebit closed in 2026.
What this means for a Canadian deposit
- Interac e-Transfer: after registering, confirm it appears for deposits and withdrawals before you deposit. Our Interac e-Transfer guide explains how casino transfers work.
- Currency: neither site's terms list currencies, and the slotoro.casino terms (section 5.7) say currency conversion is not available. Choose CAD at registration if it is offered; if it is not, your bank will convert every deposit and withdrawal.
- Cards: several Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit cards or charge them as cash advances. See our Canadian banks guide.
- Crypto: transfers cannot be reversed, so check the wallet address and network twice.
Withdrawal limits
The slotoro.bet terms print no daily, weekly or monthly cap, apart from the clause above: a withdrawal of at least 20 times total deposits may be limited to 5,000 EUR per 30 days (section 8.17). The slotoro.casino terms mention "predetermined weekly and monthly limits" (section 5.10.1) without printing the amounts. Ask support for the figures in writing before you play for a large win.
Payout speed
We do not state a payout time for Slotoro. The terms we read give none, and times printed by third parties are not a reliable basis. A confirmed figure, when we have one, will be on the Slotoro offer page.
Verification (KYC)
- slotoro.bet: a passport or ID card for withdrawals over USD 1,000 (section 8.11.4); ID may be requested at any time (5.2); source-of-funds documents for large deposits (6.6)
- slotoro.casino: government ID, proof of address, proof of payment ownership and bank or card records (3.2), due within 30 days of a request (3.3), and possibly asked for on deposit or before a withdrawal
Send clear documents early. A legitimate casino never needs your Social Insurance Number.
Mobile experience
We keep this section to facts we could check. Slotoro is a website; none of the pages we read mention a downloadable app, and we have not tested either site on a phone, so we do not rate mobile speed or design.
On a phone, where the address bar is easy to ignore, these checks matter more than usual:
- Check which Slotoro you are on. slotoro.bet and slotoro.casino look the same but run under different companies and terms. Never use slotoro.com, which leads elsewhere, and never follow links from messages or ads.
- New Brunswick: slotoro.casino refuses New Brunswick in its terms. If you live there, make sure you are on slotoro.bet. Our New Brunswick online casino page covers the options in that province.
- Test the cashier. Confirm that Interac e-Transfer and CAD appear before you deposit.
- Test the document upload. Photos should show all four corners of the document and be readable without zooming.
- Set your own limit. Slotoro sets limits only through support, so your phone's screen-time settings or your bank's controls are a quicker way to add one.
Player feedback
Complaint sites are the clearest public record of how a casino behaves when a withdrawal is disputed. We read Casino Guru on October 21, 2026. We report counts and patterns, not individual claims, which we cannot verify.
Casino Guru: 25 complaints
Casino Guru lists 25 complaints against Slotoro, 14 of which it rejected after review. The themes:
- Delayed withdrawals
- Accounts closed after a withdrawal request
- Confiscated winnings
- Verification delays
What the pattern tells you
For a brand that third parties date to 2023, 25 complaints is a moderate count, and a majority were not upheld. The themes are the usual offshore ones, all about getting money out. Practical steps: complete verification before you have a balance to withdraw, withdraw regularly, and keep screenshots of the terms, your balance and every chat. With two Slotoro sites, also note which site you played on; it decides whose terms apply to a dispute.
Customer support
Both sites show "Online Chat" in the header. The slotoro.bet terms refer to email support without showing the address. Casino Guru reports 24/7 chat in English; the operator does not state hours. We have not contacted support and do not rate response times.
If something goes wrong
Start with support and put every request in writing. On slotoro.bet, the Curaçao Gaming Authority handles complaints about its licensees, and Wiraon B.V. is on its register. On slotoro.casino, the licence named is from the Tobique Gaming Commission. Independent services such as Casino Guru are a further route. If gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists help lines for every province and territory we cover.
How we researched this review
This review is written from research, not from play. We did not open an account, deposit or place bets at either Slotoro site. The facts were gathered on October 20 and checked again on October 21, 2026.
Sources we read
- slotoro.bet terms and conditions and site pages (read October 21, 2026)
- slotoro.casino terms and conditions, homepage and footer (read October 21, 2026)
- slotoro.com: followed its redirect chain to an unrelated casino site
- Curaçao Gaming Authority online licence register (dated October 20, 2026): the row for OGL/2024/686/0183, Wiraon B.V.
- Curaçao Gaming Authority licence certificate for OGL/2024/686/0183 (cert.cga.cw, checked October 22, 2026): status "Active", domains include slotoro.bet
- Tobique Gaming Commission list of licence holders: the Matrix Ltd entry
- Casino Guru Slotoro review (third-party): payments, currencies, providers, support hours, complaints, launch year
What we could verify
- Both operators' names, registration numbers and addresses, as printed in their terms
- The Curaçao register row for slotoro.bet's licence, and the Tobique list entry for Matrix Ltd
- That neither site refuses Canada, and that slotoro.casino refuses New Brunswick and Ontario
- The verification, withdrawal and responsible gambling clauses quoted above
What we could not verify
- Licence 0000136 and the Slotoro domain on the Tobique list, which shows neither
- The cashiers: Interac, other methods and CAD on the operator's side
- Payout times, the slotoro.casino withdrawal limits and support hours
- Which Slotoro site our offer page links to, which we had not confirmed as of October 21, 2026
- The current offers, which we keep on the offer page by design
We will update this review when the Curaçao register shows the renewal decided. Our method is on how we rate casinos, and how SpinsPilot is paid is on our affiliate disclosure.
Alternatives to Slotoro
If the two-site setup or the licence status holds you back, these three casinos on our Canadian list hold a licence we found in a public register with a current status and the brand's own domain. Each was checked on October 21, 2026.
Tonybet
Casino and sportsbook in one account. Osauhing Tonybet appears on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's list of interactive permit holders with a dedicated Canadian site, tonybet.com/ca (the list is dated September 28, 2023). Third-party sources list CAD accounts and Interac e-Transfer, 8,000+ casino games and more than 40 sports. AskGamblers lists 22 complaints over about ten years, mostly about payments. Read our Tonybet review or see the Tonybet offer page.
Thor
Casino and sportsbook, licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202601043-FI2, with thorcasino.com on the licence's domain list and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. Third-party reviews count about 6,000 titles from about 63 providers and describe 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists two complaints, both resolved, and lists Interac for deposits but not for withdrawals. Read our Thor review or see the Thor offer page.
Art Casino
Casino with live dealer tables, licensed in Anjouan under the same licence as Thor, with artcasino.io on the domain list. AskGamblers counts 10,000+ games and Casino Guru 83 providers, and both list CAD accounts. Casino Guru lists 17 complaints, several about bonus disputes. A sportsbook is not confirmed. Read our Art Casino review or see the Art Casino offer page.
If you would rather play on a provincially regulated site, PlayNow.com serves British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, lotoquebec.com serves Quebec, and alc.ca serves the four Atlantic provinces. All our Canadian reviews are on the casino reviews page, and every brand we list is on all casinos.
Overall verdict
Slotoro offers a familiar mix: slots from well-known studios, a live casino and a sportsbook, with chat support. Both of its sites accept Canadian players, and both name an operator and a licence in their terms.
The score is held back by uncertainty rather than by anything we found to be wrong. There are two Slotoro sites with two operators. One licence is in renewal assessment; the other cannot be matched to the site on the regulator's list. Interac and CAD come from a third party only, and slotoro.casino refuses New Brunswick. Know which site you are on, and the rest of this review tells you what applies.
Licence and safety
slotoro.bet: Wiraon B.V., Curaçao licence OGL/2024/686/0183, in the register with a term that ended April 14, 2026 and the status "Assessment in progress"; the regulator's certificate shows it "Active" with slotoro.bet listed. slotoro.casino: Matrix Ltd, Tobique licence 0000136, with the company on the Tobique list but no number or domain shown. We score the licence at 0.6 of 1.2. When the deal site is confirmed, the licence and province scores will follow that site.
Responsible gambling
The slotoro.bet terms provide account activity limits set through live support (section 31.1), self-exclusion through live support with email confirmation (30.2) and a temporary account lock through support (13.1). There is no self-service tool, which is why we score the tools as partial. The footer links GamCare, BeGambleAware and Gamblers Anonymous. Our self-exclusion guide covers blocking software and provincial programs, and help lines for every province and territory we cover are on our responsible gambling page.
How the score is built
Every Canadian casino is scored on the same seven points, using facts checked on October 21, 2026:
- Licence: 0.6 of 1.2 (Curaçao certificate active for slotoro.bet, but the register shows renewal in assessment; Tobique licence not matchable on slotoro.casino)
- Interac: 0.5 of 0.8 (third-party source only)
- Canadian-dollar account: 0.3 of 0.6 (third-party only, not confirmed by the operator)
- Provinces: 0.3 of 0.5 (slotoro.casino also refuses New Brunswick)
- Responsible gambling tools: 0.4 of 0.6 (limits and self-exclusion through support only)
- Support: 0.5 of 0.5 (chat, 24/7 in English according to Casino Guru)
- Complaints: 0.5 of 0.8 (moderate: 25 on Casino Guru, 14 rejected)
Total: 3.1 out of 5.
Who it suits
Slotoro suits a player who wants slots, live tables and sports betting in one account, checks the address bar, confirms Interac and CAD in the cashier before depositing, and is comfortable with an offshore licence whose status is not clean. New Brunswick players should use slotoro.bet only. The current offer, and which site it applies to, is on the Slotoro offer page. 19+ (18+ in Quebec and Manitoba). Not available through SpinsPilot in Ontario or Alberta.
Slotoro FAQ
Is Slotoro legit?
Both Slotoro sites name a registered company and a licence. slotoro.bet's Curaçao licence is in the register but its term ended on April 14, 2026, with renewal in assessment. The regulator's certificate shows it active and lists slotoro.bet, but the register has not recorded a renewal. slotoro.casino's Tobique licence holder is listed, but the list does not show the licence number or the site. Neither licence is shown as current and matched to the brand.
Is Slotoro legal in Canada?
Online gambling in Canada is regulated by each province. Slotoro holds no provincial licence and operates from international sites. Both sites accept Canada; slotoro.casino refuses New Brunswick and Ontario. Ontario and Alberta run their own regulated markets, and Slotoro is not offered to readers in those provinces through SpinsPilot.
Does Slotoro have a promo code or a no-deposit bonus?
The current Canadian offer, and whether it needs a code, is on our Slotoro offer page. We list a code, free spins or a no-deposit offer only when one exists for Canadian players.
Does Slotoro accept Interac?
Casino Guru lists Interac and Interac e-Transfer; the operator names no methods outside the cashier. Check the cashier for deposits and withdrawals after you register.
Why does slotoro.com go to another casino?
slotoro.com does not lead to either Slotoro site; on October 21, 2026 it forwarded through an affiliate tracker to an unrelated casino. Use slotoro.bet or slotoro.casino.
